Amazing. Truly truly amazing....
yes, Michael was not an angel. but whatever feelings he might have had for his family members he never let it show in public. he was always always a perfect gentleman. you won't find a single quote from him (spoken in public) where he says something bad about his relatives. that's a fact. and that's one of the reasons why I love and respect him. Michael had class. whatever was happening behind closed doors between him and his family at one point of his life or another he never ever made it public. on the contrary, he always said how much he loved them, even Joseph.
yes, Michael wasn't an angel, he was just a decent human being. which can't be said about some of his relatives, including Randy. some people here say that we should respect them just because their last name happens to be Jackson. well, you know what. respect's not given, it's earned. I've seen some actions from Michael's relatives (not something I heard someone say about them, but their own words and actions said and done in public), that I can't respect them for. I am sorry, but that's what it is and it won't change.
I am not a hater. And I sympathized with them and was willing to support them last year when this tragedy happened. But they ruined it with their own hands... Shame.
Some people become members here only to attack Michael Jackson. Because of that I quoted the number of posts.
I never said that you have to reach a certain amount of posts before your opinion becomes valid.
I'm not a Randy hater. I never have been! I love every single brother of the Jackson family.
one highlight of many is randy trying to get mj to sell the sony/atv cat in the middle of the trial when they were sat in the court house. mj under all this pressure and all he could think of was his cut for getting mj to sell the one thing that he should never let go of. thanks god for true friends like ron burkle but i guess randy is getting his revenge by destroying what is left of mjs rep and helping murray walk. sums it up when the ony thing hes ever done of any note is beating up his wife and ending up in prison
Randy, the most dangerous Jackson (Joe is too stupid to apply for this throne), has also:
- extorted Michael
- testified against Michael after being forgiven (who can forget that one?)
- started slanderous and disgunting rumors about his brother (Diane Dimond is proud)
- hunted Michael endlessly, even during his darkest hours, for money, contracts, etc
- put Michael in debt
- harassed Michael constantly
- attempted to use MJ's kids for his own gain
- is the guy behind this junkie image
And, boy, this is just the tip of the iceberg, the general, the themes. I could go on and on and on and give more insightful and detailed reports but that would take a long time.
Regarding what he did to other people: read court trancripts and Margaret's book.
Randy is an absolute monster.
P.S.- He beat his wife AND his little child.
LindavG;3073411 said:Wow. I never knew all of this, can you elaborate a little bit? Like how did he extort Michael, what did he testify, what rumours did he start etc., preferably with (reliable) sources?
“Michael Jackson names a man close to his brother Randy Jackson as the lead culprit, in disposition transcripts obtained by the New York Daily News. The behind-the-scenes battle over the pop star's finances is detailed in a sworn deposition he gave for a federal lawsuit scheduled to go to trial this week.
The Gloved One states that Randy brought in Don Stabler, who pressured him to sign off on a multi-million dollar financing deal. Stabler, according to Jackson was persistent. He even went as far as to question Jackson's loyalty to his African American heritage. ."[Stabler] said, 'What's the problem? You're not down, you're with the Jews now. You're not down with blacks anymore. Jackson testified. "It was unkind," Jackson added. "It was mean. It was meanspirited. It was nasty. Simply because he couldn't get me to sign something that he wanted me to sign." "It's full of sharks, charlatans and imposters," he said in testimony taken last summer in Paris.
"Because there's a lot of money involved, there's a bunch of schmucks in there," Jackson said. "It's the entertainment world, full of thieves and crooks. That's not new. Everybody knows that." But during breaks in the trial, Jackson says he was being pressured to sign off on a multimillion-dollar financing deal by Don Stabler, an associate brought in by brother Randy, his go-to guy on financial matters during much of his career.
