She is of Afghani descent I think she just said she has lived in India for 2 years.

I really enjoyed tonite's episode. I think what Marlon is doing in Africa is an interesting idea, i'd like to go there one day myself. It was very nice how Marlon, Tito and Jackie visited the 02 exhibit/arena and went to see the "Thriller Live" show. They are so proud of MJ you can tell, but still hurting very much. Jackie especially, it's hard for him to talk about Michael.

And Jermaine, well he was just being Jermaine as always. Too bad he couldn't go to Tito's show though. Tito put on a great show and it was also nice to see Gladys Knight. She looks wonderful and is such a talented lady. I've always loved her.

But yeah Tito is definitely the man lol. I'd go see him live if he ever came to my area.

are you sure? she was speaking hindi pretty well there. but I guess if you're Afghani and lived in India for 2 years, you'd pick it up quickly. although, from what I know, Pashtun and Hindi (even urdu-based) aren't similar at all.

Yeah, he's a sweet man bless him. Heart and truth all the way. The Jackson's have a pure soul. And 20 seats, 50 sold-out shows..... no artist will ever come close to that. Bless Micheal.

My take on Episode 3:

It is very apparent to me that the core is Jackie, Marlon, and Tito. No matter what they are doing, they committed to this reality show and it shows. I commend them.

Now for the individual takes:

Jackie - It takes a real man to cry in public. Those are NO CROCODILE TEARS. That's some real love and pain & loss all at the same time. It broke my heart to see him break down to the Thriller Live cast. Wow. Very powerful - even I was tearing.

And I paraphrase: What's that Miu Miu, sounds like a cat or something? I DIED - LOLOLOLOLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!! I love how Jackie still has that wonderful musical ear to give Tito some big brother advice - that was very cool. I also LOLed when he was mad that people confuse him with Jermaine! It's sad that people don't do their homework. My advice is, if he's handsome and modest, then it's Jackie.

Tito: Wow did Tito impress me today - he wasn't the hardass tough guy he likes to portray sometimes. I was very impressed by his band too. I loved it how Tito allowed Marlon & Jackie to come in and help out with that shake down & funk or what that dance was called. I also like to see Tito do his thing on the guitar, very nice and I'll consider supporting his Blues efforts when it does come out.

Marlon: MY FAVORITE!!!!!!! OMG, this Africa project is incredible. In fact it's been a couple of years in development. Slave history is a favorite and sensitive subject of study for me - and the fact that Marlon is involved in preserving that history has my full support, as long as it helps the local community. I also loved it how Marlon just got involved with Tito's band & showed them how it's DONE!! Loved it. I can see Marlon talk all day long and I won't get tired. He's just so funny and gracious. LOVE HIM!!!!!!!!!

Jermaine: Hot mess. I feel very bad for Halima. How can she live with such a deluded mess of a man? And to diss his brothers - AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! I won't say anymore because I don't want to be accused of trolling. But don't be surprised if this album or concert never get done. And it will be thanks to Jermaine's selfishness. How did you like it when Shilpa Shetty talking about the Taj Majal and said that the Shah Jahan was considered "King of the World" - and Jermaine blurts out "oh, like me!" I mean, it's a joke, hardy har har, but so telling of his massive ego.

Also - why is Jermaine always exculpating himself on camera? When he was in Tito's house before Tito left to London, there he was slobbering about how people are trashing him, that's why Vienna was canceled - uh, Jermaine, Vienna was canceled because:

a) you are a hot mess

b) you plastered your face all over the website when it was supposed to be a tribute to your brother, considered yourself the "headliner" and failed to secure the artists that you promised would attend - then the charties that you said would benefit are BOGUS, non-existent, aka EArth Cares which is a corporation (not a charity) listed under your name.

c) you're still a hot mess


Show me more Marlon, Jackie & Tito !!!!!!!!!

jermaine was not obliged to be at Tito's show, he already visited Tito and apologised for his absents. it is a reality show designed to show what the brothers are doing. it wasn't designed to show them copying each other or following each other around. they were all doing their thing, including Jermaine. if he had changed his behaviour then the show would not have been real.

Jackie is such a gentleman with such power and grace and a heart to match. Wow. I had no idea how similar he was to MJ. Why couldn't I have met Jackie when he was younger??? What a treasure:)


Sirena, did Tito really leave his 3 handsome sons???

