[Discussion] Sexual Abuse Claims Against MJ Estate - Robson/ Safechuck/ Doe

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

I think it's Branca and McClain but it's odd to describe them as celebrities. Maybe the Judge meant they are in the public eye anyway so there's no interest in seal their names? Well, we will see.

I don't think it's the executors. Executors can be sued in their executor position and not from a personal standpoint. Meaning for example John Branca's name can be added to a lawsuit as he's the Executor not because he personally did anything illegal. so if those were Executors it would mean they are being sued as Michael's representatives, not because they had anything to do with the alleged actual molestation. That would not require any redaction.

The media report reads like Wade is accusing two more people in regards to the alleged molestation.

TMZ claimed those 2 Does were MJ's companies. We will see I guess.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

so how will Wade confront his praising of MJ after MJ's death? he has already said his memory was never repressed so what is he claiming? he just didn't know any better?

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

So these people are being sued as well? I bet you anything it is someone in Michael's family. Nothing I can say for sure just a feeling I just got

Yes, I agree now that it's not likely to be the executors. But are these people accused or just mentioned in the files? The articles do not say they are accused by Robson. For example if Robson would go into detail about his career, what a successful choreographer he used to be and now being sidelined by the alleged trauma etc and he would mention celebrities he worked for, like Britney Spears? Though I don't know why names in such a context would be considered to be redacted in the first place. Or maybe he mentions celebrities he met through Michael. But yeah, we will find out soon.

What he said on Today's Show was:

He later appeared on NBC’s “Today” show and said he’d been brainwashed by Michael to the point that he was “psychologically and emotionally completely unable and unwilling to understand that it was sexual abuse.”

Until the age of 30 he did not understand it was sexual abuse...

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

If you did not know it was sexual abuse then what did you think it was? And if you did not know it was abuse why deny it? ESP if Michael had you convinced it was about love. And at the age of 20 something when you have dated women including some of Michael's family you still didn't know it was wrong? He is either mentally slow or..

His story is all over the place IMO.

When he testified in 2005 he wasn't just asked "Did Michael Jackson molest you?" He was specifically asked about specific acts: "Did he do this to you?" "Did he do that to you?" So even if he did not understand it was abuse (which would be ridiculous from a 22-year-old man in itself, but let's pretend for a while) when he was specifically asked "Did he do this to you?" then why didn't he answer "yes"? Even if he did not understand it was abuse? And how could he not realize it was abuse when according to his story Michael threatened him with jail? How could he not realize it was abuse when Michael was on criminal trial with similar allegations? So how doesn't it occur to a 22-year-old man under those circumstances that it was abuse? His story does not make any sense.

he did not understand after 20 years of being questioned about it by police, the media and tabloid hacks etc.. he even testified in a molestation trial yet he didn't know at the age of 22? that does not fly at all and I would hope others don't believe this bullcrap either.

Yep! and even Harvey from TMZ pointed that out when he posted Wade's testimony from the trial. He said that it makes no sense and that Wade would've been better off saying he had repressed memory because he was asked about specific acts where he responded yes or no... He has now said his memory was not repressed and that he remembered everything so his 2005 under oath testimony was questionable

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Wade thinks he is smart but really he is so f------ dumb. I did not know it was wrong even though he was on trail for the very same thing. And I did not know there was an estate of Michael Jackson until 60 days ago. Sure I tried to get a job with the estate and helped them with a project but I did not know

yeah that's insane.. he had conversations about working on the Cirque shows so what does he mean he didn't know the estate existed? who the hell was he talking to in 2010-11? it sure wasn't Michael

they say he's homosexual...1:40 mark

That's why you can't swallow this whole thing about Michael Jackson being a child molester!

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

How true. i guess if obama was the defendent things might be different!!

This is insane. Can anyone explain to me how revealing salacious details of alleged child abuse falls under "public interest" but informing the public that they're being spied on on a massive scale is a serious crime? Seems this right to freedom of information is rather selective.

------------

sorry but u would have to be mentally retarded to a high level for that claim to have even the remote amount of truth to it. yet this guy testified in court and was asked all sorts of lurid questions that would educate even the most innocent of person.and admitted himself he'd looked at and used pretty hardcore porn yet hes claiming he didnt realise what mj did to him was abuse? so whats he saying mj did to him gave him one to many rides on the ferris wheel gave him to much candy.i presume its totally different to what arvizo and chandler said otherwise how could u claim u didnt know it was abuse.kids from an early age are educated at school about abuse and whats private interms of your body. its the most ludicrous argument ive ever heard. why am i even debating it. only in the usa and only michael

dont even get me started on the fact he basically realised mj died 60 days before he filed the claim.

thats what pisses me off. this idiot has the gaul to even create such a ridiculous argument. the fool should be imbarrassed and ashamed of himself.

