For one, the family said they didn't even know about propofol and they can't even agree if an intervention even happened. Even his own mother said Michael was healthy and fine the last time she saw him, a week and a half before he died. Some in the family even still maintain that Michael was addicted to painkillers, despite none being in his system.

So, the whole, 'he needed rehab' hold no water and shows you haven't been paying attention for the last years and a half.
 
btw if there is 100 hours of footage.. there will be some true in how michael was feeling?? maybe then can use that too?

I believe the days prior to his death the ill feeling days are importent because of murray being there all the time. so what diognosed he? what gave he michael? or what did he gave michael and not on those days? something changed because michael was ok the last two days..

i believe some true is there to find.. im curius what murray has to say about those days?

and about the call too lee? he was prop not happy


how many people we now know where arqueing with murray before his death? kenny? lee? (indirect then) michael doubting??

Its changed so god damn much its insane. All that is known for sure is that was a significant delay. In the end of the day if you find someone not breathing two minutes is too long to wait before dialling 911 let alone 20, that's madness.

u go in rehab when u are addicted to something, diprivan isnt addictive. and mjs family gave no dates for interventions admitted they never saw him and didnt even know about his insomnia. unless u want to count tito talking about something that went on at the ranch the ranch that mj left in 2005. and i guess u didnt read up on the other drugs that murray gave mj and what was found in his house becasue nothing that was found in the house supported any addiction of any kind. or bother reading the autopsy either or the police reports

TII has a lot to do with this. Over 100 hours of footage..that is still a mystery for me.
BIG money was involved in TII. Their biggest concern was to get Michael on stage, no matter what.

It is unbelivable that a doctor did what he did. Or what he did not do.
Why the hell didn"t the bodyguards call 911 immidiately ????!!!
The hospital was only 5 mins away, for God"s sake ! Why did they have to wait for Murray to tell them so ?!

Good points but who cares. Most of fans went to watch this movie twice and AEG made a good cash from a dying artist. 100 hours footage is a real mystery to me too.

And of course the question is why bodygard did not call 911 when Murray was doing CPR?
Why everybody was waiting? They are bopdygoards and they had to know their responsobilities FIRST. Murray was NOT their boss.

Uhmm, yes he does. If he felt that's what it was, he would have mentioned it, I don't see what insomnia has to do with Ortega's testimony, seeing as how cold chills are not apart of the symptoms for insomnia nor depression.

as i said diprivan isnt addictive and was only bought in the middle of may and theres no evidence from what was found in mjs house that he was addicted to anything. as can be seen by reading said documents about what was found in his house when they were prescribed and how many had been taken. also murray stated himself that he only gave such medications on certain nights and others mj slept fine.
 
the time line show on 25june 2010 in tvshows was different then now i thought...

there was more gaps in it and now its 20 min, also too long, but then it was two hours i thought..

i wrote that based on what ANOTHER POSTER SAID, they said something about the propofol mad him sick. i was saying if the propofol mad him scik that day, then it should have made him sick earlier also. I THINK he was giving him propofol for a little over a month but not everyday though

murray gave two stories. first one he gave the dip at 10.30 found mj around 11am. he then changed his story and said it was around 11.30 and found at 12

Actually, cold chills can be apart of insomnia. Insomnia can, more specially sleep not sleeping, can cause all sorts of health problems such as chill, hallucination, body pains, ect. Which is why it can be use as a type of torture.

Although, we don't know if Michael was suffering from Depression, specially Clinical Depression. That is more or less a fan theory since no one have medical proof that he was depress, especially during his last days. So, that is kind of a moot point.

Tell that to Janet Ramona, 'cause thats another thing both she and Oprah put out there during that interview she did last year when Oprah asked if she thought he was depressed and Janet humbly saying she thought so.

your hysterical. why the mods havnt delt with you i dont know. go read up on the refinancing mj carried out in and around 2007 as well while you are at it.

I am here not to defend Ortega and AEG. I am here to defend Michael. Ortega's action was irresponsible in my opinion as minimum. They had to stop rehearsals but they did not. Plus Ortega was lying before when he was saying Michael was healthy. Today he testified that he was not.

I have been paying loads of attention. The fact that MJ used propofol for weeks would be anough for me to get him into rehab.

Fact: if MJ had been sent to rehab, or had had a real doctor instead of his so called friend like Klein and Murray who where 'helping him' sleep with shady drugs, he probably would've been alive right now...

his family can say whatever. they didn't talk to Michael on regular basis and din't know what was going on in his life. those people who WERE in Michael's life and did know things about him, they all deny the addiction talk.

and if his family were concerned they should have brought it up BEFORE he died, because talking about after he died is too late and useless.

anyway, this is not about Michael's addiction because he wasn't an addict.
 
question is murray have to anwer the use of propofol?

because that can cause big serieus symptoms like on those three days?

propofol is addictive. also im not talking about the perscription in his house, but im referring to the things that were being injected into him at night to go to sleep. there is a problem if you have to rely on a mix of drugs and/or propofol to sleep. he was dependent upon them to sleep and he needed help so he could be weaned off of it and then go to a sleep specialist to help correct his insomnia
 
Some of the people who are posting here have motives alternative
to just following the court proceedings. I suggest you go to the
"Conspiracy" section. Just saying.
 
An person addicted to Propofol injects themselves over 100 a day for there fix.
 
ive posted some questions but it seems like the thread is going to fast to someone answer it
