Of course. That may be the case on another planet not on this one and especially not in America which has a nasty history of bullshit judicial decisions.

If Beckloff had simply followed the law he should have thrown Robson out at demurrer because there is no precedent when a case with similar claims
passed demurrer.

Unfortunately when it comes to child molestation especially child rape allegations reason and logic tend to go out of window. Particularly in America.
I hope that this judge if indeed Beckloff is out will have a sane mind and see this pile of crap for what it is but I'd sure like to know whether he
knows Robson's full history with this claim starting with how he tried to play with the probate SOL telling one ridiculous and obvious lie after another.

Tbh, I have never been worried about either of these BS cases to succeed.

My big complaint about Beckloff is that he took his sweet time to make decisions and gave too many opportunities to amend.
I realize that was to avoid appeal but....it just took too long.

This new judge and staff will pour over everything and will be quite knowledgeable. I understand he's experienced with claims against companies, so that's good.

That real good to hear. I got this feel that this new judge is not going to let this go any longer because the facts are clear companies are not ppls and Wade is going after the companies this need to know Wade has yet to proof that anyone was aware this was going on and did nothing about it his lawyers are drag their feet there is nothing there. Thanks to Ivy and Rescept77 giving us a clear picture of the law.


I agree Barbee0715 Beckloff did give them to many time to amend and Wade has yet to prove it.

Do we know why Beckloff let the case?

Exactly. Some judges know the case is BS but they have to follow the law and listen to it.

The word friends seems to be pretty loosely applied in the industry. One week their supporting someone the next week they aren't. Who knows with any of them anymore. Maybe he's "hedging his bets" so to speak.

I have some questions anybody can answer if you know it. Okay we know Wade is suing Michael companies but we all know a company is not a person okay that clear now we have reason to know So far Wade has yet to find anybody who was aware this was going on and did nothing about it. Do we know any details on the Summary Judgement yet? Is that still going on? The reason why i ask these question where else can this case go the first judge gave Wade many times to amend his case and Wade has yet to do that. So far their come up with more lies and the story is just getting way out of hand nothing is matching so far with the law as we have in this thread thanks to Ivy and Respect77. I an just wondering where else can this case go will this judge see that there is no more to do after he read the case.


This case is a waste of time it should have nerve gotting this far in the first place it been what 2 years and this case is still going where will it end.

Well, both Robson and Safechuck case has been summarily dismissed in the probate court.

The companies lawsuits in the civil court have not yet went through a summary judgement. The Robson case is now in the summary judgement phase and the Safechuck case is not even there yet.

If the Judge thinks there is no reason to know for the companies then I think he will have to dismiss the case, yes. Let's hope he will think so.

Again, a judge has to look at claims even if he thinks they are BS. This is why our system is so backed up. We have real cases and BS cases to deal with and we have to deal with all of them.

You hit it on the head Terrell and that the problem. It sad that the court system work like that where you have to believe that this BS is true. A lie here in this case is been treat as the true.

I know, but we're going into the third year of it all. By summarily, I meant much more quickly. Also, know all about courts taking their time and due process, etc. etc. etc. etc. But there have been complaints that have been brought to a halt sooner, and I thought these would fall into that category, like an MJ ghost impregnating someone would.

This is why I always say justice system is corrupted, sometimes they never care about the case or the truth, they just wanna play "God" which is why I always say I never trust them.

You are right 3 years and no end to this case yet i agree statute of limitations should have took it right out but this is the system we are dealing with. Wade has no proof to backup his claim none what so ever so why is this still going on that the question and we have no answer yet.

Wade lawyers are going around in circle just waste time. I hope this new judge will just see this and end it for good.

I got some news

I occasionally check the Appeals court to see if Robson filed an appeal about judge dismissing the late probate claim against MJ Estate and he didn't. So I stopped checking it.

I just was doing a search with Estate's name to see if any new cases / appeals have been filed and I saw that there is a new appeal.

It's filed by MJ Estate about the judge's decision in Robson's civil case.

In other words MJ Estate is appealing Beckloff's decision to allow Robson civil case against MJ companies to survive demurrer.

edited to add: They also hired a law firm that specializes in appeals.

So how does this work?
If Beckloff or whoever is the judge now allows the case go beyond summary judgement
but the appeal court does not allow it beyond demurrer then what?
Or summary judgement will have to wait until the appeal court decides the demurrer?

Why does the Estate think this is a good idea? If the appeal court upholds Beckloff's decision can that affect how the summary judgement is decided?

summary judgment is no where near so I wouldn't worry about it and the decision of demurrer has no effect on decision of summary judgment.

now you tell me how do you decide which nick to use every day? Flip a coin? Castor/redfrog/aldebran?

I was wondering about the appeal in the probate case this week. Since Marzano said they would appeal but we haven't heard anything about that, so I wondered if we just haven't heard about it because it's in another court or they gave up appeal? For how long they can file an appeal in the probate case?

Re. the demurrer appeal: so if the appeal of the Estate is accepted the case is over? If it isn't then it goes on to summary jugdement where it still can be dismissed?
