I ran across some of them on YouTube the other day-I didn't even realize they did that-I kept away and must have done a pretty good job of it.

Plus, sensationalist articles sell better, generate more clicks etc. So why would they shoot themselves in the foot and start doing some real journalism when crap sells more?

They did a pretty good job, I mean it's no movie quality stuff but It at least brings you into the court room in some type of way! I'm glad E! had that show though.. def did not get enough attention..cuz you know transcripts are FACTS!

I disagree with this. In 93 there was a grand jury refusing to indict. In 2005 jurors found MJ not guilty despite media non stop calling him guilty. Despite everything jurors did not fail MJ and they deserve more credit to be able to limit themselves to what is presented to them at court and make rational decisions solely based on evidence presented.

If anything this shows how desperate Robson and Safechuck are. People with strong cases don't need to try it in the media, they don't need "leaks" or stories. TMez was the one who asked for a gag order. He didn't need to try the case in media, he didn't need to change public perception. He tried and won it in court.

All I see is desperation.

The difference is MJ was live then. Convicting someone is harder than forcing his Estate to pay.

The Estate once agains proved they are the lamest ****ing assholes on the planet and they either
don't understand how damaging this shitstorm is or don't care.
Their response also makes me wonder whether they even know about the facts of this case.
For example, the books which had nude kids actually prove that he was no a pedophile but only
if one knows all the facts about them.
A pedo who is into boy would not buy books with naked little girls. What would be the point?
And a pedo who could get frontal boy nudity won't bother to get a book with pictures which do not
even show genitalia.
A pedo who wants frontal boy nudes won't just wait for a stranger like Rhonda to send him books with
such pictures. And a pedo who needs that kind of stuff for 10 years won't just simply live without it
for the next 10 years. People forget that MJ didn't even own the two nude boy books after 1993.
A pedo who need such books would have his fingerprints all over those pages but no fingerprint
evidence was introduced that MJ ever paged those books let alone that he was obsessed with them.

I just can't see Weitzman making these arguments because he doesn't seem to give a ****

The police report as far as I remember and I read the Radar version does not mention any animal abuse or torture

Some of the people on the other forum actually knew about Wade Robson, so it was a good moment to provide that information. It's just so crystal clear though how badly most of the people there are parrotting the tabloids. This person who brought up Robson said things like.... ''there's a body of hard accusations, you got admissions from MJ himself about sleepovers with boys, you got allegations from families, you got several out of court settlements, the fact that adult magazines were found all over the house while kids were there....accusations about how he gave alcohol to kids, then of course the doctored photos of animals heads on naked people's bodies, nude children...'' ------- and so on.

It's just so damn frustrating to hear such idiocy from people, they talk about all this as if these were facts as if they have been proven. But here we all know what lying scumbags the families were, we know there was only one out of court settlement and that Mike wanted that criminal trial to happen. We know that no magazines were found all over NL at all, in fact they were locked away. Alcohol to children? Never proven at all, it was the liars word against T-Mez's, and probably the worst of all...this idiot talked about the doctored photos as if these were found during the raid when it;s all Radar Online's dirty work. These people....these effin' people.

I have posted everything i just said there as well, to show these people how the tabloids have messed with their mind but it's already crystal clear that a lot of people just don't care. They don't care for the truth and even if the accusers were to come forward and admit to their lies, hell even if we had 24/7 of MJ during the timeline of all that, there would still be those numbskulls who say that he probably did touch other children then. Giving a crapload of money to charities, really showing your good intentions is not a sign of a good person but a bad person? I have a few people i know that are friends of my family and a few of them read that crap. They then come to my birthday or just visit my family and i get to hear their misinformed nonsense. People should understand that prosecution documents are not facts. They are the biased, one-sided POVs and theories of a desperate prosecution who tried to create something out of nothing in lieu of real evidence. This book is not sexual at all. It's a surrealistic art book (hence the morphing), you can Google what kind of photos we are talking about.

The book is also in the Library of Congress: https://lccn.loc.gov/2004297659 The guy who created the book is a renowned photographer. I don't expect a bunch of redneck cops at Santa Barbara to understand modern art (especially if they also have an interest in trying to misinterpret it), but MJ was a big fan of art photography, so it is nothing strange for him to have such books. People act like these books were found as a part of some sort of dark porn collection when in reality they were collected from several different places, from among his art books, not kept as some sort of concentrated collection child nudes. And it's not like he kept these under his pillow either. This one, for example, was found in the arcade/library area - in his library that had thousands of other books. Then the media sensationalized these descriptions even further - hence the claims of torture, animal heads on naked people etc. They are not even in the original descriptions.

What is the most telling sign of how freaking biased the police was is this:
notice who they didn't write nude and semi nude GIRLS even though Room to play have nude and semi nude GIRLS not

They simply used the nude girls to suggest that they too were boys by calling them children.

Also, even with the biased and ridiculously primitive description of Room to play there is still no mention of any

People also fail to notice that the 2003 raid did not find a single picture where a teenage penis was shown!

What's infuriating is that what police found in Neverland in 1993 2003 actually proves that MJ was not a pedophile

I'm glad they were called out on that, it's not up to anyone to prove a negative and unless the entirety of every encounter MJ had with children was videotaped it's impossible to prove a negative anyway but that does not mean that therefore he must have done something because it can't be proved that he didn't. The burden of proof is on those making the positive claim, that does not change simply because you aren't in a courtroom. There's plenty of evidence that puts reasonable doubt on the claims that have been made. It's up to these people to prove he was guilty, they can't start with acting like his guilt is a given, they need to prove it. Not that they can.
