[Discussion] Sexual Abuse Claims Against MJ Estate - Robson/ Safechuck/ Doe

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

I take it the estate will file a reply motion. it works the same as a civil case? and u presume this motion will
have to be used as a part of his civil case?
You can be sure the reply will not get nearly as much media attention as the allegations, though  It's strange that a judge would allow the allegations to be released without any kind of defense from the accused. It leads to very one-sided reporting and that doesn't seem to be in the public interest. Why not present the public with both sides of the story and let them make up their own minds?

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

If you are talking about the creditor claim, the Estate already did it.

http://amradaronline.files.wordpress.com/2013/06/wadere.pdf

This is from June 4. It's not a response to the redacted version of Wade's claims that was released a few days ago.

As I'm reading this again though, I wonder what is blacked out on page 3. "Further compromising any investigation into these allegations is the fact that Petitioner [blacked out]". Could it be a reference to Wade's mental problems?

Wade's claim was filed in May and the hearing was for June 6 and you can read the date in the doc released a few days ago.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

I'm wondering if the reason why Wade's lawyers wanted to keep the court documents from being released was because they knew his claims were a hot mess. His story is all over the place in those court documents. This is absolutely ridiculous.

So even if he did not understand it was abuse (which would be ridiculous from a 22-year-old man in itself, but let's pretend for a while) when he was specifically asked "Did he do this to you?" then why didn't he answer "yes"? Even if he did not understand it was abuse? And how could he not realize it was abuse when according to his story Michael threatened him with jail? How could he not realize it was abuse when Michael was on criminal trial with similar allegations? So how doesn't it occur to a 22-year-old man under those circumstances that it was abuse? His story does not make any sense.'

You hit on the head there, as I mentioned (sorry I keep saying this) I was an ACTUAL victim of molestation, I honestly did not know it was molestation until I was older but if someone, anyone, had asked me, or questioned me about those event's which occurred in my life I would have known, or came to realise very quickly that I was abused, consider the questioning at the trial.

I am assuming Mr Robson was questioned pre trial by lawyers, and if he did not AT THAT STAGE UNDERSTAND what had allegedly happened to him in the past, THEN HE IS LYING, PLAIN AND SIMPLE

I think he shot himself in the foot and should have stuck with the "REPRESSED MEMORY" theory if wanted any credibility for these ridiculous allegations.

I do not mean this in a horrible way (referring to the general public's IQ, including people with any sort of disability) but he is clearly a person with possibly a very low IQ and maybe doesn't understand the long term repercussions of what he said to the media and in the tv interview by saying he "Never forgot".!

I hope the judge really looks deeply into this stupid allegation and see's it for what it is, trying to get money off MJ for something he would never do

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

I assume they're MJ's companies then. But why would Judge Beckloff describe them as "celebrities"?
It looks like celebrities who Wade was saying he worked for or was due to work for. Like he claims he couldn't do a worldwide tour for a "superstar" whose name they blocked out. I wondered who this could be, because Britney's the only one he's worked for in recent years I'd define as a "superstar" and that tour was in 2008. Demi Lovato certainly isn't a superstar.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

I just it doesn't take to the judge months and months to decide like it occurred with 2005 trial. How could the judge take seriously if it's even more idiotic than the repressed memories claim? Knowing in 2005 already had sex with Britney Spears (well, it was in 2001 because she cheated Justin Timberlake with Robson) at least, he already knew how being caressed sexually was. That's why is idiotic and ridiculous on many levels.

Oh here the DumbAss (wade) standing side by side next to Janet in the behind the scenes performance MTV Awards in 2009... UGH he makes me SICK!! I wonder the other dancers think of him back than and now??

omg... "These are the gloves from the Bad video, Michael gave them to me when I was 7 or 8. He'll be with us spiritually but I wanted to feel something physically from him.. So I'm wearing these tonight to feel that much closer to him"
In the light of everything he's claiming now that just sounds so...

Thread temp closed for cleaning. We are going to separate the The Mirror's slander discussions from the Wade Robson discussion thread. It deserves a thread of it's own. Will take less than 5 minutes. I will leave the link to the new discussion thread below once it is posted.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

I was at the people magazine site and they was an article about the cirque show and how Katherine and the boys were there. People say some nasty things like why people are celebrating Michael when he molested little boys and so on. It just breaks my heart reading that kind of stuff.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Well, I have been hunched over the computer since 9 o'clock last night when I first read the story and haven't moved and now it's almost 11 pm Sunday. I guess I'm making myself sick by reading this, especially since I know its garbage.

I just logged on to read any reports about MJ One and all of the tabloid stuff started. But I also wanted to ask this, because it might have gotten past me. What happens now that Wade's claim has been opened-did the judge give a deadline of when to make a decision on it (i.e: throw it out????)I am praying for that outcome, but if he doesn't I know that Weitzman will fight this tooth and nail-there's no way the estate will ever consider paying one dime to him because it will just open the flood gates. But I don't want Branca and Weitzman to have to do that at all. I am begging God for it to be thrown out as not credible.

Did the judge give a deadline?

Who knows if there is any truth to this one:

MJ accuser asks FBI to release damning files revealing 'hush money payments 'Big News Network (ANI) Monday 1st July, 2013

Michael Jackson accuser Wade Robson will ask the FBI to release damning files, which claims that The King of Pop paid 23 million pounds to hush up "abuse victims."

Wade, 30, is suing Jackson's estate claiming the late star molested him time and time again when he was a child.

The former child dancer's lawyers hope that the material will help win their case, the Mirror reported.

