Please nooo, i can´t imagine MJ singing those awful songs.

All those songs witch tried to copy other songs of MJ:

"Mama got you in a zig zag" vs "Ma ma se mama sa ma ma coo sa".

Yes but when Michael is putting on the pretend voice in that call, he still has all his usual vocal characteristics. The Cascio tracks don't.

Unbelievable isn't it? How were they fooled in the first place? They must have been desperate. Fall In Love is so badly out of tune. Michael never sounded anything like that. Ever.
 
One theory i have is that they knew that these songs are fake but they were hoping to fool fans into thinking they were real so then they could release album after album. There would be no limit to new music. It would be like pretending June 25th 2009 never happened
 
Stella's right - Fall in Love is awful. It really makes me wonder why anyone thinks Michael is really singing on these songs. Jason's voice is all over the place, the lyrics are lazy and it's a pretty unsatisfying song in itself. And we yet again get more references to songs from Invincible (more ad-libs from Heaven Can Wait and a straight forward reference to Don't Walk Away).

The Estate wasn't aware that the Cascios were fake. John McClain did originally veto their inclusion but he was overruled by John Branca and ended up agreeing to it. (Yes, both Branca and McClain had to sign off on the tracks.) I don't know if they still believe the songs are real and are keeping them in the vault because fans are freaking the hell out or what, but I'm just glad to know that Eddie won't be getting any royalties off of bull**** songs like Ready 2 Win or All Right.

That is what I think as well.
 
The thing is that the more they leak, the worse they get. Also, Ready 2 Win is almost identical to On The Line. It really is disgusting.
 
I'm sorry guys, but I am so miffed as to why you all seem to be going round and round in the same circles yet getting no where, I mean do a search for fake in this thread, seriously its mentioned like a thousand times,

For me this argument is dead, why because no one is listening, nor will ever action be taken,

Its fact you all need to come to terms with in another two years three months you will all be here saying the same thing over and over again,

Sorry if I am being blunt and I seriously apologise if this upsets anyone it really is not my intention but after two years three months I mean seriously,

We get it you do not think its Michael singing, I'm pretty damn sure those who put that album together have read and re read you all do not believe its Michael singing, will they ever come out and say "yeah, you know what you guys are right its not Michael" never in a squillion years will that happen and sorry to say its fact.

So you either move on or step on up and do something massively (not a forum thread) about this or you come to terms and move on your choice guys and in all honesty I am so wanting to make that decision for you by closing this thread so my (yes its mine) fan club can move on.

Gaz, please don't close this thread. I'm sick to death of the topic too, but it's the only place we have to talk about it on this forum. I think we have all been very good at keeping the topic out of other threads. It was much worse before, fans fighting in other threads and what not. We keep this topic where it belongs. The odd time, yes, you do see it spilling on to other threads, but I think this has improved and is usually dealt with swiftly while we take it back to this thread.

Anyway, that's all I wanted to say. If you choose to close this thread, then that's your decision :)

I am glad of this thread as it has been the most active place where we can talk about this topic. There are threads on other forums and I think we would probably migrate to those if this were closed, which would be a shame.

This is very much an issue amongst a lot of fans. I lost count of the number of times I heard the words "Cascio tracks" at the Bad 25 Premiere.

a little note : anything that Birchey got through an illegal act would be inadmissible as evidence. Also this got nothing to do with you personally Stella as I know this got nothing to do with you but as the more time passes these "something is being done but it is secret" claims are getting more and more unbelievable. If people had proof and if they could have done something they would have done it already, it's been more than 2 years.

Furthermore - again got nothing to do with you personally- some "things being done" as I heard absolutely has no meaning or value in a court of law. For example I'll be blunt and say I have heard that people mentioning they are in talks with Taj Jackson and gathering "evidence" with their discussions with Taj. The issue there is even true what Taj says is nothing more than his opinion and isn't proof of anything.

So sometimes I can't help but think is this "something being done" is just a wishful thinking or if people are exaggerating stuff. Again if we are talking a legal action to "remove" people and "make them pay", the statue of limitations for fraud is 3 years in CA and that means there's a little more than 6 months left before it becomes too late to do anything

Add to that the fact that the "fakers" have not been held accountable.

The problem with this topic is the division it causes. Hoax could be controversial for example but you don't see hoax believers and hoax non believers constantly insult or belittle the other group.
 
The people who made the decision to include the songs despite the controversy already surrounding them is who I mean.

And Birchey has nothing to do with anything whatsoever.