But seeing this for the first time I am beginning to understand more how very difficult it must have been for them to work together. It is difficult for any group actually.

Jermaine was too busy thinking about himself to support his brother. Marlon had far more reason and more important issues that he could had not came to the show. Yet, he cut short his trip to Africa to support his older brother. Well Jermaine was shooting a video for himself.

Sorry, but that strikes me as a little selfish.

That is very true and what is very revealing too is that they were never as desparate to regroup as it was being reported.

Tito was an absent father while they were in their tween years during the time Dee Dee Jackson (Delores Estevez) was divorcing Tito. Michael stepped in and paid for all their bills, education - everything.

After the boys were older, Dee Dee starting dating again, and she was murdered by her boyfriend - the song "Why" is dedicated to her.

Tito stepped back into father mode after that. He really shaped up since then.

Im aware that at that time dr thome was his spoke person and jermaine had went public about the reunion tour with michael being a part off, then dr thome release a statement denying it, then we here about allgood entertainment a tour was supposed to happen the year jermaine spoke about, michael did not refuted it, his spoke person and buisness advisor was dr tnome who he had problems with and who was keeping him from the people he love, it sound like dr thome was making these decision,and michael agreed to it because more money was involved, and going by what jermaine jackson and also jackie had hinted at in 2008, that all the brothers including michael were in the studio, so I believe michael was going to be apart of the new material and tour,

I loved tonight's show. Marlon's project is amazing! I read about it a few years ago but it was good to hear the details. Seeing the Point of No Return gave me chills.

Jackie is the most sensitive and I can almost feel his pain through the TV.

Loved Tito and his band. He rocked the house. Tito Time!

I'm addicted to this show. They are so sweet and loving. A great change of pace from most of the shows on TV. Jan 3rd is sooo long to wait for the next episode. Oh well..

I don't think Jermaine was ever a team player, he obviously prefers to work on his own, even michael wanted to do an album with him and commented that he was difficult to get hold of. A reality show should be real. if jermaine were to change his habits for the show them we wouldn't be seing a reality show.

Did Tito end up going to see "This Is It" afterall tho? 'cause I remember reading somewhere that he didn't, but am not sure.

The last I heard he hadn't gone. When they were on Larry King and they showed a clip, he said that was his first time seeing any of it.

It's interesting, as sensitive as Jackie is it would seem that he would have been the one that didn't want to go. I guess Tito tries to act hard but is really sensitive undercover.

All the brothers went to the premiere together - it may very well be that they did the red carpet & skipped out of the movie.

I for one, CAN'T SEE IT yet. It's too much pain still.

If I recall, Jackie did see it in a private screening with some of the family a couple of days or the day before the premiere.

I loved it when one of them picked up a furry purse and ...LOL... started to make fun of the "Miu Miu" name and saying is "there's the cat that Miu-Miu-ed.... LOL!!! Wonder what Miuccia Prada would think of that???

All in all, I do love how they are treating Michael's death. It's very tasteful and YES, we are still mourning him. And I feel comfort that some of his family (not all) are mourning him with us.

Thanks everyone, so Tito didn't go afterall. Well hopefully one day he will be able to see it when he's ready. TII is really a great movie and celebrates Michael more than mourns him.

As for the show, I think there are 5 or 6 episodes in total. I wish they'd extend it though. I'm enjoying it and it's nice to see the brothers.

They are truly a loving family. I loved seeing them together with the younger generation, I loved the respect shown between all generations, the communication, the teaching, the passing of the family history. You know, they really think of themself as an important part of history,which they are. And they show intents to keep future generations in line with that. Kudos.

Sirena, I don't think the story was that simple. I don't want to say anything more on this subject because it may seem controversial. But thanks for the info.

Back to Lisa's comment & your reply, I must say that it's gonna be VERY difficult if Jermaine doesn't FOCUS in what he promised his brothers he'd do.

I understand the rehearsal time, getting songs together, vocal coaching, exercising, training, this takes a year long commitment OR MORE to get ready this way.

I'd be very surprised if they do achieve it.

Yes, i am enjoying it too. i love how the brothers protect each other even when they have reasons to be annoyed, they still seem to be protective and not malicious at all.
