Big Update in Raymone Case! MJ Responds

Mm. I wonder if somebody or somebodies were in cahoots with Ms Bain. Some peeps will stop at nothing to bring MJ the conglomerate down. There is a lot of $ at stake in the industry. Some peeps would rather it line their pockets than MJ's.

Why would Ms Bain bring this thing to court? She surely knew about that document. Maybe somebody or somebodies are willing to seize any opportunity to attempt to bring the man down, and they saw this as a chance to do so- by enlisting Ms Bain to bring up ridiculous charges, possibly for a fee; that way she gets $ no matter what the outcome of these proceedings.

Hey, who knows. With all the strange stuff that has happened to MJ (like the trial that should never have been,) maybe this is just more of the same. Or maybe Ms Bain is just plain greedy like so many others. By the way, the 44 mil. is massive, but then peeps usually ask for way more than what is reasonable in these cases, no?

Maybe same thing is going on with the AEG suit? The conspiracy against MJ continues?

We'll probably never know. But we sure can speculate! :D

Wow....it must be really interesting being Michael Jackson sometimes I'd imagine ... not to mention lonely. I mean think about it, no one can really advise him properly, from the point of view of experience because he's the only one who's ever done all that he's done. Bless his heart. He's so strong. HercuMan, that's what he is. :) We're so proud of you Michael J.

Great news!!! Thanx TSCM for the first post and the updates! Bain's retirement plan seems to be in jeopardy.
 
Haha, no wonder he was sleeping on it til the last minute. It's a load of crap. Nearly half a million dollars sounds MUCH more like what she should have been (and was) paid, as opposed to 44 MILLION dollars/Dr. Evil.
 
This look like a reasonable explanation for Michael on why he wasn't served properly. And it's possbile that Raymone new that Mr.Tohme didn't work for Michael anymore and the court papers were given to him and he didn't give them to Michael on purpose. Lawyers do things like this on purpose to. I think the judge will grant Michael this motion.

I had a default judgement against me that was mailed to my job.. I had to file a motion to stop the judgement because I wasn't served properly.

Supposedly I was served on my job and during the time I was served, the place where I worked was temporarily closed down for earthquake retro fitting and NO ONE was allowed to be in the building. So when I asked the law office who was representing the company that was suing me who did they give the lawsuit papers to, they gave me a vague discription of a person. (And they didn't want to help me either. I had to go down to the court house and get the lawsuit information myself)...

I told them that I knew that they were lying and I had proof that I was not at that location and neither was anyone else. It's not like the company didn't have my home address. When I went to court on the default motion, the opposing lawyers didn't even show up to court. They didn't contest the default either. My motion was granted, but the lawsuit did still stand and it is now pending.

Lawyers do play games.
 
Wow MJ did some spring cleaning I see. He got rid of Dr. Tohme, I guess since he botched up that whole auction thing.. LOL, I luv it!!! MJ is cutting loose all the cats that have been trying to f**k up his $$. He has worked to hard for to long to let these leeches come along and suck his bank accts dry..

I bet you Bain's weave has turned white and fallen out, once she found out MJ and his legal team were pulling out the smoking gun on her a$$.
 
Props to MJ for proving folks wrong. People truly thought he wasn't handling his business.

From what TSCM posted, MJ's legal team is stating that Ms. Bain signed a contract that says she has been PAID IN FULL and cannot come after him for anymore $$ she think may or may not be owed to her. Basically the document she signed is a receipt for her services rendered and it shows she was paid nearly a $500k. So to answer your question YES:clapping::clapping:

Shoot, she got paid llama money! I wish someone would pay me $488,000. I would have enough to pay off all my bills, my student loan and then buy a new car, a new house and a whole bunch of urns! :D
 
500.000 dollars and it´s not good enough? Lovely if it turns out MJ doesn't owe her a penny......that would be sweet as hell. And would really show this woman's intentions.

I kind of like it the way it is now in which not many people really seem to know. Seems to be working well for Michael at this time. Sometimes I think that the less we know about Michael's team the better.

I hope that people acknowledge and recant some of the crap that was thrown at Michael over this. Just as I thought--there was no way that he was aware of this in terms of it being legitimate because he knew exactly what had taken place. Why should he have thought about her filing a lawsuit when he had that release agreement that was overseen by one of the best entertainment lawyers in the country? And knowing that McMillan was one of his lawyers, why wasn't the summons sent to him instead of supposedly a security guard (again when you personally know how hard it is to get to Michael Jackson)?

Michael does not go around ignoring lawsuits--even the highly silly ones. What really made people think that he would ignore this one. Obviously, based on what has happened here and the lack of info. about his team, Michael is being serious about protecting his interests. I think that it is time to stop thinking the media, public, or even us know more about his business than he does. Following his life is not the same as him living his life.

Great work goes to him and his team.

How can someone conveniently forget what they not only agreed to, but also signed,
pertaining to said agreement? It wasnt so convenient afterall.
