This new entry becomes Michael’s 13th studio album, and second posthumous release after “Michael” debuted and peaked at No.10 in December 2010, and “Xscape” also becomes his fourteenth Top 10 album in Australia.

Was the Black keys (who are #1) album released before MJ's? So top 3 with only 3 days of sale, that is a great feat. XSCAPE is outperforming Michael.
I think EPIC finally woke up to the Black Keys problem. Yesterday several high profile celebs started randomly tweeting about XSCAPE. Arsenio Hall. Shaquille O'Neal. Fifth Harmony. Singer Ciara. Judith Hill. And a few lesser known I can't remember.
i don't know what took EPIC so long. They should have had these celebs tweeting right off the bat on Tuesday. I am not a record exec and the week prior to release I told fans to brace themselves and TBK would give MJ a good challenge for US #1.
Dutch charts:
LNFSG: 2 and all other songs from the album are listed in single-charts

Xscape: 2

Worlwide i-tunes-charts:
Xscape: 1
LNFSG: 4 and 13

Any effects of BET special? Any updates from the US charts?
Do we still have a chance or TBK went too far ahead?
We need to plan to motivate the American fans to buy. I wonder if you can buy e-mail address lists and e-mail people about the album, you know like how stock brokers buy those lists and call people each day to sell the stocks.
If what happens at the Billboard Awards show tomorrow is as spectacular as it's being talked about, that could help push sales up here.
Debuted number 3 here in Australia. So embarrassed we suck! I bought a digital copy and three deluxe copies, one for the girlfriend, the mum and my car.
We're the USA's strange little cousin. If MJ finishes 1# there and LNFSG gets more airplay in the US eventually Australians will leech on it too and pretend to be American's whilst wearing their NBA snapback hats and listening to Eminem.

Not sure if this is possible but one thing that we could all do is to mention just how much we like this album on our Facebook accounts. Come on people. Let's start this!
so again, why do Sony want fans to order thru their websites when they don't report to Neilsen?
NEVER EVER again. We should stick to Neilsen tracked retailers from now on.
