Pet Peeves

Hates the fact that levi says that he'll be there for me, and then i tell him that i love him & he treats me like shit. Im sorry u guys im really confused.
 
When my doctor(s) don't return my calls while I'm at work. They call me after 5pm when I'm not home yet. They have all day to call me and they choose the evening. :scratch:

the x factor does matter. MJ's humility notwithstanding. do you really think he would say something that would make him sound arrogant? the x factor is the reason for his success. when he was on that stage in the strip club, and he poured it on, people threw money at the stage. you don't do that, unless a person has x factor. the record label doesn't matter, duran duran, because wherever you go, there you are. MJ's success was bound to happen, cus he was MJ. wherever he went, success was meant to follow. may i also add, MJ had a keen business sense, which, is another thing people like to underestimate.

I hate when people take forever to exit an elevator. It's like they are surprised when the door opens. Then they stand there looking up, down, everywhere but ahead at the door opening in front of them.:smilerolleyes: Let's move it along people, I have to get to work. :angry:
 
the new politically correct, 'clever' sentence/slogan(disclaimer) that companies have adopted, that allows them to get away with thievery and murder, and go without having to do that highspeed lawyerspeak that they used to do at the end of their radio and tv commercials....'you'll never pay more than you'll have to' 'you'll never have to put up with more gout flares than you have to', etc. it's a corrupt world with contracts that benefit the companies and not the customers in this new age.

An iPad is nothing but an over-sized iPod Touch. I don't see what's so great about it..

I don't see any use for them. I don't care about modern technology. I still play records, lol.


It's annoying when I read an article about some music performer, it has some blurb about how many records they sold or they have some trophy (Grammy Award winner). Talking and arguing about such things is tacky as well to me.

that's a pet peeve of mine too.

also...when people claim they know what a person would have done, thought, or said, after they have died.

you can't read a person's mind, no matter what. even if they're dead. and those 'mind readers' use that premise for their own selfish wants.
 
windows and blinds that make a noise...(bangs) with the wind when theyre open...and also people who take for ever to tell a damn story..my mum does it all the time!! im like HURRY UP!!! she would be telling a story and then pause for 10secs and im like ughhhh

^^ yeah, it's the same with me....I cannot stop saying, 'eh'...and I never realize how much I say it, cuz everyone around me says it so much too....But I realize it more when talking to people who aren't Canadian, obviously...:lol:
 
this will be contraversal, but on my mind because it was a current conversation.. but parents of very overweight children. It's abuse.. some may attack me for it, but its where I come from too (overweight child).. It hurts me to know when they go to school what they have to deal with, the emotional scars they will carry because of there weight even if they lose it, some scars never go away.. I went from being a very skinny little kid, to an overweight youngster, to a fitness model. even now the things I went threw as an overweight youngster haunts me more than most of the other problems in a troubled home. at least at home I could lock myself in my room.. at school, in the pool, in public, these kids are being hurt.. all because parents lack of disaplin to feed there kids appropriatly..

if someone wants to debate it I will :) but deep down I know many will know where i'm coming from, even if you are overweight urself.. I feel so terrible for those poor kids
