I cannot see it anymore. Another drama would arise, it's like is karma effect or something.... Mike felt that all those years starting with Invincible.... I think Mike said himself - that every time he tries to put up a project something bad happens. And hell yeah it's true! After all he died preparing successful concerts... go figure....

So better be content with old albums. I've stopped dreaming, for good. It's over, really OVER.

I know Michael will always be greatest. I agree with you nothing can be done to damage his legacy. He survived all the media crucification, false accusations and public ridicule. He remains the greatest.

But, an album with fraudulent songs is definitely not helping. I'm sorry, but how can I be happy seeing the way people are treating his works? If his unreleased materials are gonna get the "Breaking News Treatment", I'd rather listening to Michael's past catalog.

I'm not a dramatic person whatsoever. Still, I can't help but feel sad about this situation. Michael just never ever had such a bad song. I don't have a least favorite Michael Jackson song. I love them all. If I really need to pick a least favorite, it would be Cry. Now, when I compare Cry to Breaking News. Cry sounds beautiful.

nice.. as much as i dont believe BN is MJ... im just so over all this.. BN isnt the only song we're getting.. its not the WHOLE album! and im still excited about the album.. and will be buying it on the first day its out!

i agree it is a shame. they should have been more careful if they truly cared for michael its all their fault. Poor Michael.

I pre ordered the album and my order stays. Regardless of what songs are on it I'm buying it. (In the worst case scenario the album will have 7 100% real songs )

If anyone put money where they mouth is (meaning that 3T or someone else sues Sony for consumer fraud), I'll join the class action lawsuit and demand my money back.

You are rejecting 3 songs that are not exactly fake, they weren't finished by MJ and has someone else vocals, but has also MJ vocals

But in you are also rejecting 9 songs from him, that he finished and I´m sure he gave his best on those songs!

There is guaranteed to be 7 100% Michael Jackson songs. Can you prove 100% that these Cascio songs are fake? No. So therefore, there is a possibility that they are not fake.

You're right, but he all have to realize one thing, He is not here anymore, and we can't do anything about it. Sony is going to release the album anyway, of course MJ would never aloud this, but that is out of our hands.

I we get mad, and make noise and drama, nothing it's going to change, and MJ is not coming back, there is only one thing that we can do.

Enjoy everything that has to be with him, I can assure u, There is going to be a lot and I mean a lot of new fans with this album.

We are going to hear to our king on the radio again. Everybody is going to be singing his songs again. I don't know u, but I really want that, to keep him alive all the time.

"Any sort of "new" music from Michael Jackson was bound to cause controversy, but the chatter over Jackson's single "Breaking News" (from his forthcoming posthumous album Michael) has been at a fever pitch since it made its debut online on Monday (November 8th). Not only have fans been arguing over the validity of the track (many of which are pointing to the fact that the voice on "Breaking News" doesn't sound all that much like Jackson's) but the people closest to Jackson — his family, friends and colleagues — have also been exchanging words.

"Regarding the song 'Breaking News' I am so sorry you have to deal with this. My uncle loved you so much and would not want it this way," Jackson's nephew Taryll tweeted. There are songs that are my uncle singing on the upcoming album and I will support those 100 percent. But I will not support 'Breaking News' and a few others because it simply is not him. They tried to fool me and they tried to fool you." Jackson's mother has also made statements saying that some of the songs on Michael are "false," though she hasn't specifically called out "Breaking News."

But longtime Jackson collaborator Teddy Riley insists that it is in fact Jackson singing the lines on "Breaking News." "When I heard these songs, my heart cried hearing Michael again in good spirits," Riley told the Associated Press. "The vocals sounded very polished, very on key and processed. I have no doubts that these are Michael's vocals."

It's difficult to tell whether or not "Breaking News" is legitimate or not for sure, as the last time we heard Jackson's voice on a fresh recording was for 2001's Invincible. "Breaking News" was supposedly recorded in 2007, and it would be easy to believe that his voice could have changed or deteriorated in the years between studio visits. Plus, the recording technology has evolved a great deal over the past few years, so it's quite possible that processing might be Jackson's voice's biggest enemy. Just because it doesn't necessarily sound like Jackson doesn't mean it isn't actually Jackson.

However, there are outside elements that suggest support for both arguments. The beat sounds like the kind of tough, stripped-down R&B jam that Jackson loved (it would not have sounded out of place on Invincible, and actually sounds a little like that album's "Unbreakable"), and the lyrical content involves media obsession and paranoia — two of Jackson's favorite themes. On the other hand, would Michael Jackson ever repeatedly refer to himself in the third person, as he does on "Breaking News"? Our concern here is legit. We are not complaining about Prince's love symbol in a tiny little invisible bubble on the cover. We are not complaining about including songs that are leaked. We are not complaining about nothing. We are talking about MUSIC INTEGRITY here.

I've been active in this forum for quite some time now. I can tell most members who voice their concerns are not drama queens. Most are rational people with good reasoning skill.

As for fans, stop dreaming. Listen to old tracks. It's over.

Maybe in the future after a decade or more, they can release an anniversary album with the few tracks left, and that's it.

The album its going to be released, there's nothing we can do about it, and if we keep talking and trashing the new songs, the sales of the record are going to be a fail.

I don't want people to say, mmm see he lost his touch the last years, he wasn't that good, and the media are going to say so many things, about that MJ wasn't as talented as he was on the 80s and 90s.

I know that this is not an album made by MJ, but the people are not going to think that way

They are just going to say, that album didn't sell, the songs weren't good enough.

I really want this album to be a great succes, and just for one reason. Because michael create those songs, even though some tracks weren't finished by him, he create the soul of each song!!!!!

You know what? I really have the very same concern. I tell you: I do think of that all the time when it comes to this thing. And that has been my and many other's concern since June 2009, for even then we knew there will be some more music to get in our hands. Ever since the begining of the end bugeyed man, that sounds horrible, but that's it), we fans AND the world have been wondering about this issue. If there were any songs out there... will we ever hear them?

I know very well what happened with Vince. I know media keep saying it was a total fail, when in fact it sold millions more than any currently "mega star". But if we make this album number 1 just to avoid the media to say anything against Michael, man, that will be dreaming too!

If it sells very well or very bad, the damage is already done and CAN'T BE FIXED. Everyone links BN and any upcoming tracks with the idea of fake songs. People who know I am a MJ fan have told me so!! :doh:

I truly believe this is a personal choice and I will take my decition when the time comes. I can still buy songs one by one, but I know I would like to have the whole thing... though I am not sure if I will ever get this album, I am sure I will want to hear each track, to make my choice, and to get those I feel are 100% Michael.

More than making records based on speculation, this should have made records based on MJ's real work, just as it was. I thought I could handle a few touches here and there... but truth is so far, I can't.

And I certainly don't expect anyone to follow my personal opinion on this, but only to respect it.

This project should fail! We shouldn't tolerate that what is happening here. The Cascios's tracks must be removed from the album. If not, maybe we all should buy Dangerous (instead of buying "Michael") the day "Michael" is released and get it to the number one.