According to the Sunday People, the files show that Jackson paid huge sums of hush money over 15 years.

US crime-busters seized the material - including tapes, phone transcripts and names of 17 alleged victims - from an investigator who worked for the star.

His documents were not passed to prosecutors in Jackson's 2005 trial.

A pal of Wade told the publication that the choreographer feels that his case could be bolstered if he could get another child or even more to come out and support what he went through at the hands of Jackson.

Meanwhile, the FBI files challenge Jackson's insistence he never laid a finger on any of the kids invited to his Neverland Ranch in California for unsupervised sleep-overs. (ANI)

You can't read a story like this and not tell if it is true or not?

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

So whens the next hearing

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

It's funny TMZ didn't report it.

No publication in the USA is going to touch it. Because one they know the FBI files have been out for years and two it accuses Howard W of breaking the law

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

How can you do this to your deceased mentor /friend ? You are a ****ing money hungry [ Oh yes you are ] dirty underhand **** .and I wish his ghost come back and haunt ya :punch: .

Really? I've seen ny post, radar online reporting it. You don't think uk tabs are aware of the publication of fbi files on mj? and it doesn't accuse weitzman of breaking the law - just drawing up a media gagging/no contact agreement which is perfectly legal. It's the media breaking the law if it's not true.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Ny post is a news corp so I am not shocked. And Radar is owned by the ones who own the enquirer and star again not shocked. And Radar is funny, they run the story but there editor is on twitter debunking it

Fans need to stay away from her she goes where the scoop is too!

Edit: I see now Radar has interviewed T-Mez and now are reporting that FBI never had files that MJ paid off boys! It's a shame when the media make a big thing of out lies to start mess up and then they sorta retract when they get spoon fed the truth by someone else. Why not tell the truth in the first place instead of that B.S copy paste. HUH!

Michael Jackson’s Ex Lawyer: He NEVER Paid $35M To Silence Abused Kids

The man who successfully defended Michael Jackson at the 2005 molestation trial says it’s “sickening” that people are trying to “profit and exploit” the King of Pop after his death, in the wakean explosive report in London’s Sunday PEOPLE newspaper.
Famed Los Angeles-based attorney Tom Mesereau rejected the tabloid report, which alleged his former client, Jackson, who died in 2009 at age 50, spent nearly $35 million in a desperate bid to cover up his crimes after he supposedly molested at least 24 boys.
“The FBI never had any files alleging that Michael Jackson had sexually abused 24 young boys, because it never happened,” Mesereau told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

“Remember, in 2009, the FBI released their files relating to Michael Jackson and even though some of it was redacted, there were absolutely no findings of any wrongdoing on behalf of my client. Leading up to the 2005 molestation trial, the Santa Barbara District Attorney was working with the FBI and Interpol and they came up with no evidence of any sexual abuse.
“Believe me, if they had such information, it would have been presented at the trial.”
Mesereau, who recently scoffed at Wade Robson‘s claims that Jackson had abused him, said the County of Santa Barbara District Attorney regularly flew to the FBI’s headquarters in Quantico, Va., during the 2005 case in attempt to find “any evidence against Michael.”

“They never got it,” he said.
Mesereau added, “It’s sickening that people are still trying to profit and exploit Michael Jackson in death.”
The PEOPLE report comes amid the Jackson family’s wrongful death trial against concert promoter AEG Live and Mesereau predicted the damaging article was “likely linked to the AEG civil trial,” although he noted that “I can’t prove it.”
A source close to the Jackson family also cast doubt on the report, noting the Thriller singer had emergedfrom multiple Los Angeles Department of Children & Family Services investigations without a case to answer.

“Michael was fully cooperative during all of his interactions with DCFS,” a source previously told Radar.
“Michael was interviewed for hours without his lawyer. He held nothing back. He couldn’t understand why these allegations were being made against him. DCFS cleared him on any wrongdoing in all its investigations.”

This doesnt make any sense!!!! If FBI had all these materials Im sure they would've given it to the prosecution in 2005. Like the article states, the FBI files said they didnt found anything on MJ. Sooo where did all this nonsense come from???

Wade is a desperate piece of shit.

I don't really believe this story. Once again it comes from the Mirror and their source is an unnamed friend of Wade, who is almost certainly made-up. But if it's true then Wade must be really, really desperate. How disappointed he will be when he finds out there are not FBI files proving MJ molested anyone. LOL.

I'd rather be curious if Wade and Paul Barresi teamed up to do it. Of course, Barresi did not need Wade to do it, he could have acted alone. But I found it interesting how at the end of the article Barresi is quoted saying his hope is that this would help Wade's case by encouraging more "victims" to come forward. That just seems the same desperate plea for more "victims" to come forward that Wade and his lawywer are always doing. Knowing Barresi's MO I can imagine he gathers money for this from more than one place - one from the Mirror, but perhaps also some from Wade.

WADE ROBSON
Michael Jackson Had
A Child Sex Alarm
EXCLUSIVE
Michael Jackson went to great lengths to avoid being caught sexually abusing children ... even installing an alarm to warn him whenever someone was approaching his bedroom -- so claims Wade Robson in his latest complaint against the singer's estate.

Robson just filed an amended complaint, claiming the alarm would go off whenever someone came within 30 feet of Jackson's room. Robson claims Jackson also hung a "Do Not Disturb" sign on his bedroom door.

As we reported, Robson has filed a claim against the MJ estate demanding damages. Robson claims Jackson sexually abused him for 7 years as a child, beginning in 1990.
