You seem to forget the most fundamental of all! During the This Is It preparations we used to see Michael almost on a daily basis going out shopping with the kids, going for his skin treatment and so on. No man can move around if he is given so much propofol. We seem to forget those days that Michael was all around walking and talking! Dr. Death ordered the amounts but surely didn't give it.

The criminalist testified he had not tested the juice box.

So what's Flanagan's point? He might be suggesting that MJ was secretly self-administering his Propofol ... which would support Murray's defense theory that MJ accidentally caused his own overdose.

I think it's very obvious now that mj was suffering side effects of all that propofol on the 19th. Also, I think there's a difference in flying to London, versus flying to the US. I London the international arrivals just present themselves and their passport, not their luggage.

In the US (I'm just comparing to detail 'ease' or difficulty), every tourist (no matter if he's a transit passenger or not) is required to present themselves to Custom with paperwork, passport AND luggage in hand.

Who knows how that was supposed to work.

US customs wouldn't be an issue as it would be leaving the country. It would be the UK that would be the issue and I'd love to know what Murray's brainless plan for that was. Regardless though it would be near enough impossible to get propofol like that once in the UK.

this is really really unbelievable....I cannot believe that would happen that is just ludicrous. What?! :doh::doh::doh: :lol: Okay...NOW they are getting desperate!! They know the self-injection theory won't work, so they gotta think about something else...ANYTHING that might have MJ's fingerprints on it. Well...let's not forget that it was our "dear" Dr. Murray who got MJ's juice and breakfast every morning (and Kai Chase is the witness...well except on that morning...but Murray definately was in the house alone before MJ)...so who's to say it wasn't Murray who put all kinds of stuff in the bottles. That's why I wanted to know in the very beginning if they tested the bottles in case Murray had put something in them, since he was the last one to have access to MJ's breakfast and juice without anyone watching before they got to MJ. So if they were not tested, the prosecution can also say "Well...who's to say Dr. MURRAY wasn't the one secretly putting it in them...seeing he has lied about everything else too and has been trying to hide evidence...who is to say he didn't do it". If that is in fact all the defense has...then it is not looking good for Murray and they KNOW it. They are getting D-E-S-P-E-R-A-T-E!!! Murray is the seat getting a bit hot already? Huh? :evil:

P.S. I would LOVE to see the simultanious and :doh: from the jury if they ask this question at the trial. :lol:

How was it explained in the autopsy? I can't remember

the CPR ruptured his stomach and it went in from there.. also he had drunk it it would be found in his mouth and throat

One thing that bothers me about this Prelimenary Hearing is that the "Money" is not being followed or discussed. The D.A. should realize that "Money" is the motive for this crime, and the "Root of all Evil".

BS! That's just utter crap, what the hell??? It was already stated that the meds in his stomach were there because of resuscitation attempts:

5. Evidence of therapy.
A) Endotracheal tube.
B) Intravascular catheter of left neck, and both femoral regions.
c) Intra-aortic balloon pump, inserted through left femoral artery.
D)Punctures and contusions of right neck, both arms, left calf, and right ankle.
E) Condom catheter.
F) Resusciative abrasion-contusion of central chest.
G) Resuscitative fractures of sternum, right 4th and 5th ribs, and left 3rd through 5th ribs.
H) Resuscitative alveolar hemorrhage of lungs.
I) Resuscitative transmural hemorrhage of stomach .
transmural hemorrhage of stomach : a hemorrhage of the wall of the stomach causes blood circulating the body to abnormally spill into the stomach. In other words propofol and lidocaine were in the blood and when the blood spilled into the stomach due to the resuscitation attempts they found traces of propofol and lidocaine in his stomach

There is another possibility that we haven't thought yet. Maybe Dr. Death was "treating" other "patients" with propofol as well...
I'm a million per cent sure that Murray isn't a doctor anyway!

I don't think Murray was treating other patients with propofol. I also don't think he was treating MJ with that much propofol. i think we do have to remember that Mj was going out. Even at rehearsals he did not seem out of it.
If Murray bought only one vial that he continously recycled, how could he account for what he gave MJ? Meaning, if he submitted a bill to MJ for supplies, or an accounting of the propofol being done, if only one vial was present, then how could he explain that? He had to keep up appearances.

Also, propofol leaves you groggy, MJ does not appear to be that way when we see him in TII or when we see him walking around (there was talk of him being groggy when coming from Klein's office). As said from members, you are not supposed to eat before having propofol, but according to Kai's testimony, it was noticeable that MJ had not eaten that particulsr night, showing this was not a pattern for him.

And, if a person needs a bit to "awaken" from the effects of propofol, then why would he be asking for it so late in the day that morning? When by accounts. MJ should have been getting ready to leave for practice?

I think this whole propofol story is a red herring. And if MJ did drink propofol, there is what happened with the propofol instead of Murray flushing it down the toilet, He was lacing his drinks with it.

This is just me trying to put things together and understand what happened here. I think Murray and this whole propofol story is FOS. IMHO. Sorry for being OT here. fftopic:fftopic:

"I don't have a watch", "I don't know the address", "I love MJ's mother as much as I love my mother", "I have to do it (mouth to mouth breathing) because he is my friend", 1, 2, 3 mistresses, not calling 911...

What's next??? Tinkerbell was really jelous of MJ going to the UK then she injected Michael propofol and then flew away????
