I'm starting to see through everything a bit. I guess it's not really all that important what all those girlfriends said, the main reason to have them there, and all at once, one after the other, was just to show that he has ... a very busy private life. They were negative character witnesses.
 
so oxman could of been subpenod by the defense...does he have he option if he wants to testify fort he defense? could he still get up there are say good things about Michael?
 
can you testify in usa if you are the curent girlfriend of the suspect?????????????????????????????????????

in theory he could. like Debbie did in 2005. but realistically I don't think he has anything nice to say..
 
I have a French news channel on, they usually don't mention MJ, and they just gave an "update" on the prelim saying that "Murray spent 1h30 on the phone with a "cocktail waitress" while MJ was in distress".

They didn't get the facts right, but at least they got the idea ....

Well if the defense wants to call him as a witness I don't think he can refuse, but not 100% sure. However, even if he was defense's witness that would still not necessarily mean that he was there FOR Murray.Let's not forget that Debbie Rowe was a witness for PROSECUTION during MJ's trial....and everything she said was nothing but pro Michael and she was a great witness FOR Michael. And it was brilliant because she specifically was PROSECUTION'S witness....Sneddon had made her come there to testify thinking she will say things to nail MJ. But Debbie said nothing but kind things about MJ and what a wonderful dad he is, how great he is with kids, etc. etc.

What Murray's girlfriend said pretty much only has to do with her verifying that packages WERE sent from the pharmacy to Murray and that Murray used her address. Whether she knew what was in the packages or not isn't that relevant in a sense that it would help or damage Mury if she knew....But the prosecution is now able to say for certain that yes...packages from that certain pharmacy were sent to Murray to her address frequently. And I am sure that all they gotta do is check the pharmacy's shipment records to show that they indeed shipped Propofol to Murray to that address. But it has now been verified by Murray's baby mama too that Murray did indeed get packages sent from a pharmacy to her address. That will help prosecution.

Anything else his gf says isn't too relevant to the case, because she was not there when it all went down and when MJ died, so she can't help Murray and say "Oh he did NOT give MJ that amount of Propofol" or "Oh he DID call help right away...he DID monitor MJ"...because she was not there so how would she know? :mello:

ustream : prosecution has NOT rested. I think the coroner testified (not sure)
 
Found opened 200 mg bottle propofol Empty on table in room.
wittness was coronor that was on duty that day 06.25.09
 
erin had to go back into court, but basically she was describing what was found at the scene.. it was kinda hard to hear.
