If you listen carefully on the final version, you will realise that some of the vocals are quite rough and not very crisp. I think this points out that the vocals were taken from a rough edit (being the acapella version). If Sony has used an impostors voice, do you not think they would use a crisp, clear recording of the vocals? Why would they use a demo of some impostors voice? They wouldn't.

The sad thing is that this is clearly fake, which doesnt give me too much hope for the album.

Makes you wonder about previous ventures after MJ's death - TII and the 'One More Chance' video. . .

Listening to other leaks like "Another Day" and then trying to listen to this and you will know exactly why people are questioning the authenticity of this song. I guess Katharine, the kids, and Latoya aren't crazy after all. This is some craziness happening here. Seriously, listen to another leaked track after his passing and then listen to "Breaking News" and try to say that it's him. You can't. You really can't.

I voted 'Not Sure'... I understand everyones concerns but the more I listen, the more it sounds like a rough edit of Michael's vocals.

now I just want to hear the new version of Another Day, the one that was in the snippet. sounds so much more powerful! :D

I can't make up my mind about with to think. But I hope we hear something from the producers and Sony on this very soon. And why would somebody of Teddy Riley's character put his reputation on the line for something like trying to trick people with an imposter? I don't understand it. They need to come out and say something. Either own up to whatever is going on here and why if it wasn't Michael. Or come out with solid proof that it is Michael. I don't want to believe that they were all involved in something shady. Either way I see it, it doesn't make sense. If it wasn't Michael, why did they think to say that it was when they knew that it would eventually come out and they would be ruined. And if it was Michael's voice, then what happened to the final production that made his voice sound so different. I personally really want some hard answers here.

Yeah :( I wish someone could come and say somehow, it's Michael..

It's a very catchy song nevertheless imo.

this song is so overproduced. it's chaotic.
The lyrics are good. that will be all for the good. They should erase the song from the album. I can't even dance on this..

Like i said earlier, they just tried it out to basically see if they could get away with it. i don't know if the album has gone into pressing yet, they probably have a back up track to replace this and a few others now they see people haven't fallen for the scam.

I'm listening to other tracks and comparing and it's SO confusing. Why did Sony do this to us? They need to address this and fast. They need to give proof to the world and set things straight. MJ's family, friends, and fans all are owed an explanation. If it's MJ, then explain to us how it's him. Explain the process you used to distort his vocals so heavily. Explain to us how his own signature affectations like "hee hee" are off. Why is the vibrato and growl in his voice so different. What's going on? Come on Sony, you OWE us!

it makes me laugh so much how ppl on here are spouting speculation as if its a fact. We have no evidence to support the "not mj's vocals" argument. yet so many of u are stating factually that it IS NOT HIM. Is not the same thing we bitch about the tabloid press doing all the time?? Just chill out and wait for the rest of the album, and just be grateful we have anything at all. I mean, they could have just put the lid on everything and left it.

All I gotta say is that I am over BN already. Looking forward to the lead single and to the other tracks on the album that hopefully will be Michael. The song is nice and all... JUST NOT THE REAL MICHAEL. I really hope those other two snippets we heard are gonna be on the album though. Now that is the voice that we all know.

...this sounds to me like the most plausible explanation...It's just ludicrous that they'd ACTUALLY think we'd believe this is Michael singing..I mean, they can't be that stupid...HONESTLY NOW!....And the backlash that is ensuing now! they KNOW the way us fans are...they know we'd raise a stink...So, this better be a publicity stunt...
