You may be right but with itunes you can only buy the song in the country your living in.

You can buy a song in a different country. You just have to register a different user name not sure if anyone wants to go through the trouble.

Well, after spending several hours today trying to download the song, I'm still unsuccessfull.

No other countries will let me buy it. Amazon US where I have an account only sells the whole album and itunes won't download because of all the extra stuff they're trying to download on my pc. My security software won't let it and I'm not changing it just for them.

I've search everywhere for other sites and noone sell the song by itself.

WHY isn't this a topic on all the other MJ boards????

Let's make a list of other popular boards and check they know about it..

I'll start: King of pop board (mjj2005.com)

MJeol
MJJBoard

I'm a member of KOP and MAxJAx, so I'll check that there are threads on both, if not, i'll make it a topic. Can everyone else check other boards they visit. There are a lot of french and german boards too...come on guys...

There should be a leak of the first UK midweek chart soon. I'll upload it later if nobody has done it by then.

I don't think the song will make it into the top40 though...



UPDATE: The information is later today. Hopefully we'll know soon whether it's in the Top40 or not...

I tried but I can't because I'm not from US. Then I changed region to my country and when I do the search I get "your search had no results". It showed up when I had it set as US.

What about MJ Hideout? There are lots of people from various parts of Europe in that forum, so you would be aiming at people in Spain, France, Germany? Just a thought. I know it's mainly in Spanish but there is a google translater.
I'll dig out my old password and post a link in there.:wub:

I don't have a link I'm afraid. Buzzjack always has the daily midweek chart as the figures are made available, but it is never 100% complete. The Top40 is all that was available on that site today and was patchy because they're not legally allowed to post too much information. I PM'd the poster of that information and he said it's not in the Top40. It could be in the top200 but he didn't have that information. It's only the Top40 that we would care about anyway.

We do care about top 200 though at this stage.....gives us a bargaining tool with Greg James radio one.

Plus I consider ANY chart position a massive success! It all adds to the legacy....keeping the dream alive.

It's going amazingly well so far :)

I may have missed something, but what has Greg James got to do with it? I know he plays the Wednesday Midweek chart on Wednesday, but if it's not in the Top40 on Wednesday he'll ignore it won't he?


Any chart position can be considered a success, but is a song peaking in the lower end of the top200 really adding to the legacy?? I think not. It'll be forgotten and ignored.

Of course this just means we have to workharder to the the message out there!!

Everybody, please email and text ALL radio shows. ALL DJs. ALL newspapers. ALL magazines. Post the campaign on ALL websites you visit.:clapping:

I've just downloaded it, I'll download it again tomorrow.

This might sound odd, but if people really want to download it but are struggling, why doesn't someone trustworthy accept £0.99 off whoever wants to buy the song through Paypal, and then buy it on their behalf?
