- I see not acceptable behavior from both sides.
- Please stop writing stuff like "stupid question" , "stupid post" etc. You think by mentioning question / post you can argue that you aren't insulting the other person but you are insulting their opinion. Simply say "I don't agree".
- Off topic discussions really has to stop
--- if you have a problem with a member either take it to PM or report it to the moderators and ask them to evaluate the member, do not derail the thread
--- we do not discuss our moderation with general public. why one person is banned or not banned will be a discussion topic for only moderators and that person in question.

On the topic on why the family haven't done anything:

I was reading some recent twitter posts by one of the brothers, and they mentioned something about more important matters being dealt with first. Which indicates they're focusing their efforts on Murray, and perhaps leaving Cascio to another day. Which I can kind of understand, after I was so critical of the family a few days ago for not doing anything.

Murray? I think you mean AEG. (and if you are talking about Jermaine all his tweets are about AEG)

Murray case is totally done by the DA. Jackson's do not need to show any effort for it. They are just watchers for that case.

And they are big family and it doesn't make sense. Who says "I'll protect MJ's legacy but let you destroy it for months / years when I deal with other stuff". Believe me they can manage multiple lawsuits, that's what lawyers are for. You hire a lawyer and let them do the work.

I wasn't writing about your thought. That's fine.

however if Jackson's would claim such thing I'll call it a cop out. Because in any lawsuit you basically give the lawyers the information and they do the work. Many of the "effort" lies with the lawyer. And in a family size of Jackson's they could divide up the work such as Taryll could deal with the vocals lawsuit, Randy could focus on AEG etc etc.

No, why don't you tell me why there is a 'production glitch' that sounds like a snort in more than one song?

I agree with you on this. If no litigation is brought up by now, I don't expect any litigation will bring up against Sony in the future.

I don't know what to think about the family.

So now we have goaty vibrato and piggy snorts.

In my opinion it would be pretty hard to make that sound while singing that line. Every time I try to sing it like MJ, I sound pretty clear, no snorting here. Haha! Weird to me that anyone would snort singing that line. :lol:

It is completely possible. You probably meant nasal passage, not oral passage.

Some sounds (consonants) are nasal:

/m/
/n/
/ng/

However, as you don't block the air while you pronounce them, you are more likely to make a snort while trying to play with your voice (sing) and pronounce some guttural consonants such as /k/ or /g/ or even the one which basically is nasal, but --due to its next sound-- becomes guttural /ng/ (meaning that you have to suddenly block the air which might cause snort if you do it too quickly).
