Ahhh, thanks so much! Indeed, thanks to one of MJ's Fan Club who provided excellent seats, at the time, I would never have had the privilege of attending his 45th Birthday. A lot of exciting things happened, apart from the party, which I will treasure within my heart! (By the way, of the many photos I had taken that day, I did capture his smile, which is, in my opinion, a Jackson signature)

In addition, when attending such events I have always enjoyed meeting his fans from around the world and this event, his 45th Birthday, was just another wonderful experience!!! I met a fan, on his birthday, and we have been friends, ever since. Memories to cherish!

Regarding your family, family is very important, which is why I most always am concerned about not only my relatives but the relatives of others. So, you are very welcome, AllForMJ, because I truly want your loved ones well and happy!!! And about having a lot of things "going on", believe me when I say I know how crazy life can get but, we deal with it and keep going.

Thanks for posting this video. :wild: I've watched so many times this videos (and others) and I do not get tired. :blush: It was a beautiful birthday party for Michael. He was soooooooo happy with all this love from fans for him. He was so beautiful. All the things he said.... :blush: :heart: There were so many beautiful moments in this video. Like this:

Yesterday watching that video again, I went back to the past, I remembered when I wanted to be there to celebrate the birthday of Michael. :wub: Although Michael has come to my country (3 times), I was very young (I would so like to be old to be there) and I could not be there to see him even though he was a few feet away from me. But for me, remember that in 1993 he did concerts here and I could not be there, do and always will my heart break every time I remember this fact. Why I wanted to see it live performing and obviously, the impossible dream of meeting Michael :blush:, who was the dream of every fan, it was my big dream. :wub: I love and admire other artists, but Michael will always be more important to me. :wub: He means is a lot to me and I will always love him, he will always be part of my life, he is always in my thoughts and principally in my heart....FOREVER!!! :heart: :girl_in_love:

Not being there is, and always will be devastating to me. Well, I really did not have luck like so many other fans were, to see him performing and/or meet Michael, talk to him... But I really am very, very, very happy for all the fans who made it. Great moments/memories!!! :yes: :wild: :heart: :wub: :clapping:

Now, to me, is just a dream that never took place that makes me sad forever... I had no luck as the other fans. Well, I can no longer want this dream, you know... *big sigh*

Guess what, Ashtanga? The comment I made was never directed toward you. I have met many fans at various MJ events, some who hold onto the belief that since Michael's past marriages he has been unattached. Do I blame them for feeling this way? Absolutely not!!! Everyone has the right to express what they believe. Besides, we ALL know that Michael has the "IT" factor.

I have nothing but love for you, Ashtanga; especially for MJ fans because I find something special and unique about them, in particularly, the ones I have met, personally. Michael's fans are special because the man we all love is special.

The consolation is that I have everything that was released at that time in the Brazilian press saved (and also some things of 1974 I could find and also 1996 :wild. Magazines, newspapers, vhs with all the news recorded. I have everything saved with very love and sometimes I look at them and back in time. :wub:

I mean, Lisa was his wife at that time and they were together and he looked happy but the song itself has an opposite meaning, like he was singing it not for Lisa because she was not “far apart” really and he was “not alone”. Just thinking…. .

(MysteriousPhoenix, btw, that was funny about the "dueling" bit. And oh, I was amused, also, MP, by your Columbo reference earlier, too. I've been meaning to tell you)

Anyway, Favoritetune, I'm glad you've enjoyed some of our posts in here.

You ask tough questions.

1. Did he post in here? I think it is possible. A lot would argue with that.

2. How long? Varied opinions on this, too. Some have felt it can be supported through lyrics that there has been a "story line" beginning way back in the early eighties. Others have felt that "she" might have first come into the picture right before the accusations began in 2003. Also, there have been a few in here that think "she" might be a recent love that began in the last few years.

One thing that had been considered in here is noticing when MJ seems to be showing real happiness in his demeanor. That seemed to show through to us all in photos in the fall of 2008. Also, some feel that something similar was going on with him in 2002, and can been seen in photos and footage from that time. For me personally, I first noticed a happiness going on in him in fall of 2007. I, at this time, was new to the MJ scene, and didn't even have the slightest thought that there was a LITD girl, or that his lyrics were communicating to a certain girl, in fact, I hardly knew any of his lyrics and had only heard at this point a handful of songs. I was just trying still to get a handle on what this guy was even about.

But in the fall, of 2007, MJ started to come a little out of hiding and did two photo shoots; Vogue and Ebony. What got my attention, once a sound clip was released from that Ebony interview, was how he sounded. I couldn't believe it. The first thing I thought is..."This man is feeling real happiness from deep within." It was in his voice...the lilt, the energy and enthusiasm, and how comfortable and congenial he came off . The only two situations where I have come across this in individuals is when one, they just come to know God and feel for the first time in their lives truly loved, or...when someone is in love and has hope that it is being reciprocated.

Now this doesn't mean that at that time, fall 2007, the LITD girl finally just entered his life; it could mean she was around for awhile, but finally did something, or something occured, after all this time, to make him feel really hopeful.

So, I would recommend, Favoritetune, that you listen to his lyrics and think about his actions in the past and see if you come up with some correlations. You might. And you might have fun while doing it, too.


What Asedora did here, is a good example of how we explore ideas by considering the lyrics and finding contradictions or similariites, or any other clues of what might be going on:

He was working on it...getting things right, and then June 25, 2009 came.

And there are those who feel that true love does not stop when someone dies, but somehow in the spiritual realm there is a way. Like the song that was once posted in here from West Side Story..."somewhere a place for us, a time and place for us" the lyrics go something like that. And there is one more line of thought, a sensitive one to bring up, but over the past year it has been no secret in the fan community that some think MJ is still alive...the TMZ poll that was posted awhile back had shocking results with more than 80% voting that they thought MJ is still alive. If one's stance is that he is still alive, then he and his LITD girl may still have a chance.

I think that covers everything, or a few, if not most, of the theories that have been presented in here at different times along the way. This thread has a lot of pages now; its had a long life.

On the new album, I've been following the thread about this, but I really do not feel as much emotion as the other fans. I know that is the legacy of Michael, but I really can not be happy. *big sigh*

But my question was a bit different, about Lisa. I mean he asked Lisa to be in that video and she was his wife at that moment but the song does not sound like it is for her. I mean, first there was '93 and then there was a marriage, then there was a pregnancy then another marriage then there was '03 then there was TII (the shows) then of course, death, etc. I mean, that was seven things just right there. How were they ever going to get together through all those changes?
