Well with MJ health supposedly deteriorating, it's not unreasonable for Phillip to demand answers, wondering what was going on. I personally would have done the same if in the same position. That's the way I see it and certainly does not prove Jacksons case.
That's your interpretation. It could also be Randy Philips pressured Murray and told him he didn't care what drugs he gave Michael, as long as he let Michael sleep and rehearse. It's up to the jury to decide. I find some in here are so one side.
I don't care who wins. To me both sides have Michael's blood in their hands.

I love the fact prince also shake AEG lawyer's hand, such a poised young man. Great kid! Michael would be so proud of his boy.

That's the problem. you don't know that. It does not make sense for Phillips to ask Murray to pomp MJ with drugs when MJ was physically detoriating and about to embark to a massive tour.

I see it as Phillips demanding answers since he too had no idea what was going on. He did not know that MJ was having insomnia, worse he did not know MJ was taking propofol and other anaestasia drugs. and it makes perfect sense that he confronts the doctors directly to find out what was really going on since MJ was so secretive and could not tell anyone. That's why he went over to the house without informing MJ. and that makes more sense.

re bolded , I think that this is very very likely.
And I'm not a Jacksons fan, I was on AEG's side when the trial began.

How does it make sense to keep a doctor that you can easlily get rid of, when that doctor keeps telling you Michael is fine when he is obviously not ?

Phillips' concerns at the time were time and money, he was afraid the shows would not happen or the opening be delayed again. I think he was not being realistic at all, hence my straight jacket comment earlier.

Please show the exact passage of Phillips testimony that demonstrates his knowledge of MJ insomnia. it's like telling me to tour the world in order for me to know that the planet is not flat.

If Phillip could have gotten rid of Murray he would have done so long time ago considering that he hated his butt since day one. Murray was MJ choice or no concert deal. AEG even tried to suggest other doctors and MJ was having none of it.

Of course Phillips was concerned about money so would any other concert promoter in his shoes. I think MJ camp f-u-c-k-e-d up. Tohme Tohme or who ever was representing him should have thrown in the towel but they were busy making shady deals on the sideline in his name. where were his body guards and other aids? why did they not raise any concerns to those who matter most?

MJ was also under tremendous pressure. lawsuits were going to rain on him and his reputation finally up in smoke. hence he did not have the courage to truly tell those who matter that he needed a break.

He was asked about Grace and why Paris said what she said in her deposition. He said Grace is with her now and that they were all happy to see her when she came back after Michael passed.

He said he saw Michael receiving an IV in the library, later it would upstairs in the second bedroom, he thought Michael was receiving vitamins.

On cross the kept asking him about the locked door to the bedroom. He had said earlier that Michael used to lock the door while being on Skype and meditating with someone abroad.

CNN Update

AEG Live lead lawyer Marvin Putnam's cross-examination of Prince lasted just 25 minutes. It centered on trying to discredit his testimony about Phillips' visit to his home and about cash payments that Prince said his father gave Murray at times.

Prince stood by his story about the Phillips and Murray encounter, although he conceded it could have been two nights before his father's death and not the last night.

The toll of losing their father

Prince's testimony gave Jackson lawyers a chance to show jurors the emotional toll suffered by Jackson's children, which they would have to put a dollar figure on if they conclude AEG Live is liable in their father's death.

"I can't sleep at night," Prince said. "I have a hard time sleeping." The death left him "emotionally distant from a lot of people" for a while, he said.

He's missed sharing with his father "the first day of going to school, having the first girlfriend, being able to drive," Prince testified.

While Paris Jackson's suicide attempt and hospitalization was not brought up in court -- and it is unclear if jurors learned about it in the news -- Prince did speak about his sister.

"I think out of all of my siblings she was probably hit the hardest because she was my dad's princess," he said.

Prince said the questioning of Paris by AEG Live lawyers over two days in March was painful for her. "She had some problems before, after and, I assume, during," he said.

"She definitely is dealing with it in her own way," her brother said.

Paris, who was 11 when her father died, is not available to testify in person in court because she is hospitalized for psychiatric treatment.

While he and his sister no longer want to celebrate birthdays because "it's not the same without" their father, Blanket, now 11, does, Prince said.

"Right now, I don't know if Blanket realizes what he lost," he said. "He was so young. He is still growing up just like I am and he doesn't have a father to guide him."

Jurors watched a home video of Michael Jackson questioning his three children about how they planned "to change the world" when they grow up.

Prince testified that the video was made at Christmas.

