Tito just has a face is all. He can't help it. But he is as soft as the other guy. When Jermaine started crying in that first episode, the tears were already escaping from Tito's eyes before one could say "boo". He was already reaching out for a hug or something. He's a softie.lol.

I understand. I gave you the info that I know of. There's been a lot of beef between MJ & Tito through the years; Tito's handling of Dee Dee and T3 were a big part of it.

Michael never wanted to tour with his brothers again. He stated as much in 2001. He said he might help them with an album, but no tour. Also, Michael was making his own plans in 2008 that didn't involve his brothers. Jermaine was talking about a family tour since 2005. Michael had deny for years that he was touring with his family, before Tohma came into the picture.

Michael also never sign anything regarding Allgood Entertainment. Frank was the one who signed him, when he was not managing Michael. And even that was more of a promise to talk to Michael about doing the performances, not that he would actually do them.

I agree. No matter what comments I might make about certain members of the family, one things for sure, they all love eachother unconditionally and the brothers seem really tight. I think it's great how they're always hugging eachother and being affectionate. Very sweet. Now I see that it's not just Michael who was affectionate and caring and it's obvious to me where he picked that up from. Most of the family seems to be like that.

jermaine cried a lot in big brother house, he was a cuddly teddy bear and every body loved him.
i think Jermaine is playing a different role here cause he is with his brothers and he is not a big brother or a little brother, he is a middle child and middle children from large families often have problems being heard so they tend to seek attention more than the others. he is playing his role very well. it is obvious that his older brothers spoils him too.

Yes...but no. I'd like to see them succeed. I want to see the brothers do their thing - I really do.

But Jermaine's always doing what Jermaine wants. All the while, attempting (in such a smarmy and condescending fashion) to clear his name without success. Does he really think the public is that dumb?

well, from what we know, their mother was like that (sweet and warm). IMO she enforced that in all of them. I consider Jermaine's case special. his resentment of Mike and what happened (or didn't happen) in his own career will never go away. unless he can put those issues to rest, he'll never be able to live his own life in a healthy manner and share himself completely with the bros. he'll always have to forcibly separate himself from his brothers in order to feel as if he's actually going somewhere and achieving something (which is what seems to be happening here).

very true, and they all cry a lot too. i have a theory that highly emotional people are very creative people and the jacksons prove my theory right.

I just the first episode tonight. And when the brothers were first discussing the idea of reunion at home, hemming and hawing, I saw a passion in Jermaine that settled some doubts. He was being relatively nonchalant but when he started going off on the media about the mistreatment of the Jackson, and seeing his brother in handcuffs, I saw a change in his attitude, a fierceness, a determination to get it right with his brothers if only to stick it to the media. I hope he remembers that and focus.

Also seeing Jackie react to a tabloid report about how the group is reportedly doing an album out of sibling jealousy and rivarly reminds me of how hurtful some comments here have been toward the brothers. And they really want to just prove themselves (which they really don't need to do) to shut the haters up.

They do feel hurt by what the family has been dragged through.

Ever think MJ felt personally responsible for some of the flack that gets thrown generally on the family? I think he did. And that is one awesome burden.

Give jermaine a break, he and latoya are middle children. they are the most difficult within a family.
check out his big brother episodes on youtube. he was the perfect gentleman and the entire country fell in love with him.

Totally agree with your comment!!!

Jermaine does it to himself. He's his own worst enemy, but blames Michael all the time for stealing a crown he thought was his. Now here he is, at 55 years old, still trying to separate himself from his brothers - again.

Michael had MANY reasons to do so, and he had to in order to fulfill what God put him on Earth to do. Jermaine has never been able to live with his baby brother being more talented and more desired by the public than he or any of his brothers were. I think he needs some major MAJOR psychotherapy to help him with that.

I really do not think that is the case with Jermaine at all. I think he is just different from his brothers, he is not a team player, that's all. this is a large family we are talking about, not just 4 brothers. people are different as they have a right to be.

How many Jackson children are there? 9.

Jackie was the oldest of the boys, so he's in a leader position. Randy's the youngest of the boys, so he's the baby.


So between Rebbie (the oldest) and Janet (the youngest) - all of them are middle children, IMHO.

I did see the 2nd episode which is why I said I hope he remembers that moment in the first episode, that passion he had to stick it to the media, and focus on his task at hand.

You know, this could also just be a personality issue with Jermaine. He is always doing alot of stuff and maybe he generally cannot focus. He also has had so many wives already (this may be somewhat intertwined with his inability to stay put, focus and commit entirely).

Hmmm... true.

But when you have a reality show filming - and you have this plan to bring the brothers again on stage, to ditch them? I don't think MJ would've ditched them if he agreed to do the show.

I think the main reason why MJ opted out was from the bad experience he had with Bashir.

Also - he was busy planning TII and MJ's very private about his plans, and with good reason.

You know jermaine has been like this for the longest time. At note was found in Michael's belongings where he wrote that he wanted to do an album with Jermaine but jermaine is very difficult to get hold of cause he is always travelling. i think jermaine has friends in many countries and he travels a lot.

this show isn't about the concert show though, it was to show the public who the brothers really are because of the press writing things about them, ie, they were down and outers who worked in grocery stores or fixed cars for a living. this is obviously not true as we can see. it would be nice though if we did get a show at the end of it.
It think it ended well though cause all the brothers seemed to be smiling at the end of it. I hope randy showed his face though, i love randy.

latoya and jermaine and marlon are middle children, They are the most difficult to settle because they really don't have much of a role withinn the family. they are neither big brother nor little sister, hence the problem. their are many research done on middle children.

Good episode. It's nice to learn what all the brothers are up to in their individual projects. I love to see their senses of humor. And it's nice that they are so affectionate towards each other. And I really like Jackie. He wears his emotions on his sleeve and although I'm sorry he has to deal with this unbearable loss (especially while filming a TV show), it's somewhat comforting to see some real emotions coming from this family after months of watching Joe being quite the opposite.

Oh, and it's nice to see all the places they travel to that I most likely will never get to visit in my lifetime. I particularly have always wanted to see London.

According to the Jackson's Twitter page the three countries that will definitely be recieving this show are the UK, Australia and Japan. I dont know when they'll be airing though.
