But, if he had several minutes in which no one knew Michael was in trouble, why didn't he take it among himself to clear everything up before anyone got there. It doesn't take that long to put on a pair of gloves and picked all the vials up and put them in a safe place. Why call the bodyguard to witness everything if you waited 9 to 22 minutes to call for help. Why even do it when they are trying to do CPR or the BS cream story.

From what I can gather, Murray panic so badly that he tried to clean up, but mess up everything. That is the only way to explain half of what happened since he had too much time to get everything together that he didn't seem to use properly.

so you want the mods to ban me for staing the truth???? i was repling to another poster and they said "mj went to a doctor to help him sleep" i said "muarry is a cardiovasular doctor NOT a SLEEP SPECIALIST" you do not go to a heart doctor for a sleep problem.

im saying that muarry "helped" mj(if you want to call it that) but he didnt give mj the HELP HE NEEDED. thats why i said he wasnt hired to help his insomnia problem(you go to a sleep specialist for insomnia and im sure they dont give you propofol). but muarry did "help" him sleep by giving him propofol

Murray was busy removing the IV system and repositioning the PILL bottles near MJ to make it look like an overdose scene. Keep in mind please , Murray's had no intention to admit he gave propofol ( he did not tell the paramedics nor the doctors )and was planning to come back and get rid of the bag full of the liquid drugs he was giving.

I agree that Murray's actions suggests that he wanted it to appear that he was frantically trying to save Michael's life. He has been trying to cover his butt ever since.

Or, Murray could just be a murderer, trying hard to get away with murder. That is what I believe.

at 11:51am he phoned somebody in Houston for 11 minutes. is that nicole was she not in L.A?


At 11:18am he called his Las Vegas office for 32 minutes

at 11:49am he called another Las Vegas phone for 3 minutes

at 11:51am he phoned somebody in Houston for 11 minutes.

at 12:05 pm he called MJ's assistant.

at 12: 21 pm paramedics were called


also if the D.A is going with the second timeline that means murray was on the phone non stop from aprox 11.15 till the times given above. so hes sat with the phone under his chin while injecting mj and not watching him

nicole is in la. she was the one that was on the phone when he found mj, so that would have been earlier. do you know how many times lines are speculated???

I know I was updating earlier, but my God... I knew the prosecution were going for the kill to ensure this go to trial but its so horrific... Some fans in the hallway are crying. Murray rang people the whole time he was injecting and supposed to be monitoring Michael. It's insane that he can practice medicine in California, Texas and Nevada still WHAT THE HELL.

Absolutely unbelievable and totally beyond my comprehension.

Ontopic: I believe Murray knew he f'd up and started calling around to try and cover up his tracks. Wasn't there some talk in the beginning about the propofol being shipped from Texas, or where was his office (I'm sure someone will know the details). He probably called prince up to have a witness to him performing CPR (not suprised he didnt know how to do it, I think he's not the only doctor, sad enough). I assume he didn't want to "call" MJ's dead at the house cause he maybe wanted to try and shift the timeline a bit to make people think that MJ had just collapsed when he called 911 and not 20 minutes or so earlier....

TMZ update

Faheen Muhammad, one of Michael Jackson's bodyguards, just testified he was in Michael's room after Murray noticed MJ stopped breathing. Faheen told the prosecutor, Murray was on his knees doing compressions on MJ in a panicked state, when he turned to Faheen and another bodyguard and asked, "Does anyone in the room know CPR?"

Faheen recalled how Prince and Paris were near the room and Paris was on her hands and knees crying. The nanny took them away.

Faheen also said after Michael was pronounced dead at UCLA, Dr. Murray told him he was hungry and wanted to leave. Faheen said he told Murray to eat at the hospital, but Murray left.

On cross-examination, Ed Chernoff got Faheen to admit Murray spoke with MJ's family and police before leaving.

this is a mess??? also just because he spoke to the family and police doesnt mean anything. from what katherine said, they basiclly made him tell her mj was gone and toya said the she only knew who he was because paris pointed him out. im sure the police HAD to talk to him because he was at the scene of the incident. im sure he didnt go lloking for them. so that last sentence doesnt mean much. you lost one of your patients and all you can think about is food???? i would be 2 sick to eat anything!!! muarry is a trip. he knew he wasnt hungry he just needed an excuse to dip out before they questioned him again
