I'm furious right now, the sole idea of JB wanting to work with Michael disgust me, he's not worth (he's not genuinely talented, his "music" is crap) to make a duet with The King, even more horrendous if it's forced!

Okay, this isn't going to be released by the estate. If anything, Bieber will put it on his next album. He took lead vocals, which wouldn't happen if it was appearing on an MJ album. They signed off on it. Nevertheless.

No one can officially release an MJ song without the Estate's permission. And if they gave this song to Bieber to release it on his own album that only adds to the insult.

No, not the same as Biggie actually did work with Michael and expressed his admiration for him. He was very happy when he was invited to HIStory. Nor did Michael took out parts of BIG's rap to rap it himself. So your analogy is a very poor one. Try again.

ETA: And one more difference: Michael is actually a respected artist (respected also by BIG himself), unlike Bieber...

Everything about this new version is trendy. Everything what I hate. Stupid autotune effects, crappy pop remix stuff sound. And Bieber itself. He should never be on the same song with Michael Jackson.

The Estate/Sony will do whatever they want and if it will get the teen girl fans of Bieber buy it and make it a chart success they won't give a damn about MJ fans opinion. I'm a realist enough to know that. Money talks. But we do have the right at least to vent our frustration about it.

If it's an album with respected artists like Freddie Mercury i'd be happy but Justin Bieber is not a respected artist. The majority of Biebers fanbase are 13-15 year old girls who don't like him for his music. They like him cause they think he's attractive

...to be fair, if I never heard mjs solo version and heard they are releasing a duet between the two and this was it. I would be stoked!! But there is no way I'd want to extract mj vocals to hear bieber if I had the option.. Bieber did his thing, I won't hate.. You just can't compare the two versions, mjs vocals are way too amazing to cut out. I do like the sound effect they did with the bridge..
