yes i think thats right the grand jury is the same as the prelim so once the case is bound over for trial thats its. unless new evidence came up but then the D.A could have gone to the GJ and asked for a murder 2 charge
 
what a dumb stripper and what a ludicrous arrogant monster of a doctor I hope some mad fan does, what the justice system apparently fails to do, which is give Murray exactly what he deserves for taking another human being's life

That's what I thought as well, but I was more confused about her saying he called her at about 10.30 California time. Maybe she DID get that wrong without any intention, sometimes, if you are telling the truth, you don't get all the little details right.
 
10.40 and 11.40 approx were the times given for when he gave the diprivan not when he found him so yeah he found him around 12 ish after watching him for 10 mins or so going to the toliet etc

I'm just thinking out loud - how sure are we that the DA has rested their case? I don't see it being mentioned in any media source.

well, what could the defence call as witnesses but Oxman especially since the coroner did not take the stand.

Oxman saying MJ was an addcit will shift all the media headlines from Murray to MJ the junkie beyond help who asked for it him self
