I've made a lil' rap part to it, it's also on the other thread already - it goes a lil' somethin' like this:

Tell me why is it sometimes so hard to live?
Tell me why is it sometimes harder to give?
Tell me why we can't just go help Haiti?
And tell me how can I help them? It's makin' me crazy!
Tell me why nature sometimes is so bad?
Tell me why does nature make somethin' like that?
All our brothers and sisters, they start to go mad
And when I see this on tv it's just makin' me sad!

Okay I'm reaaaally confused now, lol. What are we gonna do? I'm reading tons of lyrics and stuff.
And raz2911 is now gonna do another song on his own as well..?

I dont think Raz is doing another song...is he? well so far though its the song that was posted on here that they're enhancing...

estyle is doing the Rap part...And IMHO, it sounds GREAT!!! :D

There's two songs happening now, there's this one (see first post) and Raz's, he's doing his own song with his lyrics in another thread with help from fellow members :)

Allrighty! So what are we gonna do with this one? Any ideas?
Maybe we should start making a list of what everyone can do and then you can give each of us tasks?

Okay, after listening to the different songs, backing tracks, etc on here, I had some lyrics ideas come up. It's not a song, it's not following a formula or in any order (that's kinda' hard to do without a set melody) it's just a kinda theme and some random lines that popped into my head. I'm just gonna throw 'em out there, if some end up sticking, great, if you want me to spend a little more time and come up with something more developed (LoL) I can definitely do that too and if you just want to go a completely different route, then no worries, it's all good. =)

[Rough embryonic ideas for some lines in the lyrics, and a theme maybe?]

Enlisting your love...

Rally on, we gotta act now.

Gather your troops,
we're meeting together,
a plan to unite
to help ease the plight
Setting forth, we're sending our soldiers
armed with these instructions

Im still apart of this project its just I think we should do more than one song :)

i like this a lot, 'Sending out an army of love' really creates an imagine in your mind. Good stuff :)

Thanks, that was just the general feel or theme I got from some stuff and of course Michael's own words. :yes:

Its not been finished yet, Birchey is taking his time on this, it won't be rushed.

The lyrics still need to be written too :)

Dont usually write about things like this sooo Im just guna have ago.
Anyone that wants to use it can do and record it as a rap, just by askin. Not that I think it will be good enough anyways I'll have a go with everyone else. :)

gotta give all of you credit for all the amazing lyrics you've written. truly beautiful! and your songs/demos are so great as well.

i wish there was anything i could do. but im not a good singer, and i cant write lyrics. :( i really want to help though! all i can do is spread the word! ive contacted omer :)

I still can't believe that aid is barely getting in still, its just awful. Plus I just kept thinking about these poor people and what Michael would have done to help these people. This world needs people like him. Thank god that people around the world have donated, it certainly says that the world isn't all bad. Despite the pain and suffering there is love. To help those less fortunate and in need.

This is truly one of the hardest things to see... What happened in Haiti was nothing short of epically tragic. :no:
I hope to God the remaining survivors get all the help they need. What a terrible thing to happen.
