Big Update in Raymone Case! MJ Responds

From what TSCM posted, MJ's legal team is stating that Ms. Bain signed a contract that says she has been PAID IN FULL and cannot come after him for anymore $$ she think may or may not be owed to her. Basically the document she signed is a receipt for her services rendered and it shows she was paid nearly a $500k. So to answer your question YES:clapping::clapping:

Okay thank you for your answer. I just can't get by her money grabbing attitude. She is making a fool out of herself really and sorry but she also needs some styling advice. Oops was I too bitchy there?

OMG!! She doesn't have a pot to piss in, or a window to throw it out!! YAY!!

Yeah, I know...I have a way with words don't I?? LOL!!

go to hell, raymone. thats what i thought from the beginning on... now she eats a crowe... LOL

Here ya go Raymone....time to shop for some ingredients to go along with it!!

Man, Raymone played herself big time! And I'm sure the Judge is not going to be happy when he finds out about that BINDING AGREEMENT she signed, not being attached to her initial filing.

Did she really think the Judge wouldn't find out about that agreement. It's like she was trying to DUPE the court, and let me tell you, the court is not going to be happy. You don't mess with the COURT/JUDGE like that!

I knew MJ had "something" up his sleeve, but this turned out to be better than I even envisioned. Go Mike!

Raymone alleged that a summons was given to a security guard and to Dr. Tohme Tohme, but none of them actually made their way to Michael. Dr. Tohme Tohme no longer has any personal nor professional association with Michael Jackson, nor did he at the time the original summons was served and he did not in any way communicate the information to Michael.
And they don't check who actually still workes for Michael before handing out any summons!? Nice going
Still I find it strange that people don't hand over important documents like these...

P.S., Also revealed and confirmed was the official termination of Dr. Tohme Tohme, which went into effect May 5th and disbarred him from having any subsequent affiliation with Michael Jackson or any of his numerous established entities (including MJJ Productions and the newer MJJ Kingdom).
Well, if Thome has disappeared from the scene, then who exactly is taking his place these days?

The defense is also calling for the dismissal of Raymone's complaint based on the agreement she signed into which prevents her from profiting any further from Michael Jackson and contradicts her very claim.
Well thank you! Most folks on this planet would jump for joy if they'd receive the amount Raymone was payed. Geezz.

YES GO MIKE!!!! KEEP ON DOING YOUR THANG!!!!

Raymone got a few words for you: TISK TISK TISK!!!

oh well I didn't expect anything else from this case...and now where are the fans who were criticizing Michael ? always Michael's fault right?

I am shocked and sad that Raymone has turned out to be just like the rest of the vultures to try to fleece Michael once their time in his life comes to an end.

I really thought she was better than that and more professional. So when does she breach any kind of confidentiality agreement and start doing a 'Bob Jones', I wouldn't put money on her disappearing with any grace or dignity, she is acting like a woman scored already, maybe Michael should have taken more notice of Mez and Randy when they sacked her during the trial.

Also, hopefully, this will put to rest not only this lawsuit in due time but also those who claim that Michael doesn't know how to handle his business, needs to get his act together, needs a trustworthy team, or never learns from the past. Evidently, he clearly has learned and knows how to handle his business.

He took care of what was needed. He can't help if someone tries his or her hand at a lawsuit. That is not a sign of him or his team dropping the ball. It appears that he had his legal team working for him as they should.
actually it doesn't. lol

they should've responded in a timely fashion, at least acknowledging the fact that he was being sued to avoid any appearance of not having it all together.

this poor poor woman got her damn hopes up thinking she was gonna get new yaki and now she's gonna get defeated.

u never play possum....not w/ the law. this is just mj's response. doesn't invoke a final judgement.

let's hopethe judge has a brain and dismisses this

I agree with you with what u said there.

Hey!! Leave Raymone alone....here she is in news conference...

"Like I told you...I am not a bitch...I am not a bitch..."

Yeah. Me too. But I'm sure she's going to come up with some warped reason as to why she should still get what she wants. They always do.

Thanks for the updates. I feel her pain. She was with him through hard times and now she wants to go with him through "good" times. After years of "service" she realized that she isn't needed any more and now she hopes to get some extra extra extra money to get over that huge loss. Her life must be empty now. Once you are in you don't want out.
I hope the lawyers don't cost Michael too much, I loathe it when he only works for others.
Rodney King got 3,8 Mio. and there is almost nothing left. Most of the money he spent to his lawyers he said.
True but she should have handled this better. And just because someone does not work for Michael anymore does not mean he/she will not have dealings with him in order to enjoy the good times. She may not be employed by him but she can still be a loyal friend/person who use to worked him. Look at Frank, Barry Gordy, Kare Faye, Quincy Jones, musicians, and many other folks who have worked with Michael. I will never understand this about some folks. I will giver her credit that she stood by him in his worst time of need but she should not have done this at this time. She was a good PR person and she should have left it like that even after being let go.

