Maybe now people will apologise for very distasteful things that have been said towards certain people without knowing the full story. As Michael Jackson fans, we should be well aware people lie and rumours spread. The truth will always win, and it looks like it has. Don't let there be one standard for Michael, and one for everyone else. It simply isn't fair.

the estate are removing the song from youtube though, why the hell would the estate remove them if they didn't have a part in putting it together?

That's a possibility. for example you might remember the media stories about multiple remixes for Bad 25 & Pepsi but they never made the cut. Justin might have submitted this for consideration and Estate might have passed it.

It is obviously leaked. If this was a legit release, they would have released it properly and benefit from the sales to Bieber fans.

True. They never remove uploads of the proper version. Some have been there for months and months.

I never understand why for some reason fans cannot even wait to hear the statement before they make up their minds. What happened to making informed decisions? Why does people love to rush to conclusions? A lot of accusations, hate and even talks of boycott has been written and for what? an unauthorized recording..

Well, I would understand this posting if "Michael" (among other reasons) never existed.

So I think this reaction of the fans is better than waiting until it's too late.

They probably got it off the internet. They played it shortly after it was leaked. They shouldn't though but it wouldn't be the first time. YRMW was played without permission on several US stations back in the day.

r u sure Estate considered it? Why can't be Jenkins and Bieber doing this remix, asking Estate to release it and when they don't get the approval leak it?

Can't there be multiple explanations for it?

to me that all is official or a test. dont think that the official bieber account is uploading something unreleased from michael jackson without permision of the estate.

no michael jackson fan want to hear that idiot kid of bieber on any michael jackson song!!! thats such a shame for us!
and i thought when i saw an mp3 upload a few hours ago, on a german download forum, that this is only a fanmade audio.

i will 1000% boycott this shit. i will boycott this, possibly, duet album that comes out, when there is bieber on it.

They can remove it on the basis that Michael's music is used in it.

We (all senior staff of MJJC) are on a mailing list for Estate Online Team. They don't always tweet but they email it to us. so I got an email from the Online team. I'm pretty sure other fan clubs / fans got it as well.

I told the Estate that it was played on Capital FM and got the same thing, not authorized, taken down. So I then asked if they gave permission for Justin to do so. No reply yet..