By then, Jackson had turned to Burkle, the billionaire pal of former President Bill Clinton, for financial help. Burkle brought in Jesse Jackson, who's known Michael Jackson since his Jackson 5 days, to help with the consultation. Burkle was calling him on the cell phone during bathroom breaks, warning him not to sign anything, Michael Jackson said. Stabler wasn't happy, Jackson said. The next time Jackson saw Stabler "he wanted to take my head off." And his brother Randy wasn't too happy, either. Randy later claimed that Jackson and his staff had run up a $700,000 bill on his American Express card during the trial, which Jackson said he would repay. It wasn't the first time that Stabler teamed with Randy in trying to get him to sign off on a deal, Jackson claimed. At a meeting in a bungalow at the Neverland ranch, Jackson said he had his mother at his side when he fought off another proposal. "And I vehemently told them, 'No, I am not signing this,'" Jackson recalled. "And I just remember how angry, the intensity of the anger in the room. And so they marched out."
Jackson, it’s also revealed in the depositions, once tried to sell his half of the company to billionaire Ron Burkle during the child molestation trial. “I remember precisely at court in the bathroom stall with the cell phone in my hand, saying why don’t you just buy it? I want to sell it you,” Jackson said. Burkle, Jackson said, declined, telling him he had to keep the music catalog for his children."
***** Wants His Money Backo -- Files Suit
Posted Dec 22nd 2006 7:31PM by TMZ Staff
Michael Jackson blames his financial mess on his former accountants, and he's suing to make things right. TMZ has obtained a lawsuit filed by ***** against Bernstein, Fox, Whitman, Goldman & Sloan, the singer's former CPAs. In the suit, filed late Friday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Jackson claims the firm withdrew $2.5 million a year from his accounts but did not pay the bills as ordered.
Jackson alleges the firm hired and paid people on Jackson's dime, without his authorization. Jackson has been dogged by claims he has stiffed his staff. The lawsuit also alleges that the firm entered into various agreements on Jackson's behalf, without his approval.
Jackson does not specifically allege where the money went, but claims the firm was negligent and violated its duty of trust. He also claims the firm has not come clean with his financial records, and says he's requested his accounting file but it has not been presented.
Jackson is seeking unspecified compensatory damages, punitive damages and a full accounting. Reps from Bernstein, Fox, Whitman, Goldman & Sloan had no comment.
MJ also gave them millions to pay off his bills (Neverland) but Randy fucked up. Where did his money go? MJ's nearly $200,000 tax bill in Santa Barbara County for unpaid taxes on Neverland. MJ was fined $169,000 and Neverland shut down by State of California for failing to pay worker's comp insurance on Neverland employees; MJ was ordered to pay fine and $306,000 in back wages.Jackson sues former accountants
Michael Jackson is suing his former accountants, claiming they made unauthorised business deals while charging him millions of dollars.
The singer alleges negligence and breach of trust against the firm in a suit filed in Los Angeles. He is claiming unspecified damages and an audit of money paid to Bernstein, Fox, Whitman, Goldman & Sloan.
The suit also said the firm - which has not commented on the claims - did not keep him informed about money matters. In August, Mr Jackson parted company with his lawyers, who claimed they they had not been paid for representing him in a case brought by a finance company.
However, the singer claimed he had fired New York-based Wachtel & Masyr.
In Jackson's world, that has produced a dire situation. Neverland employs housekeepers, chefs, security people, groundskeepers, gardeners, painters, mechanics, horse handlers and irrigation experts. Many of them will not be reporting to work this morning. Michael's brother Randy is being blamed for a lot of this, and that Jackson is probably removing many of his brother's responsibilities today.
One person who may know what's happened to the Neverland money is accountant Don Stabler, who was hired by Randy to manage Michael's affairs.
Stabler, according to my sources, was brought in so Randy could bypass Michael's longtime accountant Alan Whitman.
Yesterday, Stabler first told me that nothing was wrong and that everyone had been paid.
When I insisted that this wasn't true, Stabler replied, "You should keep an open mind."

Michael Jackson Sued For $48 million
Michael Jackson is being sued by a financial company which claims that it is owed $48 million for saving the singer's stake in his rights to the Beatles songs. Prescient Acquisition Group, also known as Prescient Capital Corp filed the lawsuit yesterday in U.S. District Court in Manhattan, claiming a larger stake in a library of Beatles songs. (Reuters)
Michael Jackson hired the company Prescient in November 2004 to help with refinancing $537.5 million through another company. Prescient secured enough money for the pop legend to wipe the debt but said they were entitled to a $24.8 million fee.
