- Donte's legal guardians is listed as Katherine (previous guardian) and Joe (still guardian).
- They are still living at the house (except Genevieve).

- She says she believes and alleges that Michael and Katherine wanted to keep the family together.
- She says 2 months after Michael's death Katherine met with the executors saying that she didn't want to move out and divide the cousins. she alleges that estate asked Katherine to move out with Michael's kids.
- September 2010 the executors say that the house need renovation and needs to be fumigated for termites so asked the residents to leave the house for such.
- The executors refuse to allow Alejandra and her kids to move to the alternate house (the one Katherine and Michael's kids live now).
- Katherine and Michael's kids moved out December 19, 2010.
- She says by Katherine's request and even though the executors weren't happy offered Alejandra and her kids a condominium.
- They were getting ready to move in October 2010 yet before their move estate asked them to sign confidentiality agreements.
- And here's the shocker: The confidentiality agreement was to cover ANY Jackson family members including Randy and Jermaine Jackson. According to the agreement they would be held liable for $100,000 for every instance of violation.
- According to the documents on December 30, 2010 the representatives of the estate notified them that the contractors for the fumigation for the termites come on January 3 and start work regardless they were in the house or not. She calls this threatening.
- January 1 , 2011 Alejandra hires lawyers and these contact the estate to ask time to negotiate a better settlement, estate refuses.
- Alejandra's lawyer say that as the estate isn't willing to negotiate they would file a temporary restraining order to stop executors to force them out.

- Executors start removing furniture out, shut down gas, change locks etc for the work.
- Alejandra call the police on the executors on Jan 3rd. Executors halted every work and agreed to return the house into its livable stage.
- Jan 6th Executors file the court documents to remove Alejandra and her kids.
- Alejandra says that she has no intention of overstaying any welcome but that she is bullied by the estate and they are not doing what Michael would have done if he was alive.
- She says she's in contact with Katherine and share the same goal of keeping the family together.
- She alleges that the renovations at Hayvenhurst isn't for the benefit of the family but the rent or lease the residence to other people for parties and events.
- January 7 Weitzman tries to serve them with court papers and gives them 60 days to leave the house.
- She says that executors are denying visitors to the house and still removing stuff out of the house and didn't give them the new keys.
Alejandra says
- at the time of his death Michael wasn't the sole owner of the house (Latoya is said to have a joint share with Michael)
- Michael's will doesn't explicitly say that executors can remove people from the house (the will says that they can sell, lease, mortgage, pledge, exchange , dispose of an asset)
- She need to be allowed to live in the house until her minor children reach the age of maturity.
- She asks for dismissal of the executors request.
- She asks more time (180 days) for discovery.(such as to examine the ownership of the house)
- She asks for an injunction prohibiting executors to take any action until this case is resolved.
- She mentions how giving Michael was and how he loved children (even quotes the opening of the Heal the World song)
- She claims Michael would have allowed her to live in the house for all her life.
- She says she was promised (by Katherine who she says is an agent of Michael) to be allowed to live in the house as long as she looked after minor children. She says because of this she didn't have a property or didn't pursue legal actions against Michael's brothers.
- Katherine also signed a document in 2007 saying that she's allowing Alejandra live at the house by the request of Jermaine.
- She says as Michael didn't object to this promise, he consented to it (by not objecting in the last 20 years) and it became his promise as well.
