While I can understand the anger and the lack of understanding that the estate (and I think about the family could be said the same, Michaels son Prince so far for example compeltly ignores it in public) to fight against such a lubricating campaigns publicly I do not quite understand why this is now transferred to be the actual behaviour of the Estate in court. I think the recent arguments and what they said in documents in court were clear and it was so far also clearly decided in favor of the Estates. So I do not understand why there is suddenly talk the Estate did not defend Michael in the court case. I also do not understand why some fans wants a trial so vehemtly. Do you really think press will change suddenly in their behaviour to twist facts. I hope it will not go to trial and I sure wanted the claims against Michaels companies to be dismissed like allready the other claims were dismissed. I do not believe that the current lubricating campaigns are a sign that Robson's lawyers believe they can achieve something in court and I also think the ignoring of the media campain against Michael is sure not a sign that the Estate will go in any talks with Robson lawyers. It is more a sign of you will get your bill in court.

People see through their nonsense for those who care. It was clear in what they were doing. I didn't even click on the stories. They want people to clickbait on this mess. NOT.

I just listened to that recording of Gavin's former classmate and it's quite interesting. I definitely don't even doubt it,but i do doubt the media will even cover this and haters will just say it could be anyone saying this. I don't think he will ever come out in public and say it, so this is the closest we're going to get.

Also saw a video from a guy called Ron Newt on how at one point he was being offered 200k to say MJ touched his kids. Unbelieveable.

This is what ticks me off that someone can o this to MJ. I hope this young lady would spread her story. I can careless if haters(haters would be the only one not willing to listen to her) would not believe her. I think many people will want to hear her story. Her comments match up with the action of the Garvin family for those of us who followed the trial here and else where to know the trial. And what really bothers me is that Garvin including Jordan can tell people in private that they were not about but do not come out in public to do it. Sorry but these guys are grown men now and they need to clear this lie up. They better know that there is a higher power whom they are going to have to answer to. In the end, yes, I blame their parents for creating this mess that lead to the death of MJ and now, since they are adults, I blame their silence on the cause of MJ unable to rest.

no. I checked the piece. they are saying that she ended her friendship with friends that asked her if these allegations are true. They mention her but they are saying she isn't believing the allegations.

edited to add: they have a mistake. they mention she doesn't believe the allegations, they posted her message but they also wrote that she is "Defending haters". they probably meant to say defending MJ against haters. I get your point that it might be confusing but the rest makes it clear that she doesn't believe the allegations.

One thing that is EASILY dismissible - IF they found child pornography at Neverland and lets say as haters would say "he got off"... They never charged him for child pornography, if they did it would have AT LEAST been one of the charges!

It looks like its disappearing from the Google search as well. Few days ago it was all over the place on the front page and now nary a trace to be found. 'Cept RO who is trying in vain to keep the ball rolling.
The more they try it though the more desperate they look.

I hope eventually they will become like the boy who cried wolf and people realize this is a deliberate smear campaign and no one will pay attention to their nonsense any more.

And I have to note I appreciate that TMZ refused to join the lynch mob.

Interesting about TMZ though. Not a peep, not even to call it out as they did before with Robson. Obviously they know the reports are BS, but I still, for some reason find it, interesting.

I'm surprised they didn't do a column or TV spot debunking the Radar Story. However, maybe they think Radar is too low to be their competition. LOL. Radar is certainly trying to be.

I think most people the folks who did read it the first day (again, I am not talking about internet trolls) knew it was a smear campaign.

This is all this is a smear campaign . Wade and James and they lawyers have nothing they take old news and with the help of Radar Online and all these others TB to make the ppls believe they are reading new news and they are not. just like in a post it was mention they are grasping at straws.

I really believe ppls are getting tried of this. I wonder how the judge will view this because Wade still has no proof to backup his claim of abuse by Michael. The picture can't not get any clear then this this case is a waste of time.

The judge need to end this in summary judgement. There is really no new information in discovery when you look at it it all old

Let see what we get on Michael birthday.

The BIG fat QUESTION is why the mainstream media and mainstream journalists (like CNN and co.) DO NO REPORT ABOUT THIS BS STORY published by RadarOFFline to get the facts across the media that can analyze the tabloid tactics and agenda of misleading and manipulating our society!

I do think, its a serious issue to be seriously discussed. Its NOT about Michael Jackson anymore. Its about legal aspects of distorting FACTS and legal evidence found in possession of any defendant who is judged by the public trial.?

I wonder, if there is a chance to get a comment from the 2005 trial judge, Rodney Melville, if he can comment the trial and his attitude towards the media BS stories to make the facts clear...

The BS stories from RadarOFFline should not be ignored at all.

What makes it ever more than BS is the fact that it is spreading like the tabloid cancer and millions of people are changing their minds about MJ based on the BS stories about nonexisting "evidence".

If those millions of ppl see the headline with words like child porn, secret closet, S&M, torture... , at that moment they are losing their logic and are able to believe that all the evidence existed, but MJ bought his vindication, especially those know-it-all guys connecting the 1993 case and the RadarOFFline BS and mix it everything.
They dont think of it as BS, but rather believe there was/is child porn and dont realize how pathetically BS it is.... if there was anything, any single piece of evidence of child porn, it would be the federal crime and MJ would have been charged of having child porn, and no money or fame would have saved him from prison for 40 years.

But the silence of the so.called mainstream media is beyond my understanding what is going on here....

I checked the numbers last week. TMZ has 2.5 times more visitors than Radar. I'm quite sure they don't see it as a competition.

^^That's a good point. CNN came out with a story debunking the fake "FBI files" a few years ago. How can we get them involved in this one-it's just as bad or worse bc people are now adding the FBI file story TO this one.