"We're going to take a look at the lawsuit and we're going to handle it in a good and professional manner and make sure appropriate contacts are made with everyone concerned," said Brian Oxman, a lawyer for Jackson.
The financiers explained that Jackson and his company were not entitled to "retain the benefits of those services in equity and good conscience without paying to Prescient an amount to be determined at trial."
”Jackson has hired a famous law firm, White & Case, to evaluate the deal he made with Sony and Fortress Investments when he refinanced his shaky empire last year. This doesn’t mean that Jackson won’t still owe Fortress $300 million after the liquidation sale is over. He will, but he can pay them back from the money Sony pays him to buy out their half of the music company.
Its value is somewhere between $1.1 and $1.6 billion, according to a Fortress exec who was deposed last year in preparation for a $48 million lawsuit brought against Jackson by Darien Dash, who helms Prescient Capital Group and is a cousin of hip-hop entrepreneur Damon Dash
At question is whether or not Don Stabler, an accountant hired by Randy Jackson, Michael’s brother, had the authority to enter into agreements on Jackson’s behalf. Stabler agreed to pay Prescient/Dash a nine percent fee for finding financing to replace Jackson’s $270 million at Bank of America.
Dash found Fortress, which offered over $500 million to help Jackson buy out Sony in his agreement. That much wasn’t needed, but Dash is asking for his fee on that amount.
The original Jackson-Prescient-Fortress deal went down in May 2005 while Jackson stood trial in Santa Maria, Calif., for child molestation. But, unbeknownst to anyone, the negotiations had actually begun in November 2004.
Precient Settles Suit with Jackson -
June 18 2007 - Precient Acquisition Group has decided not to face singer Michael Jackson in court concerning claims it allegedly was owed upwards of $48 million. Precient, owned by Darrien Dash, claimed the company helped Jackson secure a commitment of $537.5 million which supposedly enabled him to pay off a debt with Bank of America. Jackson says he never heard of Dash and certainly didn't remember signing documents agreeing to pay his company $50 million for anything.
An unnamed alleged Jackson spokesperson is quoted in Reuters as saying that the ginormously profitable and expanding Sony/ATV catalog remains "safe and sound".
There's a question as to whether the catalog of songs was ever in danger as a result of this Precient lawsuit in the first place. Precient isn't the first company or group of people who have been trying to get their hands into Jackson's pockets by any means necessary.
Reportedly, legal fights with his former accountants and with a former lawyer, Brent Ayscough, will be upcoming.
Members of the family did go after MJ and accused him of being on drugs when it suited them, drugging him through mud did not prevent Randy from going to Roger with those allegations of severe drug abuse in 2007. who really believe it was a coincedence Roger's article appeared only 12 days after the MJ's affidavit surfaced, Roger acknowledged the same things MJ talked about in his sworn affidavit but according to his source Randy, MJ was not mentally healthy at the time, so his account was not to be taken seriously.
The fans did not believe Randy would do that, especially after MJ hurried to save his brother's face with a public statement and Katherine and the other siblings EXCEPT RANDY & JANET released a statement declaring there was no truth whatever to the story. After the bodyguards spoke and gave a detailed account of what was going on between them ,how MJ refused to let Randy in and how Randy threatened he would use the media against Mike, everything became clear. It was never about drug abuse. It was about MJ filing lawsuit against Randy's managers and accountants. Read Roger's article he did admit the family did not see MJ in two years and none of the things FAMILY SOURCES told him could be verified.
ABOUT THE FINANCES/DEBTS/EXTORTION
Randy put Michael in debt by not taking care of his finances. Several lawsuits against Michael are stemming from the period when Randy managed him. Randy was very much responsible for all the financial mess in his life. I really dont know where to begin. Dont know how much you know either?
Randy and Jermaine also wrote out those letters to the press in 2001 regarding the MSG concerts and publically embarrassing Michael.
What letters? Please share some details.

Jermaine and Randy Jackson won't be performing with brother Michael at his Madison Square Garden anniversary concert on Sept. 7, and they're going on the record about it.
The two Jackson brothers said they are "embarrassed" that Michael and his promoter, David Gest, have no charity in place to benefit from the two-concert event - for which the top ticket price is to be $5,000.
