Some of the people who are posting here have motives alternative
to just following the court proceedings. I suggest you go to the
"Conspiracy" section. Just saying.

yup ,it is not proper discussion just pushing their opinion as fact again.getting on my nerve and i have to study on top of that smh.

propofol is addictive. also im not talking about the perscription in his house, but im referring to the things that were being injected into him at night to go to sleep. there is a problem if you have to rely on a mix of drugs and/or propofol to sleep. he was dependent upon them to sleep and he needed help so he could be weaned off of it and then go to a sleep specialist to help correct his insomnia

he knew he needed help to deal with his insomnia. that's why he hired a doctor. and that doctor KILLED him.

I don't understand why all these things are being discussed at all. First there was 10 pages of vitiligo cream talk, and now this.

as i said diprivan isnt addictive and was only bought in the middle of may and theres no evidence from what was found in mjs house that he was addicted to anything. as can be seen by reading said documents about what was found in his house when they were prescribed and how many had been taken. also murray stated himself that he only gave such medications on certain nights and others mj slept fine.

Nice one...tell it how it is.

Thanks to all for the update's and links, much appreciated.

your hysterical. why the mods havnt delt with you i dont know. go read up on the refinancing mj carried out in and around 2007 as well while you are at it.
If you quote, quote the whole sentence. What I meant is 100% true:
If MJ had cancelled the tour and chosen to go to treatment (let's not call it rehab) he would've probably be alive now, but bankrupt.

Alive because he wouldn't have gotten anhymore propofol and bankrupt because he called of the tour which would probably have cost him a whole lot of money. Unless you think MJ had a contract that stated he could cancel a tour whenever he liked...

Oh, and I know about his financial situation and yes: he did manage to refinance his debt nicely, but still had a huge debt ($300.000.000 or something, if I remember correctly). Part of doing TII was the financial gain I assume, I believe AEG said he would stand to make $400.000.000 if they continued for more shows after London...

But: no tour, no money, increasing debt, Sony-ATV as leverage....

May I remind everyone that any discussion or insinuation that Michael was addicted to drugs will not be tolerated and is strictly against the rules. Anyone making such claims will be infractioned. This is something we are very strict on and will not tolerate anyone suggesting Michael was a drug addict. Thanks.

justthefacts i doubt that

i spoke to my doctor about propofol and you cant injecte yourself because your gone the minute and awake the next... for an continue you have to use it in iv with a drop system.. cant explain it better in english than that..

i have prop in the OK if i have a test.. three times so pro year and thats also a lot ... imagine every day..

One of Michael Jackson's bodyguards says the pop star's two eldest children watched as the doctor charged in the singer's death frantically attempted to revive him in the bedroom of his rented mansion.

Faheem Muhammad testified Tuesday in Los Angeles that Dr. Conrad Murray appeared panicked as he performed chest compressions on the singer on a bed. Muhammad says the doctor asked at one point whether anyone knew CPR.

The guard says he saw Jackson's children Prince and Paris watching their father, who he described laying on the bed with his eyes and mouth wide open. Muhammad says Paris was crying on the floor and he eventually escorted them from the room.

The testimony comes in a preliminary hearing to determine if Murray must stand trial on a charge of involuntary manslaughter for injecting Jackson with an anesthetic to help him sleep. Murray has pleaded not guilty.

i dnt think the poster is saying he was broke when he died. i think the poster is trying to say if he had stopped the tour and gotten help, he would have had some problems with aeg and them not recieving their money. there would have been lawsuits and he could have PROBABLY lost everything he put up as collateral when he signed to do the tour. not he was broke

so u belive murray then.as u are repeating his defence even though there is no evidence to support such claims. they are all coming out of the woodwork tonight.

ppl who get "addicted" to diprivan get mentally addicted to the rush that comes with waking up. they inject 100s of times in a day very small amounts so they they wake up within a minute or 2 and then re inject. i guess u are going to suggest that mj was doing this aswell.

An person addicted to Propofol injects themselves over 100 a day for there fix.

Surely if you inject yourself once with propofol, you're very likely to die, if you're on your own and have no means to monitor yourself etc??

no way michael injected himself its not posible i believe..

Are there doctors going to testifeid? anistologist? *the once who are in the Ok and give propofol, those doctors*

I'm emotionally exhausted and the audacity of certain people to come into this thread on a day like this, it's hard enough to get over this day besides people calling Michael a goddamn addict. So please stop. This trial has become a mockery for people and a way to call Michael whatever they want. IT's extremely upsetting to see all this happen. It's always the same posters spewing the same bs in another forum of this board. SMDH @ these posters and at the lack of action.

So far, these court proceedings have only reinforced my belief that
Michael Jackson was deliberately and intentionally killed.
"Murder, She Wrote. "
