JUST IN: Michael Jackson died of lethal levels of propofol, court documents show

Where can i watch larry king online pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm a pediatric RN and I also sometimes work as a nurse anesthetist. So I know a thing or two about Propofol. We use all those drugs mentioned in the article all the time. Never had any problems. I usually always work together with an anesthesiologist and we have other medical staff there too.

Thanks for that. I am very interested in your take on all of this from a medical perspective!

I fill ill in the stomach even thinking about what went on that morning. How can a doctor do that to someone? Even if Michael did demand the drug - he shouldn't have given it to him because as he said, he thought Michael was developing an addiction. If you think someone has an addiction, you don't feed it!!

The thought of all those drugs going into his body, one after the other - how could the doctor see that that wouldn't harm him! And he was 50 years old, twice as risky.

wether or not Michael had any form of addiction or not is not relevant. I don't believe he did, but we don't know. At the end of the day, any one can see that what "Dr" Murray did was so so so wrong beyond words.

I literally feel sick. He is fully responsble for our Michael's death.

Joe's friend says that a call came to Joe at 11:30 asking what to do:

part of the article:

lose personal friend of Michael Jackson's embattled father has come forward to ABC News' "Good Morning America" to defend Joe Jackson against claims that the elder Jackson is exploiting his son's untimely death.

Joe Jackson has endured widespread criticism in the press in recent days for everything from alleged abuse of his sons early on in their career to self-promotion at the BET awards just days after his son's death, and for aggressively seeking to gain control of the singer's sprawling empire in the immediate aftermath of his son's death.
Jackson, who is separated from his wife, Katherine Jackson, was left out of the singer's will. On Wednesday, the Jackson family hired Ken Sunshine, a veteran New York-based public relations professional.
In a statement to ABC News authorized by Joe Jackson, Rutt Premsrirut, his close friend of many years, seeks to paint the celebrity patriarch in a decidedly different light -- as a dedicated father who has steered one of America's most famous families through decades of triumphs and tragedies.

This is a response to the negative media coverage that Mr. Joseph Jackson, father of the late Michael Joseph Jackson has been receiving recently.

To quote the late Michael Joseph Jackson in his autobiographical book "Moonwalker": "Before you judge someone, walk two full moons with them." Mr. Joseph Jackson, known to us privately as "Joe," has always been the man of steel, the go-to person during times of crisis. He deals with situations from a point of equanimity. Continuously compartmentalizing his inner emotions has become an everyday activity.
When his dear mother and father passed away, he never shed a tear. "I internalize my emotions, but they eat up on the inside over the years." This has made him very effective during times of crisis. Each time he would rise to the occasion and function at the highest levels.
When Michael Jackson collapsed at 11:30 [a.m. PT June 25], the security guard's first instinct was to call Joe in Las Vegas to find out what to do. Joe screamed into the phone, "Get yourself together and call 911, now now now !!!" That was him in action, no emotion.

It could be a typo though by a reporter, could have been that it was 12:30.

Thanks for the repost. Hmmm.... if you think about it, 11:30 or 12:30, it's still too late to be calling Michael's father for guidance instead of 911. If there's a doctor in the room and HE doesn't know what to do, what in God's name did anyone expect Michael's father to do? And all the way in Vegas?? Omg... Imma explode.

I just don't understand why Michael would even still ask for propofol after Murray injected all those drugs into him when Michael knew how dangerous the propofol intself was.

Michael is too intelligent for something like that to happen. This doctor is STILL lying!!!

2mg of benzos are a normal amt but is a 2hr time interval too much or too little? I forget.

And I see right away at least 2 discrepancies in the repors. One say that Murray left for 2 minutes to use the bathroom, another report say that he left to make calls for a while. Which is it?

Also how does Murray assume MJ was developing an addiction when he used the same dose constantly? Was it that he started off giving MJ a few times per week and MJ then wanted propofol more often?

And I agree with Summer that the dosing doesn't seem appropriate to have the effect he said it would have. I think the "law enforcement official" doesn't know much of what he is talking about and so he glibly gives incorrect details.

I am not fully convinced that this is what happened to MJ. It doesn't sound potent enough. And if lethal amts were found it had to be a whoooooolllllleee lot to be found in such high amts since propofol has such a very short half-life.

I am not satisfied with this leaked acct.

And what is up with this constant 'leak'? What is he trying to accomplish if the LAPD were the ones who told the coroner to hold off on the report in the first place?

ok this is bs cuz mj was usually UP by then eating breakfast and with his kids. the cook even asked where he was and y he didn't come down. murray 'took his breakfast' up to him or am i remembering wrong?

he was put on that a long sooner than what murray is claiming. mj was 'dead' by murray's admission at 11 so y not call immediately? y try to do cpr at 1230? y refuse to call tod?

he's lying. he put the fireplace on and let it go. kept mj warm, and had to think of a way to play this out. lemme c all my people, then once im sure they've cleared the stuff, i'll 'find' mj and act frantic.

I think that sums up what went down that morning.......

according to Kai Chase, Murray didn't come downstairs that morning

Not really true. You can't keep increasing the dose, or you will overdose...that's why you use a different drug. If you give too much of the same drug in a too short period of time...you will overdose. It's not unusual to give different drugs if one dosen't work. We once had to give a one year old three different drugs (pentobarbital, midazolam and Ketanest) to keep him calm over night, and he still kept waking up.

You all have to keep in mind that it is not always the mix of drugs that is dangerous...anything can become dangerous if you don't monitor the patient and aren't prepared for an emergency. Simple as that.

Summer so true....didn't think of it that way....it still don't make sense to me to keep giving sedatives whether they are different/ same ones or not...in such a short period of time...I jus

I am defintitely starting to think intentional murder myself now. But just trying to think, who would have the motive to want him dead. Who stood to make money from it? Because we know it will all be about money.

AEG for example, is it possible for them to make more money from TII with MJ dead than had he actually done the concerts? Doesn't seem plausible to me.

How about Sony? There is always the issue of the ATV catalogue...hmmm

Any ideas people?

On MSNBC tonight, someone cleared up the question of Murray being in Mikes life since 2006. That was proved false, Mike met him just before he hired him 6 weeks before his death. Could be that Thome planted Murray in Las Vegas to become the intentional murderer? Thome fired May 5, Murray comes in the picture around that same time...?

Im angry..THIS MAN NEEDS TO BE PUT IN PRISON NOW!!!

I wouldn't go as far as to claim 1st degree murder just yet... Let's wait for the trial. There's bound to be one...

Makes a lot of sense in a tragic way.

Oh that's false that MJ knew him already? I didn't know that. Well that makes it even more unusual then and even more suspicious!!

very good points...... how come they haven't asked these questions.... especially about the regular time line given by the chef.

I wish Larry wouldn't keep asking the same questions which have already been asked over and over again

I wonder AEG told Michael gets Dr. Murray to be his doctor while he's going on tour in London.

I know that drug tolerance occurs, but to what point?

Is there anyone here with medical knowledge? I am wondering if it is possible to have such a tolerance of the drugs that what MJ was injected with would have no effect whatsoever, leaving him completely lucid and able to "demand" more drugs.

I think this would be the key to knowing if this was accidental or murder!

Quoting my own earlier post now that there are a few medical people on here. Is anyone able to shed some light on this?

Thanks for the info. Do you know who the source of this info was? The person who stated this?

At least the whole timeline thing is finally being discussed. It will be the downfall for Murray and hopefully anyone else who is responsible for Michael's death

I wish Janet or someone should have save Michael he will be ALIVE today.
