The image looks like a painting to me. More to the point, how did the train get up so high? Is that the Alps? Is this another mad train that goes almost vertical to get up the mountain?

It is. The crockery looks very 1970's to me but the upholstery looks more 1960's.

Looks like I'm wrong! Apparently the Pullman carriages were in use between 1920 and 1950.

Yes, I think I know what you mean. The foliage on those aspens(?) doesn’t look quite right. I think it must be retouched.

Yes! Those trees def look somewhat artificial. The lighting inside the carriage is lovely, though.
