NEW SONG - Akon feat. Michael Jackson "Hold my hand" [updates in post #1]

I like the song. I kinda put it in the same vain as Alicia Keys' 'No One". Both songs are clean, have meaningful lyrical content and smooth melody. In fact, I think if released, it will be about as successful as No One.

I can,t wait for what ever music comes out of Michael,s. with Michael on this new song with Akon i,m sure it will do great. I just want to hear new music from Michael wither it goes to num 1 or not i just what Michael to release his album. I,m sure the wait will be worth the wait. its been a long time and like always the wait is worth it. I think we have some exciting times ahead and i can,t wait.:)
 
^^^ thats if he is making a new album. Most interviews with other artists always say that theyve discussed stuff and that theyve sent tracks to mj.

That's because they aren't in the studio with Michael, and that's only Ne-Yo whose said that. Michael IS recording an album, there's plenty of proof of that.
 
People, you gotta respect anybody that don't dig the song, it ain't their fault. Their love for MJ don't mean they have to like anything he's involved with. :lol:

Like I said 100 pages earlier, it isn't a big deal.
 
I just show my friend this song.
She has rather different taste from mine but she said it's nice so i guess it is going to be well-received by the public.
 
What a fantastic song. I haven't heard MJ's voice in quite some time and I must say it's brought back so many memories. I can't wait to hear more of his new-work!
 
Okay what the heck is going on with the song? We have heard nothing about the release date, the music video..it hasn't even been confirmed when Akons new album is coming out. Things are SO quiet. Either something is being planned or nothing is happening at all.

That´s the boring part of being an Michael Jackson fan. The waiting game.
 
I am also getting tired of this waiting game! Its been over 2 and a half years now and all there has ever been is talk...no actions:( Hold My Hand was supposed to be released in August but nothing...I havent heard anybody talk about it and it appears that everything has just gone silent. Makes me mad! Ohh well, what can I do, I guess just live life and hopefully one day I will see a new MJ album in stores.
