....see what I mean?!?! I don't get this at all....This has been planned...it had to have been...this track as been changed....:bugeyed ...there's definitely a backing vocal there too, but i hear more of Michael now...

They changed the track but not now, not in the last hours.

What is changed is that maybe some of us got a good sleep, or cleared their ears by stopping listening.

Hearing again with fresh ears, and after good time sleep, the immense pressure and mass hystheria I felt yesterday was gone. I am still sleepy and listening and it's sounds MIke in proportion of 80-90%.
 
^^ Can someone do a comparison of the original BN and the one online now, if they are different?

Just to clarify something

As a child I was a trained vocalist, I sang week in week out right up until my late teens. Aside from singing I played four instruments, again up to my late teens, I was surrounded by, some may say subjected to lol, music everyday. Like anyone who studies their craft long enough you can notice the slightest change, be it a recording of a voice or a backing track....


Something is different, it could simply be that the whole track is streaming at a slightly lower bitrate (quality) but the lead vocals do sound a lot rougher around the edges, like that of a demo recording....... Some might say for arguments sake, like a phone recording!!

let's not label this bad, The album will drop.... and this time becuase of us... not Sony, not media, just us.

God I feel awful.... We're not gonna have Mike new albums again, he is not longer here.... :no:
 
its clear u can hear mikes voice in SOME parts...but this track is filled with vocals that ARE NOT Michaels.
 
Please someone upload the one that appeared on Monday morning so we can compare
 
i still think this is a week long pr stunt, sony could have easily put another song to show a album track, it wouldnt suprise me eventually is there is a full version with mj on it. and all these other songs tht are being leaked.

r they messing with us and the media????

the biggest deal in music history and using fake tunes?

think about it. think about the song aswell

i really hope this is the biggest pr stunt in music history....

every1 is talking about mj now

remmber mj is not here to promote the album so am kinda thinking they have masterminded this.

About the phone recordings, I was sure about it from beginning... I am sad that they didn't tell us from the beginning, the scandal would have been avoided.

It would be so great for this to die down and album be released and Mike enter charts with his voice from a phone recording. :tease:It would be the ultimate revenge!

The only artist capable to release cds with unfinished songs, demos and phone recordings.
Next I want the sound of shower water, included! lol

I've been into music since 5: played violin for 8 years, used to play flute, piano and bass gutar as well and now studying vocal too. But the only thing I can hear is the quality changing in some part (maybe it's just my netbook audiocard that sucks, lol)
 
to be honest I think this is getting way silly, I do think it is mj on breaking news and def on the other tracks.. on breakingnews he's using a different kinda voice, Im pretty sure its him, though there maybe alot of processing.. next your be saying its that David Basset guy impersonating him!! but hey I respect your opinions no matter what.

Perhaps the OP's intention was benign, but...to start this in the middle of what is presently occurring is not at all wise. A lot of people are very hurt right now, and seeing a thread such as this would just put salt on those wounds, so to speak. The way things are now, well, they're not looking very good at all. I would suggest deleting the thread, if you wouldn't mind. The choice is yours to make, but there is much tension all around and so many are upset over the cloud of confusion that has presently been cast upon us.

No one wants to misconstrue intentions, but the point must be raised--why ask something like this now?
 
no way are those other snippets fakes!!! in that case man in the mirror is fake...all songs sung by David Basset.

Is it me but partway through the song it seems it gets louder & you hear the instruments a bit crisper? Or have the speakers on my mac gone bust?

No it happened to me twice and on different parts of the song, so I guess it may have something to do with streaming

Judging from the articles making their rounds in the media today (all pro-Sony, pro-Cascio articles) the decision was probably to go ahead and stick to their story.... And feed journalists with Frank Dileo's comments and with references to all those "experts" (unnamed, of course) who allegedly said it's MJ....

oh right thanks... David Basset had this to say "it's definitley not me singing on the track, i'm not saying is mj either but i'm not saying it isn't, I would say 80% of me believes its him"

Plus notice how these articles all claim "the consensus is it's MJ". What consensus? Whose consensus? Definitely not fans'. I don't see a consensus. It's still controversial in the fan community but all those articles don't mention this.

Just because Frank Dileo says it makes it a "consensus"? Or if they only quote people who say it's MJ, while ignoring those who say it isn't (there are plenty of those!), does it make it a "consensus"?

Media brainwash orderd by Sony.

I really feel like i am in the twilight zone. Woke up today and am disgusted to see that the media seem to be siding with sony and the whole vocals are real line..... Are they stone deaf? It has to be a stunt, please let it be a stunt. the article on the huffington post seems to be saying to me that this bobby ewing guy sings along with MJ's guide vocal and that is why MJ sounds different.....
