I agree. I like Britney alot. And I like her new album too. But I don't think she's all together yet on the dancing front either. I hope she gets that back soon.
 
I take back what I said about this album, it's actually pretty awesome. I pretty much like all the tracks, with Mannequin, Shattered Glass, and Circus being on the top of my list of favorites of the album.
 
I saw the documentary For the record and I just hope she can find some peace. I feel sorry for her and her situation. I hope she makes it through a tour and maybe can "disappear" for a year or two to get all sorted out. She didn't seem that happy. More trapped and like a prisoner.
 
Britney was never much of a dancer. Christina Aguilera was more talented in that department, although Britney was more famous for it.

I'm debating on whether or not to get this album. I'm not a Britney fan, but I do like some of her songs. How does this album compare to, say, the self titled Britney album or In the Zone?
 
Personally, I think this is her best album. Her other albums, the songs were hit and miss. This one, I like almost all of the songs. It's got some great dance tunes like Mannequin. If U Seek Amy is a nice slow song. Then it's got it's weirdos like Phonography and Trouble. Which are both unique sounding and cool.

I like weird, eccentric sounding songs. :) You've got my interest sparked here, I think I might actually buy it.
 
Well, Britney is a better dancer than Madonna.
 
Oh Brit can dance. She's not the best dancer in the world but she puts energy in her steps... she aint really doin that much now. Again, tour, prove me wrong! :lol:

Well, she did just have a breakdown not that long ago. Give her a break, I'm sure she's just not motivated right now.
 
Mannequin rehearsal

If she can at least do that, I'll be happy. Not as good as she used to be, but it's way better than what she's done with Womanizer and Circus. A lot more energy and sharpness in the steps.

I like the choreography in that video. Especially at the chorus part.
 
Just bought the new album. I'm on "Out From Under" right now, and really digging this album. Britney is actually singing on this album, she sounds great!

I think she's gonna peform in Tokyo Japan, I forget the date, and for new year's eve at the palms casino resort in Vegas.

yeah but Madonna has earnt her status as being the queen of pop, just for keeping a level head all these years, ok she isn't the best dancer or singer but she is up there with the best.

I have to say Brits album is growing on me, and yeah i'm going to see her next year.

still doesn't make her a good dancer. it's a HUGE distinction.
 
Im so glad to see Britney happy,
I think she is just another victim, and she survived.

Can't wait to see Michael dancing on that stage again, it's gonna be magical.
 
The finale features the diva emerging at the end of a rainbow after a spectacular indoor thunderstorm.

My tour insider said: “The first act sees the miserable star run away to join the circus. This mirrors her slide into unhinged behaviour.

“Her disturbing antics while suffering her meltdown are the focus of the second act, which takes place in the circus.

“Brit is seen having fun in this crazy world and falling in love with a circus freak.

“The final act focuses on Britney’s salvation. She manages to prize herself away from the clutches of the circus to be reunited with her friends and family.”

The jaunt kicks off on March 3 in New Orleans, then takes in a further 33 concerts across the US.

It hits the UK on June 3 with an eight-night stand at London’s O2.

Umm what? There's a lot of great stuff out there. Not everything is Souljaboy and Fall Out Boy.
 
^True. They(mainstream music media) don't hand it to you, like they used to in the 60s, 70s, 80s, even 90s. You just have to look for it yourself.
