Hopefully one good thing to come out of this trial will be a clear timeline, when and who raised concerns, who acted, who did nothing.

So true. In fact, I am amazed that anyone would want to rely on Roger reporting. Really what we need is someone that would report both sides of the evidence. Is there such a human?

Rogers a tabloid hack. i doubt he even has the brain capacity to report on criminal/civil issues unless hes been spoon fed. his

Linda Deutsch is a very good journalist. She was very fair to MJ during the 2005 trial and MJ thanked her for that.

Mike taibbi and Anthony Mc Cartney are good too.

I just got AEG's opposition document to media coverage. In that document they mention one certain fan's actions and recent tweets

"Defendant Phillips and counsel was threatened outside Judge Pastor's courtroom and had to be escorted out of the building by Sheriffs"

"The potential attacker was later banned from Judge Pastor's courtroom."

"this same person who had to be physically restrained by Sheriffs in Murray criminal trial, was present in the April 2, 2013 hearing"

"she also made numerous ominous comments about defendants & defendants counsel including one of them "should be locked for child abuse" "

It shouldn't hard to guess who this fan is and if you can't guess her name is in the document.

Yes and she is the one stating she represents the fan community to the media.. :doh:
Her calling the attorney a child abuser is related to the supposedly harsh questioning of Prince
IMO she acts inappropriate in public and is an embarrassment to the fan community ..

^^^^ I read the document that Ivy posted. She is an embarassment. She present herself as a 'Michael Jackson research and reporter advocate'.

Ivy, why is she dragged in to this? Why did the court wanna talk to her? Is it because she was banned to enter the court during the Murray trial and now she wanna be able to attend this trial?

My understanding is that on April 2nd hearing when AEG was opposing the media coverage, they mentioned her harassment of Phillips at Murray criminal trial. As she was present at that hearing, she got up and explained herself. AEG later put all of the information in their reply which they gave to the judge.

Is it my imagination or it's that the Jackson's lawyers are playing dirty? They're twisting things, like the CNN interview. And Malik, I don't know what's wrong with her, she's as crazy as the Jacksons that makes me wonder if there's any biological relation to them.

Well that fan seems more like a family supporter, unless she did not read that the deposition was taped. Anyway coo coo fans never embarrass me, since there will always be crazy fans among ALL artists fans. Craziness is not a special condition of Michael fans, even though the media like to pretend it is. It is just like when the media focus on the most illiterate African American person, or the dirtiest person, or the ones without teeth, when they want to ask questions about an incident in the community. So this coo coo person only represents herself as far as I am concerned.

As for TM being relative to Jackson's, wouldn't surprise me as she suffers the same disease as them, foot-in-mouth :doh:

I can vouch for NBC Mike Taibbi, and a female Santa Barbara news paper reporter (forgot her name). I sent them hand written thank-you letters, during the 2005 trial. And got replies from both.

Malik imo has real issues and is a total imbarassment to real fans. from what ive read/heard she only arrived on the
scene post 09.where she became randys little friend and would try to do his bidding amongst the
community.didnt care for
mj before 09 and infact according to reports called mj an abuser himself. its really sad when u have ppl like this acting as if they speak for fans when they werent/arent even a fan. as someone who is a fan,a hardcore fan who was blessed to follow mj on trips get to meet him and to know some of the fans who were actually close to mj n a personal level all i can do is shake my head and feel sorry for someone like malik and all her post 09 followers. the only good thing is give it time and they will get bored and move on to chris brown usher etc !

Its a f*cked up advocate for 'truth' who would use a photoshopped image as their banner, photoshopped to change Michael's HIStory to fit her agenda.

There is only one person who is important to this justice fighter, she will side with whoever can advance her 'fame' and will viciously attack (understatement) anyone who corrects her mistaken information.

Anybody with an ounce of common sense or in fact anyone who can be bothered to read for themselves should steer well clear.

Michael Jackson’s death controversy is featured on the cover of the latest issue of the National Enquirer. The tabloid is claiming that there is bombshell new evidence that the King of Pop was murdered!

There has been some controversy surrounding his death ever since he passed away. The circumstances have always been unclear at best and no one really knows what exactly happened in its entirety. The magazine claims that there has been some explosive new evidence introduced and they pin his death on murder.

We would be hard-pressed to feel bad for Conrad Murray even if he was just the fall guy. The tabloid makes the claim that Michael’s children, Paris, Prince and Blanket are all hiding some new secret about the whole situation. Lou Ferrigno, Michael’s trainer, also claims that Michael was fit and ready to perform at the time of his death. To sell more magazines, the tabloid has also placed a photo of Michael already dead on the cover. So sickening, isn’t it? Can’t they just let it go already? It’s been nearly four years since his passing. :angry:

^^^^ You need to add a clear warning to that link, perhaps it's worth letting the estate know, the mag says it has autopsy pics inside.

^^That magazine is disgusting, I will never get over the fact that the media thought it was appropriate to print images like that at all and they have done it numerous times in the last 4 years. Its very upsetting, they wouldnt for any other person im sure

I think the information you have posted is more than enough for folks to know what's going on, without having to actually see that picture again.

First let's be sure that they have printed more than one autopsy picture. Otherwise that single picture was shown at TV and at public domain. Anyone and everyone can use it.

There isn't much we can do because the photo is in the public domain. I very much doubt they have other autopsy photo's.though. It Could be from the infamous reinactment autopsy documentary that was not MJ. I also want to say those pics did need to be shown during the trial for it to hit home HARD to the jury what happened to Michael at the hands of Murray. Once media was allowed the trial could not be censored. We were to see as is .. reality.

I think it's disgusting for any publication to plaster that Pic on the cover like that, it' so sad. and I dont think its just the MJ community that would find it offensive. The whole rag mag (National Enquirer is offensive) as well at the SUN, Daily Mail and others. But that's what $ells and that the bottom line ..As long as we click on the sites and people purchase, they have a reason $$$$ to continue.

Absolutely! Above all, Michael deserves RESPECT, and there has been so little of that. It just breaks my heart. . . . that he's given no peace, even in death, i.e. a tabloid posting "death photos" (real, or NOT). And what about his children? What if they are in a grocery store and see that mess, of their FATHER? I think that the least we can do is not pass that on, by posting the links. OK, my bad? I clicked on it, almost automatically and without thinking, and just for a second, and I'm SO sorry that I did. He was so much more than that. It just broke my heart. AGAIN.
