Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Controversy)
Guys, you don't have solid evidance but You're 100 % sure that this is not MJ but Jason voice in cascio's trakcs? i just can't understand this...sorry.
Don't generalize please. I'm sure it's not 100% MJ. However, never ever I mentioned it's 100% Jason Malachi. I honestly don't care whether it's Jason Malachi or his impersonator. I bought a Michael Jackson album. I expect to hear genuine Michael Jackson songs. Not songs composed of 2% MJ vocals and 98% regrugitations.
We have already explained I-don't-know-how-many-times why we don't think the Cascio tracks are Michael's. We don't have evidence. But, we have our instincts, our gut feelings, our years of listening experience to rely on. Say what you want about our feelings... I know our feelings are subjective. But, if listening to these songs cannot bring me the joy that I'm so used to when I listen to Michael, I know something is wrong. I like every single Michael Jackson song. I truly do. I just can't listen to Monster without feeling a knot in my stomach.
Many of us explained how we found the phrasing, the pronuniciation, the vibratos are off. The signature Michael Jackson habits, like the claps, the finger snaps, are absent.
You cannot understand us. In the mean time, I cannot understand how can so many people forget the initial reaction to the Breakng News stream. A overwhelming majority of people thought the song was fake when it streamed on line.
You're all the time talking about money. I think the most important thing in court is truth.
It is not about You don't have money to fight with sony, it is just lack of evidance...You guys base on your own amateur opinion - and You are totally right - You can't win in court with it.
Of course, it's not always about money. You are right. We don't have solid evidence. So, what's your suggestion? What can we do to obtain evidence? Hack into Eddie's computer?
We all want the truth. In court, truth is not the most important thing, however. Having a strong enough case to convince a majority of jurors is the key in civil case. Having a strong enough case to covince the jury beyond any reasonable doubt is the key in criminal case.
Is truth the same as having a strong enough case? I hope so. But, there are exceptions.
