When someone prays and asks for God strength to overcome, the Lord him prepares for the victory and sends him exercises that will enable him for combat.
In I Samuel, 17 - David, was just a boy. No one recognized like arms the objects he was carrying in his hands. However, he threw down alone, a giant that a whole army dared not face.
The Lord is preparing his warriors. It's necessary that they being trained in small struggles, so that they do not wilt in the great fighting. So, when the Lord, that prepare them in secret, manifest them to the world, this is offended by not to know their weapons, not to understand how they fight and not to know where they were all this time. Warriors of God are humble like the tears they poured often. If he humble himself and patiently endure the adversities that involve him, God will exalt him and will make him an extraordinary man. Known for the victories in their struggles. His value will be recognized. Then the warrior will see that any struggle, however small it being, was not fought in vain.
Yeah, the suffering is REAL, but the suffering overcome in love, it's fountain of transformation and life, because the love has the power transform the most difficult things in light and easy things. Nothing weigh it, nothing cost it. It not excuse itself with the impossibility, because it believe that everything is possible and allowed for it. Love has the power to transform all the things and unlock all the doors. Just it does shine our talents and who really we are.
If I love, I need you... and it makes me better. If I love, I pass to like more of your voice than mine... Then I shut up for you to talk, and at listen to you I'll be loving. Love makes indispensable people. And the warriors, victorious.

In 1984, when Twilia Paris wrote this song and I heard it for the first time on the radio, I was only listening at the time to worship and Christian music. This is why I was not ever aware of the songs MJ was putting out over the years. And so I have had to learn them recently to know what you guys are talkin' about.

Although we all miss Michael very, very much, it is still very important to celebrate the beauty of the life that he lived and not become overwhelmed by his death just because the media attached the word tragic to it. The way that Evan Chandler left the earth was tragic. He saw his end coming and it occurred with the use of his very own hand. Michael did not know he was about to leave. He went to sleep and did not wake up. He thought he was going to work the very next day, but it turned out that the day before contained his last song sung.
Some members of the media spent numerous days for years on end trying to break Michael's spirit as he lived and now they are trying to break his spirit in death. Why they are trying to act like God will not one day say their time is up, is beyond me, but I know one thing... The chances of them going to live in God's house along with Michael will most likely not happen and because of this, Michael has won. He is free of them and all that they have chosen to do to him. He is partying like never before and will continue to do so as his talents are connected to his soul and goes wherever he goes.
Will those that chose to badger him enjoy their moments after life on earth has come to a close? Who wants to bet the answer is no.
Will they be able to come to where Michael is and continue the badgering? I truly doubt that God would allow such a thing to occur. Not in His house.
Therefore, they have not hurt Michael as much as they would have liked to. They have only hurt themselves. Satan is waiting for them to come to where he is and they are not going to like it there. Their false party or what they have been viewing as fun at the expense of Michael's pain will be officially over. When will that day come? Who knows. But, their individual clocks are counting down because no one lives forever.
So, I'm going to pass on to you all...and the Jackson family if it will be of any consolation...something that I received when I went to my Stepfather's wake that took place after he died on June 22, 2009...three days before Michael passed away. It is a poem by E. Brenneman and it is called "His Journey's Just Begun."
Don't think of him as going away--
his journey's just begun,
life holds so many facets--
this earth is only one...
Just think of him as resting
from the sorrows and the tears
in a place of warmth and comfort
where there are no days and years.
Think how he must be wishing
that we could know today
how nothing but our sadness
can really pass away.
And think of him as living
in the hearts of those he touched...
For nothing loved is ever lost---
and he was loved so much.
In addition to saying goodbye to Michael and my Stepfather this year, my family also had to say goodbye to one of my favorite Uncles. We said goodbye him this past September and it was after being at his death bed for close to two weeks. He was tired of trying to hold on to this life after having multiple strokes, diabetes, being blind and also partially paralyzed. I've heard they go in 3's. I guess it's true. But you know what? These were three very strong loving men. I've learned a lot from them and appreciate the time that they spent here being the beautiful men that they chose to be.
Am I going to spend every waking moment mourning their death? Why would I do that? They died one day. They lived many. The many carry more memories than the one. Plus, I know that I will see them again at a later time as long as I am trying to please God with my life.
So, the celebration continues...
After all, Michael Jackson is STILL the bomb and everything that he worked on is still all around us to remind us.

