It just doesn't make any sense. Somebody who doesn't even bother with an oximeter after the EMTs arrived, is probably not too worried about aspiration.

If I remember correctly Kai said that she packed his dinner and he took it with him to the rehearsals. Would make sense if he was there from about 6 p.m. until midnight. So whether he really ate it or not...I guess no one could really know. Or he just ate a tiny bit. Maybe MJ had requested for that meal, because he felt like it , bu then wasn't hungry after all...And beans etc. at 1 a.m....:scratch::lol:

I'm still trying to catch all your thoughts here: some of you are saying Murray was giving MJ placebo and in fact was flushing it down or whatever? So the point is MJ wanted to be treated w/propofol?

Yes, and that's a strategy the defense has already indicated that it would use. That Michael was an addictive personality; that he DEMANDED propofol very forcefully. So, now Murray knew it wasn't good for him, and tricked him into thinking he was having it? Protecting Michael from himself? I'd be a lil careful with that one, and I'm not buying it for a second.

Conversely is the theory that Murray was treating the insomnia, told Michael that the propofol would not harm him (review the lyrics to "Morphine?") and Michael TRUSTED him?

And about the testimony that Michael DRANK the propofol? That's ludicrous.

I'm not sure anymore lol , since I didn't quote the person, but I was just referring to the poster who said that, the theory of Murray tricking Mike meant Mike was demanding it. I don't think s/he meant to blame Michael but, I think it was just a general observation I think, to which I just replied

Yes, and it makes you wonder why that night was different, Propofol at around 10.40 or 11.40 am - why not eat the night before, let's say around midnight? What kept him (them - Kai Chase said the soup was for Michael and Murray) from eating? And why?

But she also said she left a light dinner for them in the refrigerator and it was still there the next morning, so that night he was supposed to eat at home.
 
im sorry but why are we discussing the drinking ??? its all cleared up in the autopsy report so its not big deal tmz is tmz

can we move on from that pls??


And further more its still a theory the whole tricking michael.. and personaly i dont buy it until ive got evidence *read of it*

lets stick here with what we know happend and with the facts of the testimony????

and maybe michael eat well before propofol was adminstered?

because if its strange he did not eat, that means he eat normally right? so maybe the meal was around 0000am? and every propofol was around 6 am? thats 6 hours later?

if you buy murrays story that he always tried first something else..

why buy so many bottles? if you are not going to use it?

just because he ate doesnt mean at night, doent mean that muarry wasnt giving him propofol. in that case mj wasnt gonna eat at all during that day(by your theory). i think he ate and thats why muarry had the bed pads and the catherters(sp) present.
 
I think at this point the prosecution managed to show a pattern in Murray's behavior and character, they proved repeatedly that Murray is a liar. I still think a grand jury would have been better than a prelim but, I'll leave it at that.

Maybe this is conspiracy, but maybe June 25 was chosen as the day to complete the murder, because I cannot see any other rational reason for this mismatch of medical care.

Ingelief, I think it is the lack of testimony for today.

But you are right:

You guys can we get back on track (I know I was an offender and got carried away) and focus on what is said in the trial and leave theories about what happened and conspiracies out this thread?

updates only come when court is at break or over. they already had the afternoon break, now we are waiting for court to be over. It should end within 30 minutes now. (it's 4pm in LA now)
 
I saw some tweets on twitter saying that Murray might get away with ONLY COMMUNITY SERVICE and a few other little inconveniences....whatttt?!?!?
No jail time?! Someone please tell me if this is true or not!! :no:

If the defense they are struggling to formulate now is that he DRANK it, I'd say Murray is in deep !@&@#!
