I understand all that...and I'm glad you see the straight unnessesarry hate some psycho's...err...I mean Fans, have towards HIS family, (even though some of them,Letoya and Jermaine, have in some cases warrented that hate) but what I'm talking about is RANDY in paticular...what has he ever done? nobody's been able to answer that yet.
What can one say....hate breeds hate.
I hope what goes around, really does come around for Randall Steven.
People have legit reasons to dislike Randall, the following quote is just the tip of the iceberg. Some fans willingly choose to ignore facts (not u Stacey) and want to go by fiction rather than facts. I'm not bashing Steven here but I do dislike him strongly due to his own actions, and I have a right to dislike him.Either answer with facts or
“Michael Jackson is accusing his brother Randy of shady financial dealings. Jackson claims during his battle against child molestation charges back in 2005, he was nearly double-crossed out of his fortune. He also claims that the wise advice of the Reverend Jesse Jackson and billionaire Ron Burkle kept him from being totally swindled by those closest to him.
Michael Jackson names a man close to his brother Randy Jackson as the lead culprit, in disposition transcripts obtained by the New York Daily News. The behind-the-scenes battle over the pop star's finances is detailed in a sworn deposition he gave for a federal lawsuit scheduled to go to trial this week. There is a possibility that Jackson himself might even be called to testify. The seven hours of transcripts obtained by the Daily News reveal that the agitated entertainer was convinced his money woes were fueled by a cadre of disloyal advisers who stole from him while he was busy fighting criminal charges. The Gloved One even fingered a man close to his older brother Randy as a key villain.
The Gloved One states that Randy brought in Don Stabler, who pressured him to sign off on a multi-million dollar financing deal. Stabler, according to Jackson was persistent. He even went as far as to question Jackson's loyalty to his African American heritage.
Stabler was persistent, at one point during the trial sending a message through one of Jackson's Nation of Islam security guards that questioned the singer's faithfulness to his African-American heritage. It was a sore point for someone who has denied he purposely lightened his skin."[Stabler] said, 'What's the problem? You're not down, you're with the Jews now. You're not down with blacks anymore. Jackson testified. "It was unkind," Jackson added. "It was mean. It was meanspirited. It was nasty. Simply because he couldn't get me to sign something that he wanted me to sign."
"It's full of sharks, charlatans and imposters," he said in testimony taken last summer in Paris.
"Because there's a lot of money involved, there's a bunch of schmucks in there," Jackson said. "It's the entertainment world, full of thieves and crooks. That's not new. Everybody knows that." But during breaks in the trial, Jackson says he was being pressured to sign off on a multimillion-dollar financing deal by Don Stabler, an associate brought in by brother Randy, his go-to guy on financial matters during much of his career. Jackson initially took a liking to Stabler after Randy introduced them. "He reminded me of people that live in mid-America like Indiana," Jackson testified.
It was an ordeal that left Jackson bitter about the industry in which he's spent his entire life.
By then, Jackson had turned to Burkle, the billionaire pal of former President Bill Clinton, for financial help. Burkle brought in Jesse Jackson, who's known Michael Jackson since his Jackson 5 days, to help with the consultation. Burkle was calling him on the cell phone during bathroom breaks, warning him not to sign anything, Michael Jackson said. Stabler wasn't happy, Jackson said. The next time Jackson saw Stabler "he wanted to take my head off." And his brother Randy wasn't too happy, either. Randy later claimed that Jackson and his staff had run up a $700,000 bill on his American Express card during the trial, which Jackson said he would repay. It wasn't the first time that Stabler teamed with Randy in trying to get him to sign off on a deal, Jackson claimed. At a meeting in a bungalow at the Neverland ranch, Jackson said he had his mother at his side when he fought off another proposal.
"And I vehemently told them, 'No, I am not signing this,'" Jackson recalled. "And I just remember how angry, the intensity of the anger in the room. And so they marched out."
