Yes...Jimmy Osmond had lived in Japan for 3 year's and had established several business contacts. This is why Michael invited Jimmy over to his home, at Hayvenhurst. Jimmy invited his brother, Donny or maybe Donny invited himself. Donny's Career had stalled and "Thriller" had gone to the ends of the Universe in sales. Donny thought that Michael would help him out through his connection with Quincy Jones, as a producer. Donny didn't like how the meeting went. In fact, Donny held a grudge forever.

Jimmy ended up working for Michael, with the "Bad" tour, in particular in Japan. This is how I look at Robson suing the Estate, along with Safechuck. It's these cowards who rear their ugly heads, because of their vengeful ways. Jimmy Osmond and Michael went their separate ways after the "Bad" tour and Jimmy was thankful for the experience and took this and made his life more successful. Jimmy was more humble and grateful and a good businessman.

I'm checking case summary daily to see if the judge ruled - nothing yet.

I imagine if he allows another round of amendment, we can see a decision within 2 weeks. If he dismisses it for good, he will probably take more time to finalize his reasoning.

Robson civil case shows a case management hearing for August 14. Hard to say why was this hearing set up. Perhaps about the motion to quash / subpoena.

I'm checking case summary daily to see if the judge ruled - nothing yet.

I imagine if he allows another round of amendment, we can see a decision within 2 weeks. If he dismisses it for good, he will probably take more time to finalize his reasoning.

Yes it's the same project, a short film called "flight". He was in LA and shot this over 2-3 days. 2 people posted about it - a director/producer and a dancer. We have seen a woman lying on bed, a guy with a baseball bat and now confirmed for sure that this short film had a dance part to it.

btw this danced used to have public instagram and now made it private. which doesn't really help as he tweets his instagram posts making the direct links accessible by public. I still wonder why though. did Robson or the guy see the screenshot making the rounds and decided to go private?

This is probably completely off topic, but I felt sharing it now. When I was a kid I was molested on my way back home from school. I was like 8 and that dude over 40 at least. There was this short part of road which was always totally lonely and he was there every day with his bicycle.
Kids are NOT stupid. They know when something is off, just like I knew with this guy for days or maybe weeks. He keeps driving my walking speed, talking to me. Me, I'm answering polite but still trying to cut the conversation. He still got me. The very same day it happened I went to the police with my mother. And they didn't do crap. Why? Because I was "only" touched and not raped, so why bother. And why didn't I get raped? Because I was able to escape due to pure luck.
Now years later I found out my dad used to wait in that very spot with a friend, waiting for that guy. I never talked to my Dad about MJ because I thought he'd have biased feelings and all. He was literally spending an entire year of his lunch breaks with a friend on that spot trying to catch the guy bc the police wouldn't bother. I only learned about that a few years ago and I'm 30 now.
Now a few months ago for whatever reason we actually talked about the cases against MJ, and I was actually surprised by what my father said, given how forcefully he acted back in the day. He was literally "I don't read all that tabloid shit, but the one thing that always stuck with me was that they are asking for money. And that told me more about the accusers than it ever did about Michael."
Now I know the money thing is not something that we should take as arguments against haters, because there are horrible parents out there. But I personally was struck by my own father, who was literally willing to kill someone bc the law wouldn't act, and be on Michael's side without looking into the case any further.
And he didn't even know about Robsons allegations at that time we talked about it. I told him and laid out all the obvious lies in the case and his eyebrows just went higher and higher. This coming from a man who was literally ready to kill a molester.

Jason “Jace” Alexander spent a decade directing "Law & Order" but Wednesday he was living out an episode when he was popped on child pornography charges.
Alexander was charged with two felonies -- possessing and sharing illegal and obscene performances of sexual conduct by children under the age of 17.
He was nabbed after an investigator downloaded child pornography off the internet and traced the file’s IP address back to Alexander’s address in New York.
Cops searched Alexander’s home and say they found computers and external hard drives stocked with files of minors engaged in child pornography.
His bail is set at $10k. He faces 7 years if convicted.

Oh, the irony. This popped up on my news feed last night but I couldn't get it to open, so I didn't know who it was. It made me think of that episode they based on the Arvizo case and I was hatefully hoping it was that director. I never watched SVU again after that show.

A few years ago I did some research on imdb about the writer and she gave an interview where she said she read the depositions in the Chandler case and there were horrific things not made public. And she claimed because of that Michael should be rotting in prison. She also said she used that info for her SVU script.

I then saw she was now the head writer and also producer of Blue Bloods. Quit watching that show as well.

I doubt she read any depositions but if she did she only could have read the usual disgruntled ex-employees' and perhaps Evan, because those were the only people deposed, Jordan was never. Alternatively she could read the Gardner interview, or Jordan's declaration which 1) do not prove anything because they are just unproven, never cross-examined allegations, 2) they are all public.

Some people seem to have a hard time with understanding this very basic concept that an allegation is not a proven fact.

^^oh, exactly. The stuff she quoted was nothing but tabloid trash (the employee stuff) and the fact that she claimed it was true and was a highly educated woman revolted me.
I was also ashamed of Marlo Thomas and Cindy Williams for even being in the episode. Really ashamed.

Just looked into this and he directed L&O, not SVU. But he is Jane Alexander's son, which is horrible for her.

Regarding the 'Law & Order' director...

It appears that Jason Alexander did not direct the disgusting 'Law & Order: SVU' episode "Sick". It was actually David Platt who directed it, with writer's credits to Dick Wolf and Dawn DeNoon. On Alexander's bio (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0003167/#director) it only lists epis from the original 'Law & Order' series, not 'SVU'. So no direct connection there, from what I can see.

yeah but it might depend on the ruling. If these decisions give them a chance to amend, I don't think media would report it. A dismissal or allowing late complaint are things to report. regardless we should be able to get the civil ruling from the system eventually.

We are talking about two demurrers here, not a summary judgement. So even if the Judge would allow one or both that still would not mean allowing a late complaint only that it goes to the next round - to summary judgement.

As for what I think. If the Judge is consistent with himself then based on the Robson ruling Safechuck probate case should be thrown out. But then again, the Robson thing was a summary judgement and this one is a demurrer, so who knows if the Judge allows a next round about it or not. I think the same about the Robson civil case - I personally cannot see the legal basis of allowing a late filing, but who knows if the Judge allows a next round.