"What's Christmas mean?" Jackson is heard asking his children.

"Love," Blanket responded.

"Who's Blanket going to be to change this world?" Jackson asked.

"I don't know," Blanket, who appeared to be about 5 at the time, answered.

"What does Paris want to do? Be honest search your heart," Jackson said.

"Help the poor," she answered. Paris also said she would like to be a gymnast.

Prince told his father he aspired to be a movie director and architect because he liked "making things."

Why do I have this bad feeling this whole thing is going to blow up big time in someone's face

I have fallen behind on the posts. So much information from today.

I am very proud of Michael's children. The oldest did a spectacular job! He was a fierce protector of his father and his siblings and his family. Spectacular indeed!

His testimony today showed Latoya was not as crazy as some fans thought. Phillips was at the house on the 24th. His testimony also showed fans are not privy to everything going on within the family.

Prince said that he and Paris don't want to celebrate birthdays because it's not the same without Michael? That makes me sad.

I see it as Phillips demanding answers since he too had no idea what was going on. It's a bit of a waste of time thinking up excuses for phillips to have this meeting with murray as it looks like aeg are denying it took place. Phillips never mentioned going round to see murray in the couple of days before mj died did he during his month on the witness stand so it'll look pretty shady if he suddenly remembers it happening. It seems they'll just put it down to prince being understandably confused after his great loss.

He is not confused. He said there were two meetings with Phillips and the doctor at his home. The last one was on the 24th. He called his father to tell him they were at the home. It was the last conversation he had with his father so he remembers very well. He was confused about when the first meeting was.

^ I was just talking about how aeg's lawyers were going to approach this meeting. They are clearly going to downplay it or deny it.

"Who's Blanket going to be to change this world?" Jackson asked.

"I don't know," Blanket, who appeared to be about 5 at the time, answered.
Mj was certainly planning great things for his children! Such sad testimony, he was such a massive loss to his children. So glad that no thanks to the jacksons or their lawyers, that there were no cameras present so at least prince will be spared having his testimony broadcast on a loop on all the tv programmes.

Prince said that he saw AEG Live CEO Randy Phillips at the family's rented mansion in a heated conversation with his father's doctor in days before his father's death. The teenager said he wasn't sure what day the conversation occurred, but that he saw Phillips grabbing former cardiologist Conrad Murray's elbow.

CNN

Prince testified that Phillips visited Jackson's rented Los Angeles mansion and spoke aggressively to Dr. Conrad Murray the night before his father's death.

(during cross) Prince stood by his story about the Phillips and Murray encounter, although he conceded it could have been two nights before his father's death and not the last night.

-----------------------------------------------------

So he's talking about seeing Phillips and Murray in a heated exchange only once and he is saying it was either June 24 or June 23.

Again , Passy, read Phillips testimony, Phillips knew about sleep issues. This IS proven, he said so himself.

Ok, I think you still forget that the doctor, a cardiologist has a 100% authority here over anything what Philips thinks. Please try to remember about it. Even if Philips had any doubts he always should to remember that his education and an expertise was nothing when compare to the time and money invested in doctor education.

^^^ Wasn't Michael at rehearsals on the 24th?

yes he was and Prince said Michael wasn't at home

Did he say what Phillips said to Murray?

he said he did not hear.

Phillips & Murray at Carolwood when Michael was outside is an interesting timing and doesn't it require it to be a mid day / afternoon meeting?

I mean as far as we know Murray took Michael his breakfast around 10:00 - 12:00 AM and then left the house, Michael had lunch with the kids and left the house in the afternoon for rehearsals. Murray is called as Michael leaves rehearsals and came Carolwood a few minutes / short time before Michael.

So are we talking about a mid day meeting at Carolwood?

^^^ Phillips said he said goodbye to Michael at the Staples, so yeah must be midday, or maybe not that day at all.
Its odd that Phillips would meet Murray at carolwood, or is that just me?

Either Murray went back to the house and Randy showed up. Or Prince got the dates wrong

I don't see how AEG are going to prove the meeting never happened as they claim they will, especially if the don't even know the date.

What date was that email from Phillips saying that he has growing respect for Murray. (Or similar words)

Ivy, wait for the transcripts. The oldest testified in his deposition to two meetings. One was Phillips and the doctor and the last conversation he had with his father was telling him those two were at the home. I believe he remembers that quite well and that is why he knows that was the 24th.

Another meeting happened with Phillips, the doctor and Tohme and Michael was not home.
