haha well me too. But when I said he liked to "please" he's female fans I did'nt meen it in a nasty or egoistic way or just to earn money. What I ment was.. I know that it meens a lot to him that we know that he loves us (watching a looooong film of "thank you - i love you more!"'s inside my head
) and I think he would maybe write a single song our two in a way that would make the ladies hearts melt. but still I think that every song he has written comes form a personal feeling and the words in it are true - NOT something he writes just to sell or to please the image that the world have of him (the good image).AllForMJ

I'm getting addicted this topic! LOL! I always had a curiosity about "Superfly Sister", I do not know if this song has already been discussed here, the letter is very sexy and sensual and has nothing to do with the innocent side of Michael. LOL! About Michael had in mind to make the letter? Or is it simply the imagination of Michael flew away and was "Superfly Sister"? It is a very hot song!

I think Superfly Sister is a criticism about the sexualization of love... About people taking lust for love and things like that...

You're right. The lyrics of the song is very personal. But there are passages in it that refers indirectly to sex. And the lust for love I think in today's "Superfly Sister" is a great soundtrack for this theme. LOL! Why today in the pure and true love is not something taken seriously. But you never really know what was the inspiration and what exactly happened to Michael in the head when writing the letter. It is a great song and I love the beat! All songs by Michael, without exception of any in some kind of message are causing us to reflect. Michael thank you for that cause in us!

Thank you Poe. wow I like it even more now. That's what I thought before about maybe he's talking about a pure, God blessed love. About the dreams....I really have no idea. I just know years ago I was curious as to whether that was something that had been studied or known to happen and came across a study done. It was interesting. They were dreams shared by people who knew each other. There was no way to test the possibility of dreams shared by those who had never met. I've always been fascinated by dreams, and since watching some movie on dreams when I was a child, I found it even more fascinating. I wish I could remember the name of the movie but it was about this group of test subjects who were induced into a shared dream and one guy was evil and would kill others in their dreams and then because they died in the dream, they were dead in real life (I think... hard to remember. I think I was probably 5 or so) but since then I would try to have dreams that were shared by someone else and I tried controlling my dreams to an extent as well. So I find dreams very interesting, whether my own or someone elses.
Sure I've fallen or I'd not be here..lol. Fallen for him and his fans.. something about this MJ world is alluring..well..him, the people attracted to him, the music and creativity, the romance like in this thread. It is all really special and he is very special too, and so are so many of the people I have met..special to me. So yes, I am not immune to the charm and magic.

As someone else said, he sees God in the face of children and that pure innocent joy. When you see the creation of the creator, and it just hits you, it can be so powerful, and I suppose that's how the inspiration came about for this song. He may not have even fully remembered what actually happened just prior to his writing this, or maybe both things did and he was recalling back to how he felt watching the children playing and experiencing that good innocent fun that he could experience vicariously by watching them. It makes sense that it is about God and inspired by God through the moment of seeing His goodness in that moment through those children.

Oh! you were the one who said it about seeing God in the face of children. Yes I agree. I see the light! lol. I understand now and it makes sense. I used to think I was wrong to think it was about God, because of those two things I mentioned, but I just needed to change my perspective and see the other meaning. LOL MJ loves to do that hey? Say or write things that can be taken more than one way. He doesn't even bother to elaborate to clarify. Just lets us see it how we see it. Probably because depending on how you see something, it says something about the viewer. Well I can't speculate his reasoning for doing that, but it's something I've noticed about him.
I think it has to do with being single...and how Susie is not impressed that most not all men lost the ethical & morel values on how to treat a lady and what is their true motivation for asking her out.
Susie is a kind of an old fashion type of lady when she dates therefore she makes the boy wait...

That was a great observation wasn't it? I noticed, but didn't NOTICE it. if that makes sense.. probably not. Well you can feel that it's more child-like and pure, and the other songs have a different feel to them, but I never consciously took notice of it. It's really interesting. Hmmm... wow.

Interesting yes, but I think I know the answers to your quest...
"Blood On The Dance Floor" I believe this composition has to do with the 1993 Allegations and Mr.Jackson is telling the world that there was "almost" Blood On The Dance Floor, Susie suddenly appeared, her motivation was not about love & romance it is about her investigating the accusers game and "exposing them" for who and what they are with 7even inches of the truth and the justice it will create.
Super Fly Sister: About becoming single...Susie is not impressed that most not all men lost the ethical & morel values on how to treat a lady and what is their true motivation for asking her out. As far as Susie's sister, her sister is married to a hood and thinks she's got it good.

Mr.Jackson metophorically utilized a little girl Susie in the film to
teach that physical wounds can kill and or eventually heal but the mental wounds last a life time.
I think Susie was in a very domineering, controlling, suffocating relationship for many years, and out of no where, Susie's true blue friend gave her the strength, and courage to go after her many hopes and dreams...and achieve everything that she has become today..!

Probably, but I thought maybe there could be a connection between the songs that use the same name since he uses Billie Jean in a number of them as well. Perhaps the names mean something to him not because of a person, but because of what that particular name's meaning is for him? (but yes Susie, it could be possibly about an actual person, though he doesn't usually bring peoples names into things. Instead let's them be anonymous. Though I won't say you are wrong as I don't know. It's merely my opinion that I can only have through what I have noticed and see. If I don't have the added important information to something, I can't know the truth to it. I can only make inferences.)
I brought this over from another thread because it looks at some other lyrics as well that I personally think are important. OK now Poe, I am looking more into his actual life and what I think could be true for him but I don't do it with ill intent. I do care, I don't mention it for gossip reasons or anything like that but because it is something important that I think I see and would like to draw attention to because it feels important to.
When he says "the dream we were conceived in will shine again in grace" perhaps he means mankind, humanity, but maybe it could also mean the two of them and their part in God's dream that they were conceived in.

What so many in society keep forgetting is that Mr.Jackson speaks through his music, shares his true thoughts, feelings, inspirations...goals...and dreams...

About the name Susie; I really don't know if there are more. I just know that it caught my attention (as I'm sure it did yours) that he had used some of the same names more than once anyways. Unfortunately I don't know if there are other mentions and I am not as good with knowing everything Michael as some are. It's funny because I had a different impression on the mention of the Susie's in his songs. I will have to listen to them again with your interpretation in mind. My perception is getting changed all over the place today..lol.

People always ask me what Michael is so special. It is difficult to explain the magnetism he has to attract people. I always say that Michael is an angel sent to earth by God. An angel in human form. He really is a very blessed by God. And until today I have never seen another artist be so loved and admired as he is for his fans. Michael deserves all that and more by the incredible person and artist he. I am sure that God will illuminate the life of your angel sent to earth with many good things for it to be completely happy. :wub:

No? So you believe that "Susie" really existed? "Susie" is a pseudonym? Hmmmmmm But in reality we can not know what is true, we have some assumptions that create and imagine that it has been that way, we can not know as was the case with Michael to create this music. We do not know where or what he thought and where was your inspiration to create. Only Michael knows. Will always be a mystery to us. Michael mysterious man... :wub:
