Huge friend of mine went out to dinner with friends of his and they just HAD to bring up MJ, knowing full well that he would defend him all the way.

Nonsense like "where there's smoke..." was thrown around. Or "come on man, he was quite a strange one, can't deny that." as if that directly meant his guilt. The FBI investigation didn't mean a thing they said, it just meant MJ had all the money to hide it properly. "

But it even escalated. One guy got in his face and he said "how do you even know he's innocent?" and he said "the facts don't lie dude" and this was reason for the guy to punch him on the lip. Sigh.

I want to make sure I have something straight about the Cirque show. Wade was turned down as lead choreographer, but is it true that he was offered a lesser role by the estate and then he decided to pull out?

No, Branca said that Jamie king might have offered him a role as a dancer but no offer came to him from the estate at all definitely. The point Branca was trying to make that the estate did not want him at all and never offered him anything but they cannot speak for Jamie King. King was his rival and he was not going to offer him anything and wade was not looking to be a mere dancer. I am sure he consider that the ultimate insult.

Not really 'friends of his' then.....

I'm really curious as to why people are so 'invested' in MJ being guilty of the Robson and Safechuck allegations. What have they got to lose in looking into the facts that show the allegations are false? If this was an argument about a well-known celeb vs MJ, I could understand it....but who cares that Robson and Safechuck are liars? I think you have to really hate MJ, if you are not even willing to look at the evidence. And why would MJ be so hated by ordinary people who never knew him? (I can understand the press /media / HBO/ Channel 4 people being annoyed, but ordinary folk have nothing to lose in this argument. ) Is everyone suddenly so stupid that they think an accuser (for money) is the same as a victim? I really understand that women get upset because of 'Me too', but I'm not sure where (except for jealousy and hate) the male anger is coming from....

(I don't recall a great outpouring of 'oh, he was guilty anyway' after the 2005 court case....)

After Barbara and Jamie nonsense, EVRYBODY needs to come out swing now. When U sit back and exmine this, this is very dangerous now even for these @#$%% as celebs (Even all of us) which they seem to not be able to see. Barbara does not have the best reputation when it comes to treatment of people. Now, what if one of those people who worked for her wants to make money and get others who do not like Barbara (an this include jamie Lee as well) and do a documentary fill with lies on how she abused her staff. What is she going to do or Jamie? Say it is all lies. Oh wait, but you 2 believe 2 liars on MJ, why we shouldn't believe people who talk about them with no proof and who has a pattern of lying and stories does not add up? See what can happen

I'm really curious as to why people are so 'invested' in MJ being guilty of the Robson and Safechuck allegations. What have they got to lose in looking into the facts that show the allegations are false? If this was an argument about a well-known celeb vs MJ, I could understand it....but who cares that Robson and Safechuck are liars? I think you have to really hate MJ, if you are not even willing to look at the evidence. And why would MJ be so hated by ordinary people who never knew him? (I can understand the press /media / HBO/ Channel 4 people being annoyed, but ordinary folk have nothing to lose in this argument. ) Is everyone suddenly so stupid that they think an accuser (for money) is the same as a victim? I really understand that women get upset because of 'Me too', but I'm not sure where (except for jealousy and hate) the male anger is coming from....

(I don't recall a great outpouring of 'oh, he was guilty anyway' after the 2005 court case....)

Because it is something deeper within them. Jealousy, racism, personal reflection on something they did, etc.

The family members do not want to lose their chances of making it in Hollywood again not like they have any chance anyway. I agree they need to be very aggressive also that's will not get them anywhere they will be hated on more if that even possible

But it even escalated. One guy got in his face and he said "how do you even know he's innocent?" and he said "the facts don't lie dude" and this was reason for the guy to punch him on the lip. Sigh.

There is certainly an awful lot of hatred towards MJ.
I mean when it gets to that point you have to wonder what is going on in people's heads that they simply won't accept facts but wholeheartedly will accept LN as proof.

Then they can start their own stuff. They got the name. Tyler Perry did it. hollywood rejected him. It is too many venues now even online.