The very first time I went to see "This Is It" I got up and left when I thought the movie was over and then I ended up missing this. But when I went to see it the second time...after someone here mentioned how nice the ending was...I got a chance to hear this sweet little surprise and then I was mad at myself for leaving too soon the first time! LOLSometimes it can bring a smile to our face when we think of things about Michael that we loved about him. How about his laugh? Whenever you hear his laugh does it make you light-hearted?

It took me THREE times of seeing This Is It before I caught this. As I've said many times in this thread, maaaaaaan I'm slow!
But the last time I was in that theater watching the film, I, of course, like each time before, decided to stay to the VERY end. And I was just getting ready to watch that last bit before gettin' myself up out of my seat...
and the last part is when you see the "dancin' feet" (see exhibit A below) lol.
But THIS time, while that is going on I DISTINCTLY hear Michael's giggle! That's right, it is plainly there, and it was as if he was sitting right next to me in the theater doin' it, too. It probably felt that way because you didn't see his face anywhere on the screen doin' it...you just could hear his very fun giggle while watching those dancing feet.
There was no way I could possibly leave the theater after that feeling down or depressed. No way. Someone, somewhere, somehow, decided that every person who waited till the end of the credits would leave with the last thing they heard from Michael being...his happy giggle!
How cool is that?
If ya missed it, do look forward to that when you get the DVD. It's guarenteed to put a smile on your face!

So, what exactly is the bottom line with all the L.O.V.E. stuff? Does each letter stand for something, 'cause usually when there are dots between each letter, it means each letter stands for something. Does anyone understand the thing?

I think it's because Michael spelled it out, as in, "It's all for love." And then he spelled it, "L.O.V.E."

Edit: But what I'm really upset about is that I'm not considered a "Legacy Member" on this board. I guess they don't think I was one of the ones who "did it all for L.O.V.E." If I didn't do it all for love, then what did I do it all for? Gingersnaps?
BTW, I always hated Gingersnaps and I would always get bought those! Why? I also hated when my dear, sweet grandmother would buy cookies. She always bought those cookies that were on sale 100 cookies for a dollar and they were always so dry and tasteless! They were so dry they would like fall completely apart with one bite. And forget about dunking them in milk, 'cause they would like completely dissolve because they were so dry they would just soak up they milk and get so soggy you couldn't hold onto them anymore and they would fall to the bottom of the glass and you would have to figure out how you were gonna retrieve it. Ah, memories! Nothing but the best growing up!

The subject of of love isn't just the subject of romance. It is all-encompassing. it is the subject of light, too. I know this particular thread has to do with the romance kind of love, but I am going to continue on this tangent for just a bit longer.
See in order for there to be love, of any form, there must be light, somewhere. Most people in this world, by the world's standards, would be in general, considered "good" people. There is of course a Biblical definition of the way people are - "we are all as filthy rags" and "no one is good, no not one", due to our sin nature. Compared to God and His righteousness, sure that's true. But that's not where I am headed with this. So back to Light.
Light/Love spreads, as does Darkness/Evil. BUT, fortunately, Light has the power to overcome. There can be no darkness where light floods every nook and cranny of a room. No shadows. The heart can be like that, when we allow it. It can glow, and we can glow right along with it (i.e. "Be God's glow!"). And when Light makes one room glow, thoroughly, it illuminates another, and another, and another. When the heart is absolutely FULL of Light, and Love, there is NO room for hate, no room for evil, no room for bitterness to fester (especially over circumstances over which we have no control). When injustes occur, there is every right to be angry (even Jesus got angry at times), but that passes. When someone dies, especially all of a sudden, we grieve at the loss of the person in our lives, but then realize hey, there is cause to celebrate this person's life! God has perfect timing, even when we don't realize it, even when we cannot explain it. For some people who have passed on, they were soooo full of Light, soooo full of Love, that even after the body has gone, the spirit/soul continues to be active, and the mission continues - only this time, with more freedom. The body gives a lot of limitations to the what the soul can really do. With Michael, this is very much true, and many of you can attest to this. With many other people, the soul rests for the rest of eternity. This is the general and standard way things are done, and how they are talked about.
I told you, some time ago, that Michael found love and light, right here on this board (mjjc as a whole). In more ways than one. So MANY of you here, have such a desire to keep his true legacy alive. This has occured both pre-June 25 and post. Those are the things that truly brought smiles to his face on here. SO much love. Michael is not God, is not Jesus, nor did he ever claim to be. In fact he denied that outright. He knew that people on this earth compare him to Jesus, and he felt that was a category that most certainly did not belong to him. His purpose, as it SHOULD be, has been to IMITATE Jesus, as much as possible. THAT's what draws people to him (and by the same token, makes others despise him), because not only is his heart just naturally full of Light, he USES it and makes it spread everywhere. For some people that takes a huge effot, for others it is a gift from God to have an ease to do that. When it is NOT used, tho, darkness can set in and make it useless. Just as with any gift of the Spirit.
What exactly is my point? I guess it would be that yes there are struggles on this earth, yes there is pain, but ultimately, Light overcomes everything. lol Love Overcomes Virtually Everything. I think it was ashtanga or someone that came up with that phrase. And it's true. And if you actually live by that, you can make yourself accomplish things that you never thought possible! Michael sure has! He overcame the odds (and they were many in his life). You know what though, his celebrity both helped AND hindered his mission. It helped in that he was well-known and had money/resources to get a lot done in mass quantity/quality. It hindered in that he was TOO well known and was a prisoner of his own identity almost his whole life. Not being able to go places w/o being mobbed, etc. SO much has a hinderance. There was/is MUCH more he's wanted/needed to accomplish, that it can only be done spiritually in some form.
So, be extensions, of not only Michael's Light and Love, but ultimately, the SOURCE of it, which is God. It matters not if you have no money - you can still make an impact in many people's lives. You have to trust that you can, do what you can, be Light and Love, spread Light and Love, Keep the Faith, etc. We're all connected. Don't wait until the last minute. Time IS running out.
BE the LOVE.