"With all the suffering that is taking place throughout the world," Jermaine said in a statement, "we feel the show's promoters should donate the proceeds to worthy charities."
Jermaine's statement also confirmed my original July 11 item on the concert, which, rumors to the contrary, was never going to be the first reunion of the Jackson 5 in 14 years.
The Jackson 2 were further galled that each was offered just $1,200 to perform with Michael, who stands to earn exponentially more than that.
Gest said that all the performers [except Michael] were making the same amount of money. He professed sadness over Jermaine's decision, but added, "This is an event for Michael Jackson. [Michael's other brothers] Jackie, Tito and Marlon will join their brother on stage." "While it would be a great honor to take the stage again with all our brothers," Jermaine and Randy said jointly, "weknow that our fans, who were originally told this would be a Jackson 5 [Randy was not one of the original 5] reunion concert, were looking forward to us performing our greatest hits together without the assistance of any other act."
That said, Jermaine and Randy want Michael to know they hold no grudge against him. "Despite the aforementioned problems we have with the events surrounding the show," they said, "the Jackson family is united in their unfailing support of brother Michael and there is no rift between Michael and any of his family members."

Michael Jackson Gala Criticized By Jermaine, Randy Jackson
Brothers annoyed by high ticket prices, celebrity guests.
Jermaine Jackson and Randy Jackson sent a letter to the media on Friday criticizing the concerts, which will feature Michael performing in the U.S. for the first time in 11 years, along with an all-star lineup of 'NSYNC, Britney Spears, Whitney Houston and more (see ).
The brothers, who are scheduled to perform with the other four Jacksons on stage for the first time since their 1984 Victory Tour, addressed their concerns about the prices of tickets for the events, which top out at $2,500.
"I am sorry Jermaine has chosen not to participate in this event," Gest said. "This is an event for Michael Jackson. It is a salute to a truly great and legendary artist. Jackie, Tito and Marlon, original members of the Jackson 5, will join their brother Michael onstage for this very special reunion... I only wish Jermaine the best on his solo career and hope he finally gets the attention he so justly deserves." Still, a spokesperson for the Jackson family told Reuters Friday that Jermaine and Randy may still perform. Although they have yet to sign a contract, "Jermaine and Randy are planning on attending their brother's event and performing with their brothers on stage," John McLaughlin said.
Jermaine's manager told the Associated Press that Jermaine had not dropped out, he just wanted to make sure early supporters of the Jackson 5 would be invited.
Jermaine and Randy wrote that they were unhappy about the "endless list of celebrities" lined up for the concerts.
"[Fans] were looking forward to us performing our greatest hits together without assistance from any other act," they wrote. "Performing together has been something that all the brothers and our parents have been looking forward to for 18 years. [We] do not think we should share this most precious and memorable moment with anyone." Tickets for both performances go on sale July 31 at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster.
I only wish Jermaine the best on his solo career and hope he finally gets the attention he so justly deserves.
virginia_woolf;3076829 said:Thanks la_cienga. You learn something new every day.
 David Gest is a trip.
They were also disappointed that they would only perform three songs. They wanted it to be a Jackson 5 reunion show and, when the two discovered the show would not be about them, all hell broke loose. Michael was making them a huge favor but those two wanted more: they wanted millions and the show to be about them and them only. So, instead of thanking Michael, they slandered him. Even though MJ was making them a huge favor both Randy and Jermaine wanted to lord over him, call the shots. They wanted more money and more time in the spotlight. The two didn't want the show to be a MJ tribute; they wanted it to be a tribute to them.Jermaine and Randy saying they weren't going to participate in the MSG concerts:
They were basically trying to get Michael to pay them more.
Get why MJ wanted nothing to do with his family? I hope people will now understand the reason as to why Michael refused to tour with his brothers.
I only wish Jermaine the best on his solo career and hope he finally gets the attention he so justly deserves.
let it...people are straight annoying with their "not based in reality" hate for this dude...who from all CREDIBLE accounts seems like he really loved (and loves) his brother.
Yeah I think Randy loves his brother a lot and stil do... unlike Jermaine who is constantly on interviews. He stood by Michael every times when MJ went through bullSh*t in 2003-2005.He seemed like he looked up to MJ ever since he was in a kid.
