when was the last time oxman spent anyime with mj? 2005 in a courtroom no doubt
 
Is it even possible to refuse to testify when you get subpoenad?
If the defense wants to call Oxman to the stand to let him say MJ was a druggie, I assume he has to go?

not really. there are ways to try and get out of it one being out of the state/country. but for the most part u dont have much choice.

theres hardly been a mention of all the B.S murray pulled in the press here. but no doubt it will be front page when oxman takes the stand. im sorry mike

no you can't refuse it. but you can answer "don't know , don't remember".

and let's not get ahead of ourselves. we don't even know why Oxman is there for.

He has to go, but he is supposed to tell the truth.

Quick question ... is "cocktail waitress" slang for stripper?
 
Considering that he is the lawyer for a family member and it is suing Murray right now that would be odd

Yeah, that would fit, since the messages where to or from Texas....so apparently those were from her. So it's safe to say MJ was in trouble about 12 exactly....NOT BREATHING...and Murray waited 21 MINUTES to call 911?????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No wonder he said he witnessed MJ not breathing and MJ going into cardiac arrest. If ANYONE was without oxygen that long, their heart would stop also! And let's not forget that no one witnessed Murray giving mouth to mouth until Alberto was there...until they had called 911...and gotten MJ on the floor. So that means that MJ was not breathing and NO ONE helped him to get oxygen for AT LEAST 17 minutes!!!! So really...what chances did he have of surviving? And I'd REALLY like to hear Murray, the heart specialist, explain to all of us why he thought getting oxygen into MJ was not his number one priority and why he thought it's okay to wait 17 minutes with mouth to mouth, if he's not breathing...but "has a pulse"...like he has kept insisting....? But I doubt he will ever be sitting in the witness stand. I mean, he will be doomed if he does. He has told so many lies that he won't be able to keep his story straight.

Oh lawd. Well, considering all of his big "I KNEW IT!! I TOLD YOU SO!!" comments on CNN right after MJ died...it would not surprise me. The defense could call him and go "Did you not say this and that on the day he died?"...because he can't say he didn't say it because we all know and saw he did. I hope he will just finally tell the truth and say "I actually had no idea what I was talking about...I actually had not talked to MJ for years...had not even met him for years...was just saying it based on hearsay"....And the same with Janet and Rebbie. It made me SO ANGRY to see them on TV calling MJ a drug addict when they themselves had said they hadn't even seen or talked to him in years. And it's your BROTHER who just DIED we are talking about. It's just mind boggling that they would talk about him like that, especially Janet. Very disappointed in her. I mean, CHECK THE FACTS and the autopsy report before you go on TV to say something like that, for God's sake!!! :doh:

Well, if I think she said that Murray would stay 2-3 days of the week at her place and about a total of 2 weeks in a month. But never 2 weeks in a row. Just a couple of days here and there.

He's probably there for Nicole Alvarez (cross) examination. They would be a great match. Unfortunately he was relying on Murray's watch, and he's late.

I heard on Ustream that "joe's lawyer was there". But I couldn't hear anything else, the sound doesn't work well. So basically it seems it all comes from the same source. (Erin, Ustream MJ4justice are all the same source)
 
can anybody tell me if murray has a girlfriend now? is he still maried to his wife from then????
 
not debared but hes on some wanrings or something or other

hes living with nicole. dont know about his wife. info is in the articles that get posted

he's on suspension and there's a new investigation about him. I'm assuming he still only has suspension.

some months ago he was snapped with his stripper wh*re and his son, I believe they're still on ''need to know basis'' as the wh*re knows her place, according to herself.

I believe he's been separated from his wife for quiet some time, but like atrs. mention still officially married to her.

You can always skip town, go skiing with your gf a few hours away and let them think you're out of the country. :ph34r:
 
we are not even sure if the DA has rested there case. I am sure that would have made news
