Faheen Muhammad, one of Michael Jackson's bodyguards, just testified he was in Michael's room after Murray noticed MJ stopped breathing. Faheen told the prosecutor, Murray was on his knees doing compressions on MJ in a panicked state, when he turned to Faheen and another bodyguard and asked, "Does anyone in the room know CPR?"

Faheen recalled how Prince and Paris were near the room and Paris was on her hands and knees crying. The nanny took them away.

Faheen also said after Michael was pronounced dead at UCLA, Dr. Murray told him he was hungry and wanted to leave. Faheen said he told Murray to eat at the hospital, but Murray left.

On cross-examination, Ed Chernoff got Faheen to admit Murray spoke with MJ's family and police before leaving.

i think it's now quite certain that michael was already dead before murry called in other ppl
that's why it's even more ruthless for him to call for the children cuz he KNEW EXACTLY what he was doing.he only cared about covering his own butt,trying to show everyone he was trying "hard" to save him
 
I still find it odd that the bodyguard maintains that Prince and Paris was upstairs when the family keep saying that only Prince was there, no mention of Paris at all. We also have the chief who maintained until fairly recently that none of the kids went upstairs. I wonder if Kai will be called.

Murray also did a piss poor job cleaning up the crime scene if there was still drugs all over the floor linked to him and he waited so long to call for help. Something still doesn't add up. What was Murray doing the whole time if he left evidences on the floor and the EMTs says that Michael was cool to the touch after Murray supposedly lit the fire place to keep the body warm.

that is just to much to imagin those poor kids....my goodness..:(

a cardiologist that doesnt know cpr...that is unbelievable....idiot that he is.

You are still insinuating the same thing, don't play dumb here you think you can fool people by using a not so heavy word while meaning and implying the same darn thing.

There was an article a long time ago that said Paris and Prince was in the room. At the time we thought it was incorrect because we only ever heard of possibly Prince. Who knew at the time it was correct?

I wonder if that article is still in the conspiracy section?

and beechlover is resident over at kop board as seastranger or something

and a good post from kop suggest murray prob asked if anyone else knew cpr so he could begin cleaning up. when no one offered he got alberto to start cleaning

There was an ongoing investigation the chief wasn't just gonna blab everything out. I also believe that I did read somewhere sometime back that Paris was also present. I'm not sure anymore though
 
I agree that Murray's actions suggests that he wanted it to appear that he was frantically trying to save Michael's life. He has been trying to cover his butt ever since.

yes it is very important to the case because that what the defense is trying to prove. the prosecutors are trying to prove that mj didnt inject himself
 
Security guard describes frantic efforts to revive dying pop star


After the lunch hour, a security guard for Michael Jackson took the stand and described the frantic final moments when he saw Jackson’s physician kneeling over the singer, who was sprawled next to his bed.

Jackson was lying with his eyes and mouth open, appearing not to be alive, testified Faheem Muhammad. “I recall him being in a sort of panic state, and I recall him shortly after asking if anyone in the room knew CPR,” Muhammad testified of Dr. Conrad Murray.

Muhammad said he and another security guard exchanged looks of surprise.

“I knew Dr. Murray was a heart surgeon, so I looked at Alberto [Alvarez] kind of shocked,” he said. Alvarez eventually began helping Murray administer CPR, Muhammad testified. He said he left the room to whisk two of Jackson’s children, Paris and Prince, away from the foyer at the front of the room to keep them from the commotion.

Muhammad testified that less than an hour after the singer had been declared dead, the doctor approached him, saying he was hungry and wanted to get something to eat, and abruptly left the hospital soon afterward.

no muarry will not talk at the prelim because the prelim is for the PROSECUTION to lay out there case. if he testifies he will do so during the trial
 
Murray was visiting a clinic to treat insomnia in Houston. So he presented himself as a specialist who could treat MJ's insomnia. But to be realistic , what insomnia specialist would use VERSED of all drugs to treat insomnia? Murray did not blame vesrded usage on MJ, so it was his choice. Tell me now how anyone could say that guy had MJ's best interests at heart? That guy was lying to MJ, lying to everyone.
 
Murray has no heart to calling those poor little babies up. And apparently he had no wit to even perform the cpr.
This all is worst than the worst nightmare scenario.
This is all so wrong I can even put it all together in my head. It's all feels so surreal - the trial of Michael's murder... And at the same time it's so cruel, mercilessly real. ;(
 
Michael wouldn't have been in a fit state to do anything, not with all that trash that was pumped into him prior to the diprovan,
cpr.....cardiologist my ass.

im not saying he was addicted to anything. i was just saying that he needed help and didnt get it. some of the other posters are the ones saying that someone said he was addicted.

Here's the thing, the Kai insisted that the kids never went upstairs. It wasn't until nearly a year later that she said Prince may of went upstairs. The family has always said that Prince went upstairs and even put it in their lawsuit for AEG. They never once said Paris went upstairs, it has always been just Prince.

So, why would Kai change her mind about Prince, but say nothing about Paris and why the family didn't put Paris' name in their lawsuit like Prince. Which is why it is strange.

Bottom line from what I meant was: MJ should've had a real doctor that would've said: 'there's no way I'm giving you propofol to sleep, that's not what it's meant to be used for, or certainly not outside of a hospital. If you have problems sleeping we can get you some kind of help, cause this is not healthy".

i understand you but as soon as you say that mj needs help people ASSUME that you tink he has some raging, out of control junkie. thats not true.

Most likely that his eyes were opened to check if his pupils were dilated. His mouth being open would be from the lame attempt at CPR.

I know I was updating earlier, but my God... I knew the prosecution were going for the kill to ensure this go to trial but its so horrific... Some fans in the hallway are crying. Murray rang people the whole time he was injecting and supposed to be monitoring Michael. It's insane that he can practice medicine in California, Texas and Nevada still WHAT THE HELL. The way Amir described the children was heartbreaking the press will have a field day.

Are TMZ and others reporting it as it happens? I can't really leave Twitter or MJJC cuz my cell phone internet is so bad in here

But, if he had several minutes in which no one knew Michael was in trouble, why didn't he take it among himself to clear everything up before anyone got there. It doesn't take that long to put on a pair of gloves and picked all the vials up and put them in a safe place. Why call the bodyguard to witness everything if you waited 9 to 22 minutes to call for help. Why even do it when they are trying to do CPR or the BS cream story.

From what I can gather, Murray panic so badly that he tried to clean up, but mess up everything. That is the only way to explain half of what happened since he had too much time to get everything together that he didn't seem to use properly.