SO true.

:wild::wild:

Thanks for the updates! The more I hear about Frank Dileo the more I like him.... he was a good friend and manager for him in the past, he supported him during the trial and now he's STILL helping him and protecting him. Michael needs more people like him in his life
He was a good manager back in the 80's. My only problem with Frank back then was that he was the one who started the "acting strange bit to get attention with elephant man bones and chamber, etc". Michael does NOt need gimicks. even Michael's mother finally admitted that Frank was the one who started that mess when it really was not true.

Some claim that she was always there for him and stood up for him during the trial and therefore should thank her etc. Sorry to be so cold-hearted about that, but wasnt that her JOB to do so? I mean, there's not difference between her and another PR-person. It's THEIR job to do so and we shouldn't expect something less. She was hired to do some PR-work and that's it, of course she should stood by him despite what, because that was what she was hired for and what another PR-person also would do :)

Anyways, this must be very embarrasing for her. To not the attach payment and release agreement in her filings? She is delusional..

Yes and she did a good job (that is why people may say that she stood by him). Not all PR people are good or respond quickly in the way that she did without the spin.

If I was paid that huge salary, I'll never fail to do an absolutely brilliant job for MJ too! $_$

Laaaaaaaarrry.... oh, Laaaaaarrry. Mickul Jaxsun is innocent! Let me spell dat for you:

e, n, k, n, o, w, s, e, n, t....

Now how does she deserve 400,000.00 for that?

I had her pegged back in 2004/2005 but I was called a hater. *ahem*

Reason for the delay in responding

In addition to the bombshell information I mentioned previously, Michael's side also explained the delay in response, and why the original notice of default should be tossed now that a formal response has been made within the allocated time the court provided.

According to the claim, Michael Jackson only became aware of this case on June 7th whereby he quickly acted to appoint the legal team he now has in charge of it. He was only informed of it through Frank Dileo who learned of it via the media, and never through a formal summons.

In addition, the lawyers state that "because of the existence of a valid and binding payment and release agreement between the parties, this action came as a complete surprise to [Michael Jackson]... Despite rumors and innuendos that may have surfaced before that date, Mr. Jackson did not conceive any lawsuit would be possible based on the payment and release agreement executed by Raymone K. Bain."

Michael Jackson submitted a signed declaration to these facts.

The defense is also calling for the dismissal of Raymone's complaint based on the agreement she signed into which prevents her from profiting any further from Michael Jackson and contradicts her very claim.

Just....WOW! THANK YOU for keeping us updated, TSCM. :flowers:

Damn, Michael sure did take care of his business. Raymone is really grasping here. Just goes to show you once again how we can't believe all that we read and hear in the media. We were led to believe that Michael was in fact served. But he wasn't.

Exactly!

Awesome! And to think, many of us used to actually like her. Down with Bain!

I know. I'm disappointed. If she signed the release, then wth is the claim here? She's also made claims to doing work AFTER the release was signed; i.e. negotiating a Grammy's appearance, etc.. It's disappointing that she's doing this, but I'm glad to know SOMEONE had the good sense to have her sign a release and terminate her if she was no longer employed by him...and that he didn't just stop taking her calls. That made no sense to me that he would just do that and thank GOD that wasn't the case. I mean, seriously. lol

I kind of like it the way it is now in which not many people really seem to know. Seems to be working well for Michael at this time. Sometimes I think that the less we know about Michael's team the better.

Couldn't agree more, but this seems to frustrate some folks to no end so they go digging and snooping, etc... :ermm:

This sentence lists everyone but her 4th cousin twice removed cannot come after MJ on her behalf..:cheeky::D
Whoever wrote that up is a freakin' genius!!

CO-SIGN!! I just can't figure out HOW she could have "conveniently" forgotten signing such a thing.

If Raymone were a smart and reasonable woman, she'd withdraw her complaint before it gets dismissed. There's no way she could have forgotten about a RELEASE...which essentially releases her from any further claims. If she felt she was entitled to more then she forfeited any claim to it when she signed the paper and cashed the check. :agree:This is pretty much a done deal and a non-issue, imo. Onward!! :punk:

I would to but some PR don't and they get more than that. I have dealt with a few. But again, I hate this about Ms. Bain because she did a good job in my opinion during the trial. She was one of the best and I hate to see her put herself in this position to go out like this at her own doing.
