My 2c. Sony and the Estate would be smart to NEVER release another one of those fakers. They're only shooting themselves in the foot.

Why please half the fans, when you could not release those stinkers and please them all. And I mean, please them all by releasing great music, just not those ones. As long as there are new tracks everyone is happy. But not everyone is happy if those tracks include the Cascio songs.

^^ They would have been smart to leave those songs off the album in the first place....You know, since we as the fans are the ultimate judges, as that bogus statement says issued back in November...

I think that what they are talking about is they mean "Michael Jackson" the name, or trademark, not the persona, MJ the persona does not longer exist fisically and legally. Although he and his legacy are in our hearts

Doesn't matter how much you spin it. Same offensive remark from Sony and/or the Estate. Do you think the name Michael Jackson can generate any money without the persona?

His name needs to be respected, not to be used as a tool to generate money.

I couldn't care less what 'they' meant. Michael Jackson was a man. A man who deserved a hell of a lot more than this. A HELL of a lot more.

not only does michael deserve more--we deserve more. we don't deserve this. the relationship between michael and his fans is special and it's important. and it's been completely disrespected.

How is it that WorldWide can post, freely, about claiming someone on this board is a 'nutter' in every post of his (in his signature) yet everytime I have an opinion I don't know how to debate?

Either way, I've been nothing but respectful. AnnieRUOKay called me a liar, by implication, and Aniram called me immature. I didn't see a rush to admonish them.

Fans? Do you think they care? They see only dollar sign in Michael. I bet they see us as some mindless potatos who buy anything with the name Michael Jackson on it. They may as well just release a blank CD in a clear plastic case and stick a label "Michael Jackson" on it. Trust me, some people will still jump up and down and praise about it. If you don't like that blank CD, then you are being negative.
