I think I better stay away from the News and Discussion thread for Xscape because it's torture not being able to listen just now. I really, really want that poster of MJ too. :wub:

It's hard but I am hangin in there--so far have listened to LNFSG and today a tiny snippet of BG--sorry :(

YES!!!

After a long talk I was able to get a copy of the deluxe edition at my local record store, 3 days earlier than the official release date.
 
Looks like Target will have the deluxe version in stores according to their website. I'm excited :D This is going to be a long weekend. This is almost the only thread I've been checking actually. I'm most curious to hear APWNN because of all the mixed feelings about it lol. Still standing strong. Like Wonder Woman

I also got the album today. Decided to drop by my local record store after work and there it was, staring at me from the shelf. 3 days early.

I'm in too! I haven't listened to any leaked versions. I've heard STTR, DYKWYCA and APWNN, but months ago. My ears are virgin when it comes to all of the updated songs from the new release.

I just love the concept of this album. There is something for everyone, which is essentially what Michael was all about :) Some of the songs I like the originals better, and some I like the new versions better. They're all so awesome though, different styles, different perspectives, really unique.

APWNN is my fave! But it's hard to put Chicago second, because it is sooooooo goooood. I can't stop listening! :D :D

Loving you is very sweet and soulful...love it...

Ugh, I am just enjoying it all so much :)

Mine arrived about 2 hours ago as well! I was SO reliefed, I hugged the postman lol
I really feared my copy got lost somewhere since according to Amazon, it should have already arrived yesterday.

I got my album yesterday and I thought for a while I should wait until monday to listen to it.
It´s my birthday then and it could be a special birthday gift to listen to it for the first time then.
But I started to listen today.

I don´t know if I like the demos better than the remixes or which songs are best.
When it´s time for the demos I have forgot how the remixes sounded like..
I know that I love Michael´s voice on both of them and I can hear him sing "do you know where your children are" in my head.

I´ve done household work and exercise to the songs so I haven´t been sitting there with the tracklist.
I know when they play Love never felt so good , X-scape,Do you know where your children are , Slave to the rhytm but I haven´t learned if they play Chicago or loving you.
I just enjoy the whole album.
Almost.
My stereo refuse to play the last half of Love never felt so good.
It stops every time.

It´s beautiful.

When I hear or read Do you know where your children are I come to think of mothers in Nigeria, they don´t know where their daughters are .
Even if it was written long time ago it fits so well with the reality we live in today.
Michael should have flowers for the songs that makes us happy and for reminding us to help others

Mist you are so right. That song could be an anthem for that sad situation in Nigeria and to parents of run away/lost/kidnapped children.
