Again the discussion of Benoquin and skin bleaching is completely off topic. Please focus on aspects of the hearing, not about Michael's vitiligo

the 19th would of been a friday...the 20th a saturday..I wonder if Michael would rehearse on the weekends??,,,The sunday was fathers day..the 21st the day he supposely called Lee. so that right there is a 3 day pattern...then monday the 22nd ..they saying Michael was fine again..Kenny said that Michael was good on the 23rd and 24th...the best rehearsals....Then Michael died on the 25th....I wonder what was different on the 22nd-24th that made the difference in Michael's health??....Then he passed away on the 25th.
 
What can I possibly say......
All I think about right now are his kids. And that day in the hospital.

I must take a break, I never thought it will be this hard.
I just want justice to be served.
Knowing me...I won"t be at piece even than.
Because this should not have happened !!!!!!!!
And I will never forget....all of THEM were for the money. They did not care for Michael, no matter what some of them say now.
Things could have been different.
 
they sure are making a big deal about this damn cream...forget about the cream jeez..

i think mj meant no such cream exist to bleach skin from his old skin color to his new one. he is right it doesnt. the creams that people thought he ised can probably only take you a few shades lighter before you disfigure your skin

He seemed healthy and together and on others he wasn't doing well for whatever reasons. So it's possible when dancers say he was fine during the rehearsals they MAY be summarizing their entire time working with him...even tho on certain days he may have not been "fine". For the most part, perhaps he was "fine" to them.

I think this is where a lot of ppl are getting caught up.

that's an old story. correct me if I'm wrong, I think LaToya and her manager (?)found weed in the house, which they initially thought was Michael's but it turned out to be very old and rotten stuff, which most likely was stocked in the house way before Michael moved in. That's how I remember that story.

the defence go to the effort of getting her tweets/facebook comments to use to try and impeach a witness in the prelim then of course they will use her as a witness if the pros go with this theory during the actual trial.and the fact they have been sniffing around her tweeets. no doubt via message boards show they are going pretty low in getting evidence to support murray due to the fact he has no defence.so u dont think the jacksons will called to support murrays claim that mj was a drug addict who could self inject. what jurror wouldnt believe his own mother?

Latoya claimed thay found heroine (or coke, one of the 2, not into drugs) in the house. That was tested and turned out to be nothing.

They did find 2 baggies or marihuana, I think 15 and 12 grams or something like that.
 
The testimony about Michael's children listing his allergies is very interesting to me.

To my shame, I could not tell you what my mother is allergic to! But those children knew and they knew because their father told them. I am thinking this is another indication of how health conscious Michael was.
 
I would like to add just one thing....this is the only board where fans are quite passionate about the hearing.

The stuff he used is actually irreversably bleaching/damaging the pigment in your skin...

I guess skin bleaching cream falls in the same category as the "I don't drink alcohol" and "I only had 1 or 2 surgeries" white lies then?

^ also female Rushka his designer said that MJ in general was happy , healthy and strong ,,,so maybe there were few days in the last week when things turned bad , maybe Murray began his plan B . who knows !

what days did murray say he didnt give diprivan was it the 23rd and 24th?
 
Talking about Ortega testifying today. Ortega defenders made a point here that he was talking about one day MJ condition. Give me a break folks! I just have to tell you, that any professional physician will agree that insomnia, depression and similar conditions DO NOT appear and disappear overnight. It is very obvious “day by day” disorder. Ortega must know about that and they had to stop rehearsals completely and bring him to rehab at least. If Ortega cared that much about Michael “well being” as he claims, this is the first thing he had to do. Ortega was lying in the video clip when AEG was promoting TII movie, saying that MJ was healthy, because the main goal at that time was to make as much cash as possible. I remember fans were throwing stones on me when I was saying that TII movie looks so wrong to me on many levels and Michael did not look healthy at all. Thanks God I did not go to watch this movie and did not increase their profits. Now everybody goes nuts about this vitiligo cream, which is not important detail. If bodyguards, hired by AEG try to make it important, it does not mean that this is. I hope judge will look at other details too.
 
oh my god ,i am still crying after reading about those poor babies,Michael taught them really well ,in that chaos ,they were still trying to help doctor what a presence of mind .i really wish older jacksons had that kind of presence of mind.
i don't think i will be able to read all this again .thank u ivy for summary and others for their updates.:praying: for mj3.

they arent gonna use social networking as evidence in court UNLESS they call her to the stand and whichever side tries to use what she said on those sites)facebook/twitter) against her. they may not even use that because there is no actual proof who wrote it. they can use footage from an interview though. also no one in mjs fam said that he self injected. some said they knew about a problem with perscription drugs and thats it. none of them ever said anything about him injecting himself with anything. so why would they be called to supprt muarrys theory anyway??? that doesnt make anysense.
 
Didnt Katherine claim in her lawsuit that the AEG guy was at MJ's house on the 18th saying that MJ should miss no more rehearsals or he would pull the plug?
So on the 18th you get AEG yelling at Mike, the 19th MJ feels 'sick' and gets sent home. The 20th Murray is telling Ortega he should mind his own business....

The last two rehearsals MJ was supposedly fine and doing GREAT.
--> how in the world anyone can say this is beyond me cause honestly, if I watch TII I'm glad to see MJ perform once more but I wouldnt call it GREAT just yet, the guy didnt even do the moonwalk....

Plus: what does all of this have to do with MJ dieing anyway? He didn't die because he was ill, he died because of acute propofol intoxication... Murray admits he gave MJ propofol, also the days before... Maybe after all the BS in the previous days MJ really wanted to get some good nights of sleep and Murray decided to up the dose or something...

I agree with aedora if i understand it correctly.. the dissapear overnight i dont buy that.. so what happend in those days?

what did murray thing of mj not fine days? is he going to say something about it in the courtroom? he was the doctor so what had michael in his opinion what did he gave michael or didnt gave.. so he could be perfect again the 24 and 25

yes,,thank you Elusive...and that was the only thing I was trying to get to about WHY Michael was sick on those other days. I know he wasn't sick because of an illness,,,he was sick because Murray was giivng him diprivan. Who knows maybe Murray may of brought him to the edge of death a couple of other times that we are not aware of also. Murray is a idiot.
