Michael - The Great Album Debate

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Controversy)

That's kinda the same boat I'm in at the moment.

OT: How do you deal with people stuck in a time warp? You know, the people that'll shout at you across the corridor "Hey idiot, Michael Jackson's dead!"? These people are somewhat unpleasant and I want to know how to free them from being stuck in June 26th 2009.

Have you ever been ignored by people?
What was your reaction when you were ignored?
Answer those two questions and you'll get your answer how to behave with the people who were shouting in the corridor.

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Controversy)

Thanks, Bumper! I'll keep that in mind. For you see, I feel sorry for people stuck in the past during a really sad time, and before they could recognize and really take in that we lost an angel.

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Controversy)

Pentum, you should make a comparison using Soldier Boy again :D

When you ignore people they feel insignificant.
If you react, they feel they were taken into consideration.

Just act as if they didn't exist it will drive them nuts.

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Controversy)

Thanks, I'll continue doing that! :)

Also, does anyone know if any songs from the RedOne sessions were completed?

If they insist and come in front of you to provoke you, just applaud them with a bored face.

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Controversy)

But to me, Soldier Boy sounds nothing like Michael and all the other Cascio tracks do.

do you believe that the voice you heard in the soldier boy snippet sounds like the voice in the other cascio tracks?

in your opinion, does, the voice on, say, "monster" sound like a different voice than the one on "soldier boy"?

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Controversy)

^^ That's why there should be a comparison of Soldier Boy and the other Cascio tracks...

Distributed in PM's of course ;)

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Controversy)

I applaud TPIMaster for the effort put in to these comparisons.

Damn...This is something else.

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Controversy)

^^ Annie, I have to admit it's SO weird to see your comments now...lol

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Controversy)

The point is, we have an abundance of Jason Malachi tracks to compare to the voice on the Cascio tracks...Maybe it's not evidence, but it's closer than anything we've been offered in terms of that....Even if you don't think it's JM, the point of the comparison audio is to show how strikingly similar the voices are. Nobody has been able to do the same with any of Michael's genuine work because if you compare the vocals on the Cascio tracks to Michael's own genuine work, the difference will be VAST. Comparing two completely different voices.

Not only are the vocals identical, even the production and some of the melody of the Cascio tracks are SO similar to Jason Malachi's own songs...I think it was Room 2 Breathe and Keep Your Head Up, for example, where many thought they were the same song as it all blended so well!

http://hulkshare.com/o0l30u5y838f
Those parts that you feel really are Michael are likely those parts they've cut and pasted in...The breaths, the grunts, the ad libs, etc......all attempts to Michael the tracks up and fool forensics as well as fans/general public. To sit there listening to these songs (still after almost 6 months!!) with a big what the fuck feeling is ridiculous when listening to a 'Michael Jackson' song. When else have we EVER had to listen to him like that, wondering if it's him or not? It's ridiculous to have to be told who we're listening to (the Estate's statment, Sony Eddie, Teddy and Co.) when we have ears! Why does he sound so different? I wonder why! On top of that, absolutely NO evidence or proof that it's Michael has been offered to us.

What other conclusion can you really come to based on ALL these bogus excuses to justify these songs? It's not him. But it's that conclusion that people are scared to admit to themselves.

It's not the adlibs or grunts that were pasted in that makes it sound like MJ to me, it's the tone of the voice that doesn't make it sound like MJ.

I miss Michael... He would've cleared this all up...

Same =( . Imagine if the next album had tracks by Mecha Jackson lol.

Yea I know, that's why I now try to only comment when something big comes up.

EDIT: The "Can" in I can make it and Breaking News is identical. SMH.

@Worldwide...yeah, I still thought they were the same song! bahahaha...Took me a few to realize! haha

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Controversy)

Anyone care to PM me the TPIMaster comparisons please? I would like to play them to my friends and family, see what reaction I get from them.

^^ You can get them from Max Jax

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Controversy)

Hello,

I was looking at the Wiki page on unreleased MJ tracks. I was surprised to see it updated with a ton of new songs allegedly recorded in 2009. Mostly the collaborators are listed as MJ, Bradley Buxer, and Michael Durham Prince. Does anyone know if this is authentic, or is someone just playing around? If it is true there are going to be a lot of albums in the future. . .

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Controversy)

Most of those are most likely not full completed songs. So I'd say the majority of them are legit..All In Your Name is legit, I hear D.I.E. is legit but I'm not sure. I Was The Loser is legit, Red Eye is rumored to be a song he worked on with RedOne, so that may be legit as well. I can't comment on the rest.

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Controversy)

I really wish we could some RedOne tracks...! I bet they'd be great!

It also appears that the believer numbers are dwindling... I gotta ask everyone, if it does turn out to be an impersonator, will you feel sad or happy? Happy knowing you've de-masked a fraud, or sad knowing that MJ's legacy can have that done to it now that he's no longer here to protect it?

OT: Ah, it's good seeing yourself on stage in Michael Jackson: The Experience! I've finally got a good setup to show myself as more than a blob on the screen!

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Controversy)

wow @Pentum i've heard a lot of these before, but not all in one place like this. these comparisons by TPImaster are completely undeniable.

@Jesta there's no "if" involved, it IS an impersonator. but let me answer your question: IF the fact that it's an impersonator becomes public knowledge, i will feel happy that people are no longer getting tricked into thinking these songs are part of his legacy, and relieved that we don't have to talk about this anymore.

but nothing will change the fact that i am completely horrified and disgusted that this happened. ever.

If we got evidence and people admitted it was an impersonator, I'd probably cry. I would question how big of a fan I am if I can't even tell Michael's voice from an impersonator and I've been listening to "Michael" for half a year. I'd be embarrassed, humiliated, angry, upset, annoyed, sad.

Am I subconsciously accepting these songs as Michael's due to fear?

At one point I trusted the Cascio's, I figured "they've known Michael forever they wouldn't do this, no it's not possible". To the point where I defended them and their actions regarding this album in this very thread on numerous occasion. I'm quite ashamed in myself to be honest.

There's nothing to be ashamed of. You still are a true MJ fan. It is not your fault if some people tried to dupe you. You are the victim, not the source of the problem.

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Controversy)

I thought Ivy's comments about the melodyne making the vibrato goatish is reasonable, for there is a subtle difference in the Cacsio tracks vocals and malachi. . . We need an investigative journalist to do a full story on it. Bring in various experts who work with melodyne, etc.

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Controversy)

Ok I'm going to try to compare certain lines of the Cascio songs to certain lines of Michael's previous work. I can't make comparisons but we're all fans here so we'll know what way MJ sings the words. I should be finished sometime tomorrow as I'm going to bed soon. This is just an experiment.

KYHU: I can't even breath, I can't even see
Hollywood Tonight: That's not clean

noooo....don't feel like that....In the beginning, even though I didn't hear Michael, I never would say they were fake, I couldn't bring myself to say it...I was confused because I thought these people would never do this...but they have....we've all been taken advantage of and it's nobodies fault except those disgusting snakes :(

I keep him updated on everything, but it's still ridiculous he's blocked from this section...

Be it MJ's voice or an impostor's, is this a normal attitude to have when you hear a never heard before (supposed) MJ song?

What counts is the result, not the processing or forgery. The result is horrible anyway -- we don't recognize MJ properly.