... so guys... WRs claims and accusations are insane..., make no sense..., but .... will the judge see it, the same point of you as ours, as for his rulling and... lets say... the jury..., will they believe him more than the facts we do know about WR? or... how insane the judge or the jury can be to believe him?

I dont understand what is the point in doing that as michael's companies were not wade's babysitters

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

His lawyer, Henry Gradstein, said Robson could no longer dance, sing or write songs.
"It now makes him sick doing what he has talent to do," Mr Gradstein said
. -_- Yea sure... U mean after he didn't get that MJ Cirque gig he so badly wanted. So much so he was talking about it like he already had it...oops!:rollin:

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

u want as much money as possible. therefore u sue as many enities as possible

I think he's suing Michael's companies so that if the Judge throws out the creditor's claim because of the statue of limitations he still can have some hope for money. I think the statue of limitations does not apply to Michael's companies.

How does that work, though? If he's going to ask for financial compensation from MJ's companies for the abuse, shouldn't it first be established (in a court of law) that he was abused? Surely the two cases are connected in some way. If the creditor's claim is decided in MJ's favour, how can Wade still receive compensation from MJ's companies for failing to protect him from abuse which the Court doesn't believe ever took place? Or is MJ basically being tried twice for the same crime? Either way, it doesn't make sense.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

The creditors claim would be thrown out first because its past the statue of limitaions for filing a claim. not because the judge doesnt think the story is true. if for some stupid reason the judge waivers the limitation i guess its upto the judge to decide the truthfulness of his claim?

Didn't he sue MJ's companies in the civil lawsuit? Isn't that independent from the creditor's claim? Ie. if the creditor's claim is thrown out the civil case could still go on?

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Sorry If Already posted

WADE ROBSON
DETAILS ALLEGED SEXUAL MOLESTATION AGAINST MJ

Wade Robson has outlined the sexual molestation allegations against Michael Jackson, claiming MJ molested him in various ways from February 4, 1990 and 7 years thereafter.

The documents -- obtained by TMZ are heavily redacted. In one section alone, 7 lines of alleged abuse are blacked out.

Wade's lawyer claims after MJ's first accuser -- Jordan Chandler -- made allegations against MJ, Michael started calling Wade and "brainwashed him into being a good soldier."

According to the docs, Michael would role play with Wade, saying "They are saying we did all of this disgusting sexual stuff. We never did any of that, right?"

In another role-playing session in 2005 - during the molestation trial -- Michael allegedly told Wade, "They are making up all these lies about you and I, saying that we did all this disgusting sexual stuff. They are just trying to take us down, take away my power and my money, take away our careers. We can't let them do this."

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Just from that excerpt, I feel like I have a bit of an idea what's going on.

I, honestly, don't have a doubt that Michael said those things, they sound like him. But when he said it, it was him "throwing out the line" and seeing who he could trust and who he couldn't. Both of them KNEW nothing happened but, of course, Michael had to be worried that people would get in there and brainwash Wade to think they did.

I can see it now. Wade had a breakdown (over God knows what), goes to a therapist. Wade probably repeated these things Michael said to him, and the therapist (not knowing Michael or his true intentions) begins to convince Wade that maybe something else happened and that Michael said those things in a malicious way and not the innocent way that Wade (and all of us) know is the truth. If the case is built around this brainwashing, I think it'll be easier to work around it. Michael isn't here to explain what he meant.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

So according to Wade Michael told you it was wrong. And you didn't think it was?

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

TMZ added this part

The docs also describe the incident reported by a former housekeeper during MJ's 2005 criminal trial -- when she testified that she walked by Michael's shower and heard him playing with "little Wade." She said she saw two pairs of underwear outside the shower -- one was MJ's, the other was a "little boy's neon green pair."

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

I feel like things Michael might have said are being twisted around to sound evil. It makes me sick that Michael cannot defend himself over this.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

So the salicious details supposedly been redacted have now been leaked by robson? and no doubt nothing will happen

Only problem, Wade said he never forgot what MJ did to him.