In fact he denied that outright. He knew that people on this earth compare him to Jesus, and he felt that was a category that most certainly did not belong to him. His purpose, as it SHOULD be, has been to IMITATE Jesus, as much as possible. THAT's what draws people to him (and by the same token, makes others despise him), because not only is his heart just naturally full of Light, he USES it and makes it spread everywhere. For some people that takes a huge effot, for others it is a gift from God to have an ease to do that. When it is NOT used, tho, darkness can set in and make it useless. Just as with any gift of the Spirit.
What exactly is my point? I guess it would be that yes there are struggles on this earth, yes there is pain, but ultimately, Light overcomes everything. lol Love Overcomes Virtually Everything. I think it was ashtanga or someone that came up with that phrase.
So, be extensions, of not only Michael's Light and Love, but ultimately, the SOURCE of it, which is God. It matters not if you have no money - you can still make an impact in many people's lives. You have to trust that you can, do what you can, be Light and Love, spread Light and Love, Keep the Faith, etc. We're all connected. Don't wait until the last minute. Time IS running out.

The subject of of love isn't just the subject of romance. It is all-encompassing. it is the subject of light, too. I know this particular thread has to do with the romance kind of love, but I am going to continue on this tangent for just a bit longer.
See in order for there to be love, of any form, there must be light, somewhere. Most people in this world, by the world's standards, would be in general, considered "good" people. There is of course a Biblical definition of the way people are - "we are all as filthy rags" and "no one is good, no not one", due to our sin nature. Compared to God and His righteousness, sure that's true. But that's not where I am headed with this.
Light/Love spreads, as does Darkness/Evil. BUT, fortunately, Light has the power to overcome. There can be no darkness where light floods every nook and cranny of a room. No shadows. The heart can be like that, when we allow it. It can glow, and we can glow right along with it (i.e. "Be God's glow!"). And when Light makes one room glow, thoroughly, it illuminates another, and another, and another. When the heart is absolutely FULL of Light, and Love, there is NO room for hate, no room for evil, no room for bitterness to fester (especially over circumstances over which we have no control). When injustes occur, there is every right to be angry (even Jesus got angry at times), but that passes. When someone dies, especially all of a sudden, we grieve at the loss of the person in our lives, but then realize hey, there is cause to celebrate this person's life! God has perfect timing, even when we don't realize it, even when we cannot explain it. For some people who have passed on, they were soooo full of Light, soooo full of Love, that even after the body has gone, the spirit/soul continues to be active, and the mission continues - only this time, with more freedom. The body gives a lot of limitations to the what the soul can really do. With Michael, this is very much true, and many of you can attest to this. With many other people, the soul rests for the rest of eternity. This is the general and standard way things are done, and how they are talked about.
I told you, some time ago, that Michael found love and light, right here on this board (mjjc as a whole). In more ways than one. So MANY of you here, have such a desire to keep his true legacy alive. hi everyone, i am one ,looking this thread many months,but talk less.
to me, michael is the light in the night, he lighted my life, his music show me the way , i had to be strong.
the real life is cool sometimes, i am real too.
but ,why i have come to see this theard so many many times?
cause, i hoped michael could find real love for himself, and i believe, he was happy before he died.and there are many people always believe in love here, from the very begining .
