Murray rang people the whole time he was injecting and supposed to be monitoring Michael.

Not a real revelation , after all he was on the phone for 47 mintues non stop prior to calling Amir so yes there is no doubt he was on the phone when he was injecting MJ

The judge said he wanted to continue but he has a tight schedule so it starts all over again tomorrow morning at 9:30am... And could last for up to two weeks. :(

Oh and something no one is talking about - Murray had a REALLY bad day today. His lawyers kept asking these stupid questions and the prosecution kept objecting and getting sustained.. and then they would ask again in a different way all the time about being allowed up to Michael's bedroom and would they find their fingerprints up there and all... It was stupid they were trying to make a case from nothing, today was absolutely a win for the prosecution!

And I heard this from a girl who got in the actual courtroom, Katherine was getting really angry when they were talking about Murray calling people the whole time and people kept leaning over to her and rubbing her back :'(

He's always been indifferent arrogant and a phucking murderer. I have said it many times and I'm going to state it again. That prick doesn't deserve to be living while Michael's at Forrest Lawn.

I can figure that, heck if I were her I'd have probably been told to leave the courtroom, I would have jumped on Murray's throat and give him what's long over due.

You are right! He should be there instead of our beloved Michael and even better...he should be thrown in the rubbish! I hate seeing him alive!

i agree but it is not gonna be as easy as we wish it was to convict him of IM. in court it is harder to prove things because of the ways the law is written. its just the way the system works :(

one of the articles implyed that chernoff was accusing amir have having fingerrpints on teh equipment and also brought up the nation of islam. seemed like he was fishing to say amir was involved and the NOI ordered it! is this what u are saying with the above quote?

its also intresting that theres been no reports about all the phonecalls murray made. we of course know about this .but yet again is selective reporting on the medias side. they dont want the public to know the facts
 
@Ingelief no I was in the overflow room down the hall there was a live mic feed... it was only for press but me and a few others walked in with a notepad, smartphone and ID badge I made and no one said a thing!

WOW no NO PICTURES OF MICHAEL WERE SHOWN just the pictures of the bedroom and the bed were shown thats all.

@elusive moonwalker yeah thats true he kept saying it in different ways whenever amir answered the prosecutions questions about the drugs he saw in the room on June 25th and the defense kept reasking would we not find YOUR fingerprints on the vials and IV lines too and he was trying to say no but the judge kept stopping him answering saying the question had no grounds which was true to be honest.
 
So Ortega testifies that he was summoned and scolded by Murray to not play doctor and psychatrist to MJ?

How rude. Kenny should've answered back "Well excuse me for caring about my friend's health."

So why Murray so upset that Michael had come home because he was sick?

Would it be because he was warned by AEG to make sure MJ rehearse even if he's sick from side effects from the meds? Was it confirmed that Murray was giving MJ propofol for 6 weeks every night? So Murray was playing with fire without proper equipment and no contract all this time?:scratch:

Exactly. People have to understand that to treat insomnia problem you have to hire a specialist in this aria. Cradiologists DO NOT F*g treat insomnia! Murray was hired To HELP MJ to SLEEP. And this was WRONG on many levels from the beginning because if a person had obvious problems and needed help, you should not hire cardiologist to inject him with propofol.

Thanks for the updates but now there are rumours going around saying that Kenny Ortega wasnt asked any questions about Karen Faye. Some ppl saying they were inside the court did NOT hear Kenny talking about Karen at all.
 
@mc8755 ok you fly all away over from ireland, are you staying two weeks?

and the live feed, do u know what they showed for evidence? like pictures? you said the fans where crying? how many where in there? and did the fam made a statement after words?
 
how long after death does the body cool. if medics are saying mj was cool at 12.30. i know theres google but ive looked b4 and it gave me nightmares some of the things i read. anyone know?
 
what how thats possible? did kenny speak about karen or not..? that should be right clear. i mean there where fans and mics etc??

it has nothing to do with what some posters on a message board think. it has to do with what they can SOLIDLY PROVE IN COURT. idk what country you are from but thats how the us system works. there are cases where i am sure that EVERYBODY knows the accused did the crime, but they get off because it cant be proved in the court of law. its tricky

I dont know what media reported but all that happened was the defense laywer said to Kenny did he ever talk to Michael about his condition and he said no. He said did he talk to Michael's friends about it and he said no. He said he heard he had yelled at Michael long time friend and colleague Karen Faye about it and Kenny said he didn't. This was weird in general because Kenny had been giving such big answers before and he just said no to all these...
 
Again, I would encourage members to focus on what is presented in court, analyse and discuss that as opposed to running off half-cocked about long-held presumptions and beliefs.

i was speaking figuretivly(sp). i never was implying muarry did any good to mj. you probably came in on that post but so much was said before hand and i was explaing what i meant to another poster