Um, last time I checked I thought court-transcripts were CREDIBLE sources and credible facts? And these deals they are referring to are the SONY/ATV catalogue. For some reason, Randy wanted Michael to sign off his catalogue! This is kinda interesting.. becasue Randy seems now so eager to hold onto the catalogue and points fingers at the executors when HE was the one who wanted MJ to sell off the catalogue during the trial. Thank effing god that MJ did NOT sell his share in the SONY/ATV deal.
"Jackson, it’s also revealed in the depositions, once tried to sell his half of the company to billionaire Ron Burkle during the child molestation trial. “I remember precisely at court in the bathroom stall with the cell phone in my hand, saying why don’t you just buy it? I want to sell it you,” Jackson said. Burkle, Jackson said, declined, telling him he had to keep the music catalog for his children."
Michael then sued them.
"Michael Jackson blames his financial mess on his former accountants, and he's suing to make things right.
TMZ has obtained a lawsuit filed by Jackson against Bernstein, Fox, Whitman, Goldman & Sloan, the singer's former CPAs. In the suit, filed late Friday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Jackson claims the firm withdrew $2.5 million a year from his accounts but did not pay the bills as ordered. Jackson alleges the firm hired and paid people on Jackson's dime, without his authorization. Jackson has been dogged by claims he has stiffed his staff. The lawsuit also alleges that the firm entered into various agreements on Jackson's behalf, without his approval.
Jackson does not specifically allege where the money went, but claims the firm was negligent and violated its duty of trust. He also claims the firm has not come clean with his financial records, and says he's requested his accounting file but it has not been presented.
Jackson is seeking unspecified compensatory damages, punitive damages and a full accounting. Reps from Bernstein, Fox, Whitman, Goldman & Sloan had no comment."
MJ gave them millions to pay off his bills (Neverland) but Randy fucked up. Where did his money go? MJ's nearly $200,000 tax bill in Santa Barbara County for unpaid taxes on Neverland. MJ was fined $169,000 and Neverland shut down by State of California for failing to pay worker's comp insurance on Neverland employees; MJ ordered to pay fine and $306,000 in back wages
"In Jackson's world, that has produced a dire situation. Neverland employs housekeepers, chefs, security people, groundskeepers, gardeners, painters, mechanics, horse handlers and irrigation experts. Many of them will not be reporting to work this morning. Michael's brother Randy is being blamed for a lot of this, and that Jackson is probably removing many of his brother's responsibilities today."
Several lawsuits against Michael are stemming from the period when Randy managed him. Randy was very much responsible for all the financial mess in his life.
Oh lord. If you read Michaels own testiment, they DID steal his money.
And then take a look at this.. this is fucked up as well..
"Michael Jackson's Brother Wants Estate To Pay

Michael Jackson's brother, Randy Jackson, is in the middle of a creditor's claim filed against the estate and according to legal docs ... Randy is on the side of the creditor.
Stabler & Associates, a company that claims it was hired to handle Michael Jackson's business matters -- in particular, a humongous Bank of America loan and the funding of his 2004 child molestation trial -- claims the estate owes the company $275,446.08.
Here's the problem. The statute of limitations has run on the debt. But Perry Wander, lawyer for Stabler & Associates, tells TMZ the company relied on Michael and Randy's repeated promises that the debt would be paid, so the estate should not be able to raise the technical, statute of limitations defense.
Howard Weitzman, lawyer for Michael Jackson's estate, is unmoved, telling TMZ, "The claim needs to be investigated and it appears to be barred by the statute of limitations."
And this is interesting ... included in the $275,446.08 -- a late penalty of $81,946.08.
And you thought credit card interest was high."

maybe he did that because he saw what kind of parents his brothers were/are in regards to their tendency to drop them off at their mothers house. as for his sisters, I mean it's pretty obvious why he didn't leave his kids to them, one has grown kids so she's done "raising" anymore, totally understandable (though she does help her mother), and two don't have kids at all (for a REASON). come on now...Yes, its interesting that he has so many other siblings and he chose to leave his children to Diana Ross after Katherine passes.
 That's what she/he is supposed to do.
