When they realized that the fans was looking for videos of Malachi to make comparisons Cascios/Porte or Malachi take down the videos from You tube.

Sony is not taking down those videos, they were taked down by CASCIOS.

You just said you don't know if Jab Me Music is the Cascio's or James Porte, so with that said, how are you so sure the publishing company is owned by the Cascio's and that they're the ones removing the video's?

I think that Sony don´t want to fight againts the fans because right now they know that those tracks are fake and they will not release Monster or any other Cascio tracks as a single.

Branca, DiLeo and Friedman convinced Sony to buy the tracks... but Sony discovered the problem and they will not cover this fraud for a long time.

Is a fight between Cascios/Porte vs MJfans that knows is Jason Malachi on those tracks.

If Taryll is such a hero, why isn't he saying or doing anything now? Why isn't he communicating with fans and promising to get this issue resolved for them? Why isn't the family pushing for this at all? Why didn't Janet say people are exploiting her brother?

If it's so obviously not him... If the family really knows his voice and it's obvious they're selling fakes. Well, why isn't anything being done?

If Sony was aware of this fraud, they wouldn't of issued a statement supporting the songs, they also wouldn't of claimed in the same statement to have hired a forensic audiologist to analyze the recordings, they also wouldn't have claimed in the same statement that the conclusion of such analysis was that the songs are legit. Since they did that that also makes Sony a guilty party, and would be in on the same fraud that according to you, they want nothing to do with. Which means, they can also be sued should this go to court, and as far as Jab Me Music goes, the songs produced by Angelikson Productions (The Cascio's) in Thriller 25, aren't published by Jab Me Music, which leads me to believe, if anything, Jab Me Music is more affiliated with James Porte than the Cascio's.

Just because comparison vids are being taken down from Youtube doesn't add ANY CREDIBILITY WHATSOEVER to the theory Jason Malachi is on these tracks. NONE AT ALL.

It doesn't take much to just say you still KNOW they're fake and want justice for it.

copyright claims change across countries. In US everything is taken down by sony. I think Web Sheriff is a service used in Europe.

I personally do not think that "truth" refers to anything about the vocals. As you know Jackson family claim "murder" by "multiple parties" (i.e. AEG) and they have been saying that "truth" will come out. I'm pretty sure that's "the truth" he's talking about. (Randy Jackson has been mentioning that "truth" for over a year now)

Plus Murray case is solely in the hands of the DA and Jacksons are just following it as we do. I cannot think why that case would stop them pursuing the truth about the vocals.

You're right, that's also something I pointed out earlier in this thread when someone tried to claim that the lead vocals were produced by The Cascio's. That still doesn't affect who get's credited for publishing rights though.

They're credited as part of the production, as well as Akon, and Mark Goodchild. And even with they're minor participation they're credited with publishing, which can mean that the Cascio's would be too, well none of the publishers in the booklet say Jab Me Music.
